My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Have only owned this car for a week, but so far am very pleased with it. I switched from a Lexus GS 350 and so far consider it an upgrade. It is a bit larger, with more headroom, legroom and general space to sit and move. I was afraid that my fuel economy would go down, but so far it is very comparable, and on regular gas instead of premium. Lots of tech that take some reading and getting used to, but the driving experience is very good overall, and a lot more car for the money, as the same year Lexus I was looking at was close to $15,000 more.

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

I owned a 2011 Genesis and loved it so when it came time to replace it I chose the 2016 Ultimate model. The 2011 was good but the 2016 is light years ahead. You cannot find a better car this size for the money! The 2016 is the same as the 2017 and 2018 Genesis brand.

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

Just bought a 15 month old 2016 CPO (off lease, 1 owner per Carfax) with 25K miles on it. AWD, signature and tech package. Got it for $20K under MSRP. 45 months and 35K of new car warranty remaining plus power train warranty to 10 yr/100K miles. I have only had it a month now but no issues to report. I love the car's AWD and safety features. I traded in a 2013 3.8 (bought as a 15 month old CPO). Previous Genesis did not like Ohio winters so much. In three years that I owned it, the only maintenance required was oil changes and a 60K checkup. It was a great car! Hope this turns out to be the same. Choose harder to find 2016 CPO model over more plentiful 2015s coming off lease because of the change in bumper to bumper warranty. Prior to 2016, Hyundai's new car electronics warranty period is 3 yr/36K miles, 2016 version and newer is 5yr/60K miles. This car has a ton of high end electronic safety features so it was a significant decision factor. Plus 2016 Genesis model is identical to the 2017 G80 so it still looks fresh. Hope this helps you in your auto purchase.

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

I bought in early December a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Truck from Vroom after going to a few local dealers here in Phoenix, AZ. All what happened was the games they played and wasting my time. I know there is some of that unfortunately when buying a vehicle. I am in my 50's so I am not new to buying cars. But buying a car off the internet is something I had never done prior to Vroom. I did my homework and read many reviews. Obviously there are many negative reviews so I wanted to let readers know my experience. So after finding the truck I wanted I put the $500 down and then both verbally and via email. I told/wrote to my Sale Rep Tramaine, and his boss (the Sales Manager) Stephen that my concern of all the negative reviews. They told me the volume of cars they sell on a monthly basis, being a business man myself, I could see how there could be some negative reviews. I told them every business has it challenges just don't ignore me or the problem if it arises. I can say several things with full confidence: I was kept in the loop of communication, even when the truck had to have a minor touch up paint job. I received the truck in a timely manner, the truck was in excellent shape. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the written description. Most important my price was significantly less than any local dealers and on top of that NO HASSLE AND NO BS. My next purchase in a car is going to Vroom first and probably will never step foot on another car lot in my life.

We had been looking for a Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD for a few months and just weren't having any luck at the dealers. They either were priced too high with ridiculously high mileage or the truck was in terrible shape. I found a truck on Vroom and asked if it was still available, when I received my call back I was at work and couldn't answer. My husband and I were on way to the grocery store and decided what the heck, let's call back and see what they say. Bri answered and said the truck we inquired about was sold but she had a different one. She sent photos, CARFAX and all the necessary info. We said LET'S DO IT! and the process was smooth and fast. We were told 10-14 days for delivery and the truck arrived in 2! Amazing experience all around. Thank you all so much for your help. We love our new truck!!!

I leased this and after my lease was completed I liked this car so much I bought it. It provided a greater value for the money than the other expensive cars. It is comfortable ,dependable , quiet and a joy to drive . The only feature lacking was a passenger seat that had cooling and the ability to raise-up electrically.

Vroom is great because going into car dealerships is a complete friggin nightmare where you have to battle your xxx off to not get scammed.(and I still lose) Vroom had a huge selection of newer used vehicles to choose from; you don't haggle over price, just do your homework on the price to see if it looks in line. (KBB)They also lined up financing with a very good interest rate, everything was transparent, not a bunch of hidden xxxxxxxx with trade ins, extended warranties to buy, maintenance plan tricks...etc. Delivery did take a little longer than they estimated, but no biggie, they delivered our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and other than it being dusty from the trip, it looked GREAT. Feels brand new and it has 40,000 miles, looks just like it did in the pictures. They also set up the registration and I got tags/license plate in the mail. I think they're super and I'll be buying another car in the next few months from them again. I HOPE this is the future of car buying and companies like this are profitable and stay in business.

