I took my car to Bob Bell Ford for routine service and because my check engine light had randomly come on, even though nothing seemed to be different/wrong with my car. Little did I know that I would end up needing $2700 in unexpected repairs/service. Robin (service representative I corresponded with throughout the process) was extremely helpful and pleasant; she made an otherwise stressful experience go extremely smoothly and positively. The work was done quickly (dropped the car off Monday knowing they couldn't do a diagnostic test til Tuesday, picked it up Thursday evening despite the fact that they found an additional issue after the initial repairs on Wednesday). I could immediately feel and hear a difference once I picked the car up. They did a fabulous job throughout the entire process.

I absolutely love my car, but better than that I love the service I recieved here. I went to 10+ different dealerships looking for my car. (Its a somewhat rare car) I made my purchase here because they had the best customer service. You know shopping for used cars there are too many sleazy used care salesmen. This place does not have those kind of people. :)

The initial salesperson (Jim) was very helpful, not pushy, no pressure, and he was easy to work with. His manager (Jesse) came across as really wanting to sell me the vehicle I wanted and at a price I could afford. The finance person (Laurie) was very efficient finalizing the paperwork and extremely pleasant to work with. All three (Jim, Jesse, Laurie) managed to complete the paperwork in about 35 or 40 minutes which allowed me to make it to my 18 year old son's final basketball game of his high school life! I missed the 1st quarter and half of the 2nd quarter, but more importantly, his team won the championship game - wahoo!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The Equus is, from a driver's perspective, a well-make, comfortable and attractive automobile. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The ride is smooth for short or long trips.

No one wants to pay for car repairs; however, you must take care of your car for your car to take care of you. Fitzgerald of Wheaton runs an honest and professional car service business. They explain what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait. Some repair shops out there tell you that everything needs to get repaired right away. They are professional and I would highly recommend this service shop to everyone.

Steering could be a little tighter in sport mode, and not the best in MPG, but other than that i love driving this car.
