I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

From the time arriving for my appointment to the time I picked up my car, I was shown excellent customer service skills by the Service Advisor Jay Malkowski and Kyle the techitian. I came in on Friday evening with a problem of all my lights being on and FCW system failure warning. Jay and Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me that fixing this issue will take leaving car in for a whole day . Jay advised me to bring a car next day in the morning, he had a nice, clean loaner car prepared for me that day. Throughout the day Jay communicated with me on what was the problem and how they will take care if it. I???m very pleased how well and with much attention to the details I was taken care of by Jay Malkowski. Definetely will return for the service to RussDarrow Honda on Browndeer Rd
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Alondra does a fantastic job in reviewing services due and discussing options, costs, and discounts. She took the time to review everything to be done to make sure it was correct. Finally, reviewed all work and inspections completed once services done. Not only is Alondra very knowledgeable and competent in her role, she is very patient and has a great attitude. She has worked with me several times in past and I was glad she took care of me again today.
Eric has been my Senior Svc Advisor for 2 + years now and I am very glad. I am fortunate that he approached me first. He has always had an excellent rapport with me and helped me to diagnose and recommend the correct procedure at an affordable cost. Plus he is very knowledgeable about every service item i ask of him. I wish other advisors will perform like Eric.

Called made appointment, got me in and approved in minutes. I drove home that night.
I have never seen a better Detailer than the man that buffed and waxed my car from John Amato Nissan.
