We arrived an hour before they were scheduled to close and they were still more than willing to help us. About 3 of the staff members stayed late to make sure we left happy. They took extra time to find us the right kind of financing that worked for our budget. Excellent customer service and quality vehicles.
We knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. The dealership had a Great selection to choose from. Our Salesman Joe did a great job helping us narrow it down and we had our vehicle in less than 2 hours. Most of my car buying experiences have taken 5 hours or more. I for once didn't feel drained leaving a lot and didn't have any second thoughts after making a purchase. Great Experience.

I have to say I really hate going to car lots to purchase a vehicle! But (JOSH QUEEN) Really worked his magic and got use into a great rig today.this guy is straight forward. You tell him what you are looking for and he listens to what you are interested in great person i recommend u go see JOSH QUEEN! good atmosphere and great poeple.
I highly recommend seeing Andrew Meyer at Wallace of Bristol if you're in the market for another vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted/needed. He was personal, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing or pushy. All of the staff was very friendly to work with from start to finish.

I went in just kind of looking around. I had no idea what I wanted to buy, but knew I definitely wanted to replace my Cobalt. The sales guy showed me around, asked what kind of driving I do, what is most important to me in a car etc. He didn't pressure me into buying anything. I'm sure he gets commission but he told me "Let me show you what we've got. If a car is for you, it's for you. If it's not, it's not." I decided on a Subaru Forester. It's my first time owning one, and I'm really happy with it. No problems at all.
My experience with central kia has always been exceptional due to the fact my salesman Earnest Hughes goes above and beyond to make the car buying process easy! This has been my 6th car purchase from Central Kia all because of Mr. Hughes. I will always recommend Kia as long as he's there.
