I am difficult

I???m not the easiest customer. While I quickly made a decision on my car choice, I was concerned about the damage reported on the Carfax. The poor staff, I had 3 different associates at varying times of the evening walk me through the whole car and undercarriage damage again. Each time the associate was fantastic, kind, genuine and there weren???t any inconsistencies (which is what I was fishing for). The dealership is very laid back and bc there???s no negotiating there wasn???t a feeling of bait and switch. I am very happy with my new Acadia Denali. Few associates I???d like to mention: Bradley. He was very responsive, courteous and genuine. He checked out a few extra things on the car for me and gave honest feedback. He also helped me understand the new features. Jason Harris. Jason was funny, straight up and again customer service just came natural to him. He touched base with me a few times throughout the evening and wound up making absolute magic happen for me. If Jason wasn???t so persistent with my lenders and his generous creativity I would not have walked out with a new car. Guaranteed. Kudos Jason. Don Meyers. Don was fantastic. He was another associate who I asked to walk me through the condition of the car again. Don and I (in heels) were both under the car looking at it together. Given Dons extensive experience at GMC, his knowledge about my car choice was overly abundant and he loved that it was a Denali. He is the one who solidified my decision to buy this particular car. He made me feel comfortable and as if my choice was dead on, the condition was great and he was right. Lennox Young. Where do we start with Lennox. From the very beginning his laid back approach to doing the financial paperwork was appreciated and reassuring. He allowed (and encouraged) me to be me. To curse to vent to just talk away while he was diligently working on my paperwork at the same time. By this time of the night I wasn???t the happiest camper. Lennox had a way to make you feel like your likes, your around family and it???s all okay! He was fun. He was genuine. When the first round of financial agreements were drawn up, I just about walked out. And with ease he offered another option (that was available to me the whole time, it???s not like he switched something up when I threatened to leave) His no pressure style allowed me to call my husband as many times as I wanted and make sure I was doing the right thing. Finally, we come to my girl, to Shaniece King. Shaniece has the patience of a Kindergartner teacher I swear. She picked up on my style pretty quickly, could tell I was going to run the show and she was to just do what I asked. When I needed coffee or a phone charger, she was on it. She was so good. She was focused on me, it wasn???t like she was dealing with a few different customers. Perhaps she was and I just didn???t realize it. I never had to wait for her and she was always easy to find. What I found overly exceptional about this dealership and Shaniece, is after all of this, being there for hours and hours, I didn???t have cash or a check for the down payment. At the 11th hour the manager came in and Lennox said okay what can we do for her? I want her to have this car. She is so excited for it. She lives about 30 minutes away and that???s where her check book is. Turns out the plan they came up with was for Shaniece to follow me to my house, pick up the check and bring it back to the dealership on my behalf. I???m not kidding, she went over and above, especially given her shift ended at 6pm! She didn???t even get to my house until 10:30pm. Unbelievable customer service. She still had a smile on her face when she pulled out of my driveway. Was I there for 5 hours, yes. But half of that was me being difficult. Each and every one of these associates added to my experience and I will certainly go back again. Off Lease Only Palm beach you guys rule!
