The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. The qualities of the vehicle and of the staff have made me a life-long customer.

I have been looking for months for a different Toyota Sienna van to replace our older van. I came across the Car Store, and a van we have been looking for. Although it was a almost 2 hour drive, it was worth the trip. We paid cash, and knew how much we could spend, they gave us a generous trade for our older van. Plus a dealership warranty. Very pleased with our experience.

I asked him to figure out the total while I was test driving. When I came back I liked the car and the price, so I bought it. Couldn't have been easier.

Looking for a used car, I am glad my final decision ended with a warm and welcoming dealership such as Sands. Joe Lyons was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful Between Joe, Matt and Chris my experience was flawless. They did everything right to make it work for me with in my budget! I will definitely be recommending Sands! Everyone there was great! On a side note thanks to Jimmy Mack for making me laugh!
My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.
I was so impressed with how fast Al and his team worked to have my dream vehicle available for me the day I bought it. I had been shopping around quite aggressively for a while and the process was nightmarish. Al and Marc eased all of my anxiety and frustrations. They we’re professional, kind, and funny. I will definitely do business with them again!! Thanks guys!

I was recommened to check out this dealership, Steve specifically, by my coworker who had a great experience and I am glad he did. Steve was incredibly down to earth, approachable, and did his best to make me feel comfortable. I was in no way preassured to make any decisions or jump into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I then meet Lisa in finnancing who was a pleasure to work with. She was exceptionally kind and knowledgeble. Overall my experience could not have been better and I would recommend Steve and Lisa to anyone who is looking for a Subaru.
Great buying experience, great team, including Chris and Lill in service and Wayne in the body shop. Love my continental. Someone hit it when it was only 6 mos old. You think it will never be like new . . . 18 mos after repairs and it's still driving like new. I'll purchase from them again!