So after reading the 300 negative reviews, I can honestly say I was VERY nervous about the transaction. Pages and pages of bad reviews, my experience was different and challenging but all in all I am very happy. The primary issue with Vroom is they have all their sales calls going thru a call center where no one knows anything about cars. The call center was Rock Auto disguised as a Vroom. After 3 minutes with these people I knew what the deal was. What I did was run a vin check on the Porsche 911 cabriolet I was interested in to see where the car was located. Once I found out, I called the dealer direct from an old ad on eBay. They put me in touch with a TRUE sales guy and we went over the car in detail. No call center BS. I was approved for the car quickly and the finance team sent the paperwork out timely. To my surprise the car was shipped from Texas to NJ in less than 5 days after all docs were signed. The car was delivered and like other have stated, was not clean and the car did have a damaged rim. I went to my local Porsche dealer and they validated the issue. Here's where the 5 stars comes into play. I called customer service and Christy Leal in the Vroom customer service department approved a new Porsche rim, almost $2000.00 that day to be replaced on the vehicle. They dealt directly with the dealer and simply kept me in the loop. The issue with Vroom is that they are relying on a call center who merely reads from a script. This is not good. If you do a little homework on the car you see listed on their site like I did, you can avoid the call center, Rock Auto. This will alleviate 99% of the stress and you will get a nice car at a great price. I can proudly say I am one of the few happy people that has purchased a car from Vroom. I would definitely buy another car from them. Christy Leal is an excellent employee and she deserves the 5 start I have given.

I went in fairly early with my 16-year-old daughter to find her a new or lightly used car for her first vehicle. We were greeted early on by a young man named Joey and we described our situation and asked him to show my daughter some different options. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee inside while he showed her some various options around the lot. I reconvened with them after about half an hour and took a look at the top options. Naturally there were a few that my daughter for whatever reason thought were in her price range that I instantly ruled out. Sorry kid, I love you a ton, but you can't be driving a car more expensive than your dads. We've whittled it down to three different options and will be returning this weekend with the wife/CFO to make the final decision. -Great facilities -Great selection -Great customer service I'll definitely be recommending this to our family friends, particularly as our kids are all about to be on the market for new wheels.

I traded in a 2010 Genesis 3.8 premium for a 2016 3.8 AWD with the signature package. I was a bit of a brand snob and before buying my previous Genesis I shuddered at the proposition of owning a Hyundai. I liked the Genesis from day one.....but it's a Hyundai!? My 2010 Genesis was literally the best car I've owned. I've had a couple Lexus's, Cadillac, was raised in a BMW family, this Genesis beats them all. My 2016 is only a week old to me and it has surpassed all my expectations. Adequate power, great interior and ergonomics, bank vault quiet and solid. I drove a Mercedes CLS with AWD at the dealership I purchased from and the Genesis felt like the better car. You have to drive one. If you do, and your honest with yourself, you'll find those Hyundai preconceptions leave you in a hurry!

I can't say enough about Kevin and the guys in the service department. I started coming to you when the dealer I bought my car at told me I would need to wait about 10 days to schedule and oil change appointment. Seriously??? 10 days to get an oil change done??? I don't like to go to the oil change places so when I remembered I trip to Echo Park car shopping with a friend. I went online and was able to get something scheduled that very day. What a difference that was to me. I decided I would never go back to that other dealership again. I have been fortunate with my car so oil changes are very important to me in order to keep my Honda in good shape and servicing me for years to come. On this trip I had just returned from a 4200 mile road trip across country. My service light came on 1000 miles from home and I was in drastic need. I was able to quickly get one scheduled that fit my life schedule. Something came up between scheduling and having my appointment. I was in a hurry to get things done. They were very honest with me by telling me it would take at least 45 minutes to get done. They set the right expectation with me. That's important for a busy schedule. When I arrived they were ready to go and had me out in about 45 minutes as promised.. and even washed my car! I work in Customer Service myself so setting the right expectation with your customers is important. The friendliness and great waiting area don't hurt either:) Thank you again Echo Park Service for another great experience.

I traded this car in for a 2018 MB E400 coupe. HOWEVER this car was well worth the money! It rides like a S550 There is no hesitation in performance. It is not a sports car it’s a cruiser and it does it well! 4,8 even 12 hour drives you will always enjoy being in it and driving it. The passenger(s) all love the ride and comfort. The ONLY negative thing is RESELL! OMG you will loose your lunch. I bought new and would have like to die on the numbers. So if you buy ANY Hyundai product NEW keep it until it is paid off!

I had an appointment at 3:30pm, I was out of there by 4pm, everything was explained and he (I don't remember his name but the receipt says my advisor was Chad Niles) was very pleasant to work with. I do however have a complaint regarding my purchasing experience. I test drove my vehicle, I had a "Testdrive offer code" 30098-7247 that I would get $50 for test driving. I gave this to Marcus Porras, he said he was new and would make sure to send me the gift card - here we are 7 months later and I have not received anything. I purchased the vehicle, and told him I was referred by a friend, Hope Martell, she had also purchased a new Hyundai, and was told she would get a referral bonus, that he couldn't do it with my transaction but would make sure he sent it to her on his next sale... again, here we are 7 months later and nothing. I have text messages back and forth with Marcus, that I have saved, where he continued to promise to get these issues resolved, and then he stopped responding on February 13th. I love my car, and other than the issues outlined above, I have had a great experience. I do plan on purchasing a new vehicle in the next couple of years and will likely go back to Hyundai, however, I will never work with Marcus again.

