The sales team at Koons is very responsive and great to deal with. I do appreciate their follow up and professionalism. They not only had a great repour with me but I do think they valued me as a customer.
This was my third dealership I was visiting to buy my new Hyundai. Other dealerships (especially their GMs) were arrogant and somewhat disrespectful in negotiating the price. However, Mudaser (sales advisor) was very honest and friendly out of all my car purchasing experience in my last 10 years.
We were greeted by Mudaser Jaura. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He really made the entire experience terrific. The General Manager and the finance manager were also great to work with. We purchased the perfect car and will happily make the 2 hour drive for future purchases.
They responded to my emails, set up an appointment and was straight forward. Something about my experience that stuck out was that Matt listened to me. I had done research and asked him for what I wanted. He told me what he could do. I did do some research up front, but Matt worked with the manager to accommodate me and make sure we ended up with a deal. It was my first buying experience and really enjoyed Chantilly Hyundai.
Great car buying experience. Mudaser Jaura took the time to show me every feature on several cars. He allowed me test drive several models. He worked with me to understand my goals. Nariman Sultanzada worked me to ensure I was comfortable with purchase financing. All around terrific experience.
Bought a used car with my goddaughter yesterday. Amin Jaddi was our salesman. He exceeded all our expectations. he was proactive, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with her loan which was co-signed by her mom in Washington state. I highly recommend this dealership and our salesman, Amin Jaddi.
My lease was due to expire in less than a month. I returned to the original dealership. It was one of the worse experiences I've ever had! My sister recommended Hyundai of Chantilly. I arrived and right away I was blown away. No one rushing up to you. The inside is airy, and bright. The actual sales person was terrible. He was new and didn't know the cars and specs of each vehicle (understandable). He also didn't listen to my desired features, color etc (apart of giving great customer service). I guess me asking so many questions he needed help. He returned with Markell the sales manager (also new). Again I explained my situation, desired features, color etc. Immediately Markell went to work. He made my car buying experience pleasurable. VERY knowledgeable of specials, rebates car specs etc. Once financing was done I was handed back to the sales person - he did NOT walk me through the car's features! Nor did he setup the navi, there were no wheel locks - nothing!. HE is my only complaint! Everyone else was awesome - Markel Robinson, Sales Manager, Charlie Singleton, Executive Sales Manager and Mahmoud Elwaraky, Finance Director - ALL OUTSTANDING customer service. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Mudaser for anybody who wants to have a new or used car. He is welcoming, friendly and made me feel that he was looking after my needs. I purchased the car and the excellent service plan. We will come back definitely!
I was searching for a “new” used car, and a coworker suggested Malloy out of Woodbridge. I live in North Carolina so immediately I was discouraged. Nevertheless, I gave them a call and I was happy to work with Kia who assured me that she would get me financed regardless of my credit. Not only did she make good on her word, she even offered to deliver the car to me personally so that I didn’t have to go all the way to Woodbridge! She had the paperwork in hand when she showed up and I drove my car back home, never having to leave the state of North Carolina! My son will be graduating soon and needs a car for college, so I WILL be returning!
I really regret not going to Action Automotive sooner! Every other dealer I visited used high-pressure/high-stress sales tactics, had zero respect for my very busy work schedule, and not one of them could even get my name right!
Ben had everything ready to go, and got to work right away on beating my bank's finance rate. I was in and out quickly, with no pressure, no stress, and a great rate on my loan. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

We came in on Sunday afternoon, knowing which car we wanted to buy. Mr. Jay had us test drive the car, calmly and clearly presented various options, and had us out of the store with our new car within a few hours. The entire operation was smooth, non-loud, and very efficient.
I would like to say that after speaking directly with Scott Anderson the Sales Director for Fritzgerald I am pleased with sorting through the miscommunication that led to my unfavorable buying experience. I recently purchased my fifth car from Fitzgerald, my second from Twain Dooley. The process is always fair and easy, and the Fitz prices and their lifetime protection program are great. I was having a few issues with my previous Subaru, and Greg Lewis worked with me to get me into a new car, while Twain took care of the details of the transaction. My expectations were exceeded. I won't buy a car anywhere else.
