2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring review
Bought my 2011 Touring with 7,000 miles on it in 2011 as I needed a versatile economical vehicle for mostly around town driving and hauling my canoe and gear. The first thing I noticed was it was not good in snow but took the 17" rims off and replaced them with 15" rims and snow tires and it became a beast in the snow and would put most suv's to shame. The addition of Nokia z lines for summer greatly improved the ride quality with the low profile 17 " alloys. Reliability has been very good with the exception of the transmission which failed around 20k miles and was quickly taken care of by Hyundai at no charge. Since then it has just been routine oil changes and brakes as well as changing the timing belt at the recommended service. Having driven it now for 11 years and an additional 60k miles, I still enjoy the car and see no need to replace it any time soon.

Exactly what I wanted, very good cargo capacity, favorable MPG, runs well. Nice leather seat, sunroof, seats are comfortable, smooth ride for a small car.

I was looking at the Subaru you had, and I was told that you will not find it. Five thousand dollars , but I feel at the application , because the car I was looking Was three thousand something something You told me you do not finance. I am a man Raising my 2 granddaughter. 9 at 10 Also, I'm dealing with cancer and heart problems and need a vehicle. I can afford $78 a month. And according to your website, I qualify, but when I called, they said they will not give me a loan. Because the car was under the amount used to take loans for broke my heart, cause I needed to get back-and-forth to my hospital visits and taking my granddaughters where they need to go friends of mine said. These are very reputable, and I was hoping it was something you could do for me. I'm a little heartbroken that I can't get a card from you, I know my credit score in bed, but when it came down to paying Certain things like my medication, they destroyed my credit rating. I just like to say thank you.\n And then if there was ever anything you could do get me in a vehicle. That is between 3 and 4000 dollars. With a payment of 73 Dollars A month, I appreciate it. Not 43 big Just asking for a little freedom by driving And trying To stay alive for my girls and my family. Thank you for listening. Bought it used. Great car, reliable. Really fuel efficient and has good traction. I wish it had an additional 6inches of ground clearance and a 2.2liter engine.

2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring review
I needed to replace my 1998 Honda CRV and wanted a cheap car under $10,000 that had the same cargo space, less road noise, safer and as a plus was fun to drive. I stayed away from german cars because at that budget they would all require maintenance. The only two options left were the Acura TSX Wagon, Subaru Outback and a 3rd Gen CRV. I ran into this car and was impressed by how large the interior was for a compact car. It has the same cargo space as my old CRV, came in a manual and has a 1:12 turning steering ratio--thats tighter then some sport coupes! I had the GLS model with no frills. The only thing I added was a hitch to carry two mountain bikes and I had the interior Dynamatted for $300 which reduced road noise by 4db. The stereo speakers are also impressive for the price point.

The only problems I've had with my 2012 Hyundai Elantra touring, has been the recalls. It's very comfortable and very economical and I love the way it looks. I get a lot of compliments on my Elantra touring.

2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring review
I bought it new in 2009 and it is 2024 with 240k under the hood. The mechanic just told me the engine is in very good shape, I do oil changes regularly. No other mechanical issues that broke my wallet. The daily ride is sufficient in city, a bit underpower in highway after all these years. Good cargo spaces for everyday use, no complaints buying it.

2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring review
Very comfortable ride. This car has never let me down . It has great gas mileage and some interesting features. USB port in central compartment. In the glove compartment you can cool a drink. It has an A/C lift up button. The second row seats fold down to make a very large trunk. Unfortunately, it was too small to fit my recently acquired dog.
