Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.
I had a great experience with Shortline Mazda! I live in Loveland, which is a quite aways from Shortline. I had talked to Courtesy in Longmont, and Spradley Barr in Fort Collins, but felt they weren't helping me. Jake Fuller at Shortline was very helpful, and knowledgeable. I bought at Shortline since it was no nonsense, and they by far had the best price. It was well worth the travel distance. While I waited for my paperwork Zaki Abunada made me comfortable with the car and the features, which are substantial. He has always been available for any questions. I highly recommend Shortline.
Not only did they go above and beyond in all measures to make sure I was satisfied with the car, but you can tell they actually care about you and aren???t just trying to make the sale! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone/everyone! Great sales managers too!

Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.
I bought a Chrysler 300 from levis. A couple years ago. Customer service was great.I compared pricing to other dealerships and the price was on point.
The were very transparent on pricing even showing a price comparison of other competitors.
Also ,They threw in some custom rims 22in and a second set of when for $500.
Car was in sound mechanical condition. Never had a problem with it. Will definitely be buying again.
Suzanne Dumont was very helpful and knowledgeable. She provided great customer service. She met all of my needs and wants. She also went above and beyond what I expected. I have always had good experiences with McDonald Hyundai, and this one was above par.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
This is the second time I have used the service department for my Sante Fe. Each time the team members that I have had contact were professional and very helpful. On this visit a small request was overlooked. And b I mentioned during final review of the service the service manager immediately sent my car back in and had the issue resolved in less that 10 minutes. I have been very pleased with each interaction.
I had a 13-year-old car to trade (very sad; love that car) and cash to spend on a new used car. Matthew was excellent to work with after searching online, finding one I thought would work, confirming its availability and then finally arranging an appointment and test drive. I felt listened to, understood and absolutely valued as someone important to him that day and the dealership overall. The whole transaction was smooth ??? and I wasn't the only one. It seemed to me that day that all of the sales people and customers were having good experiences. They must be doing something right! I would recommend Matt and Shortline without hesitation.
I was impressed with the sales people's desire to be transparent and give me as much information as quickly as possible. They had the extremely competitive rates and were willing to explain everything. No hidden fees! thank you it was a pleasure working with you even though I decided to buy the car closer to home.
The dealership worked really hard at meeting my needs. Everyone was friendly, and overall made the experience an enjoyable process. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new or used car. Hanock did an excellent job.
