I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Steering could be a little tighter in sport mode, and not the best in MPG, but other than that i love driving this car.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I am particularly interested in both the handling and the comfort of the vehicles I own both great in the Equus. With excellent, clean lines, it is a large car, providing plenty of room for both front and rear passengers. Mine had an upgraded sound system--wonderful!--and could play both music and movie DVDs (movies only when the vehicle was not moving). Absolutely loved it...lol...but my 2017 Equus is even better, with a completely leather interior. Only thing I'm missing is the rear seat movie set-up...but I'm seldom out of the driver's seat, in any case, so that really doesn't matter. Hyundai has discontinued the Equus line, however, so I guess I'll be without a 2018 model...so disappointing, so disappointing...
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

After I was low balled by KBB, I decided to sell my car privately. Carvana made me a fair market value price. The process was easy, quick and enjoyable. I truly recommend them.

I traded in my 2013 Grand Sport Corvette 430 Hp for the Equus Great deal for $6500. Took Equus on test track that I ran Corvette on and the car did great. Handled Curves fine speed was right up there pushed 125MPH had a lot to go ran out of road. Gas mileage is as good as corvette 29/32 at 1450 rpm 49 mph on Flat road. So far have 5400 miles on car O problems.
Friendly service in a low-pressure environment. The best part was that after we made our purchase, Jose still responded to a concern we had within minutes of our emailing him. Though the dealership had no requirement to do so, they made things right for us when we found a minor problem after purchase.

Just a few weeks in ownership But so far so good
A strong vehicle at a great price for a big luxury sedan with a 8 cylinder engine
We were treated with dignity and the buying process was painless. Damien was a pleasure to work with and he even stayed late to go over all of our vehicles features with us before we left. Definitely not what you expect when buying a used vehicle. We were very pleased with choosing Jim Ellis.

I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk!
Certainly not the level of service you'd expect from any 'typical' dealership, but prices are decent if you're informed and very diligent. I used Arian after dismissing another agent who was abysmal, and Arian himself was great. If the they were in the 21st century (digital age) and provided some basic customer service and car preparation, the experience could easily have been 5 stars, but it was not. All cars are sold "as-is" with zero reconditioning or pointing out any defects (it's entirely up to you to inspect thoroughly and get a mechanic to inspect). Since I buy lots of cars and had confidence I could spot any issues and keep any typical "used car salesman" tactics at bay, I was fine buying through them for the slightly better price. If you don't have such familiarity or confidence in the process, then this is not the type of place for you.
Danny Hughett was our sales person for our new Kia Sorento. I navigated a very user friendly dealership website to find 2 cars that we were interested in. I called Danny, he answered many of my questions prior to our vistit and had both vehicles pulled and ready for us to look at when we arrived later in the day. Even though we had done our homework, Danny made the process even easier by his knowledge, his willingness to find answers and help us with no pressure at all. We walked out of Rick Case with a car we love and what we feel is a more than fair deal. After the sale, Danny has been also diligent in answering some questions that I have had. Danny is the best along with the whole Rick Case team, and I would recommend them again and again!
We went on a Sunday and Chianna Massie provided great service. She helped us locate a couple of cars that matched what we wanted and even when they didn't have them right there she found them and made the arranges for us to see them. Dealership seems very professional and no pressure. 100% recommended.
Sales person was very good Henry / Hamilton did a good job helping with purchase on the other hand finance Dept not so good Dale Allen needs a little training refresher.