My overall Genesis experience was excellent. Our sales person Bjorn was professional and polite throughout the process. Our finance manager, Bernard was also professional and thorough in his dealings with my wife and myself. I would not hesitate to highly recommend both of them to deal with again. Now for the owners of the dealership, I think you need to upgrade your facility to give the customer a more positive feeling while in your facility. It is stark and rather sterile. It is not a comfortable place to come in and discuss a high end Genesis. If you want to see a sharp contrast, visit Kuni Lexus or Schomp BMW and see for yourself how a customer should be treated. Free drinks very comfortable furniture, and quasi-private areas to discuss vehicles are only three items which your dealership should consider upgrading. Your sales staff are bunched together in a small uncomfortable area with desks that look like they are from a Goodwill store and plastic auditorium chairs for the customer. Seriously? Other than that, it was the professionalism and competence of Bjorn and Bernard that sold me and that's why I gave Arapahoe Hyundai 5 stars. The other comments are a word to the wise for the ownership. If the Genesis is truly going to compete in the luxury/sports car market, then you need to make the buyer feel like the Owners support the brand 100%. Thanks for reading.

This is a beauty to purchase. Quiet, serene and powerful when you floor it. This is a large sedan, larger than midsize sedans. Has high advance tech present with excellent 5yr/60k warranty on tech. You will love it with your first test drive. If you are in a market looking for luxury, I bet you will stop on Genesis. Do not go wrong with brand name just drive it and find it out yourself and I am sure you are going to change your mind.

Worked WITH me and my mystery issue

My 2015 Santa Fe was making a funky clunk when switching gears but it only happened every so often. I brought it in and they couldn't get it to repeat while they had it but they believed me. A few days later we were able to get a video of the issue happening so we brought it back in. Not only did they watch the video on my phone, they had me e-mail it to them so they could get it to the mechanic working on the car. A day later they informed me that the car would need a new transmission and that it was under warranty. Fast forward to a week later and we have a perfectly working vehicle again! Other shops I've dealt with in the past would have dismissed me and my original description of the problem and would have given me nothing but an uphill battle, especially to get them to work with warranty on new $6500 transmission. I never had to call once to get an update. They called me to tell me they had already done the legwork with Hyundai to get a new transmission approved for warranty and that it was already on the way. Not only that, but they just had me keep the loaner car for over a week while the work was done (over 400 miles of driving) and when I did get my car back, it looked as clean as the day I bought it. You would have NEVER been able to tell that they had just done the equivalent of open heart surgery on it. Special shout outs to Jordan and Mark for taking care of all of this. You guys have always been super friendly and have never given us any air of annoyance or grief, especially with a problem like this that couldn't be identified easily. Thanks! I'm not sure who all did the labor on the car but please tell them personally that they nailed it perfectly!

My husband and I just bought a new Hyundai Tucson from this dealership and we couldn???t be happier. The whole process was quick and smooth. We went through USAA who notified local Hyundai dealerships that we were interested. I immediately received an email from their internet sales department saying they were closed and that I would be contacted during normal business hours, as well as an additional email listing in stock options, to include their prices. The following day I received a personal email from their internet manager with an exclusive offer. The savings on the vehicle were phenomenal and below the fair market price after all rebates and incentives. They locked in the price for us and even though we couldn???t make it up to the dealership after many of the incentives and rebates had already expired, they still honored them. When we finally made it up there, we met with Phillip Porras, the internet manager we have been corresponding with email. From the start he was knowledgeable, friendly, sincere and easy-going. We looked at a few different models and took the one we settled on for a test drive. We then proceeded to his office to look at financing options and they were running a financing promotion so we ended up financing with them. And despite that, we still managed to get in and out with a new car in less than 2.5 hours, with 30 minutes of that time being our own fault cause we needed to correct something in the paper work. Bernard was quick and very friendly, and he got our paperwork squared away in record time while still managing to be personable. We loved the hassle free approach they use. The other dealerships never sent us any real quotes and instead just kept calling and texting us and asking us to come in. In fact, the truecar certificate that this dealership sent us had a mistake for a rebate that didn???t apply to the model we bought but the general manager David Z. honored it anyways. Additionally, before we even left the dealership we received an email from their floor manager, Tony Saccomano, asking if there was anything additional we needed that we hadn???t already been provided with. Overall, unbeatable prices and superior customer service. We would definitely recommend this dealership. We have a Hyundai dealership just minutes from our house, but this one was 100% worth the one hour drive.

As I first walked in the door I was greeted with politeness and professionalism by everyone I encountered. One of the best part was that Bird they have now, I love it. The facility was very clean as usual. They offered me coffee and water but that's not rare, they always do. My salesman Joseph (Joe) Cassese, how could I ever pay you back for your service and professionalism! He was very knowledgeable and professional. For a minute I though I was talking to my father, that's how comfortable I was talking to him. He is by FAR the BEST salesman I ever had, EVER!
