I purchased my GMC Sierra SLT approximately 6 months ago and from the moment I walked onto the show room floor Allen has proven to be nothing but professional, from sales to service. My most recent experience was for my first free oil change and tire rotation. I knew what car I wanted and wanted to get it as cheap as I could. I messaged 20+ dealerships overnight. Aldo Balgioni responded. He was short and professional, at no point did he seem like he was selling something, but he still seemed engaged. He asked me what I wanted, I told him, and he met me at my requirements and price without any hassle. I came in and bought the car, out the door in less than an hour. Even on the finance side, the advice was actually consultative and helpful. I would likely end up re-leasing with them for life, assuming there is no change in how the place was managed.
Awesome service department. However as we are leasing a vehicle through them, I am getting slammed with email and phone calls during the last year of our lease with offers to terminate early and get a great offer on a new leased vehicle. Sounds like a great deal and I am ready with checkbook in hand. After 5 tries with 5 different sales people, the promise has not materialized because the cost is way more than promised.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra over the weekend and had the best car buying experience ever. I was able to search inventory on line and confirmed availability via email. This was a great option and made the search easy. We showed up on a Thursday evening to test drive the car. We only had a limited amount of time since we had dinner with friends later. Driving into Nash it was a very impressive facility and had a great selection of autos. We went in and explained that we wanted to take a look at the car we emailed about and were helped right away. Nick was the sales person that we met and there was literally no pressure, he took us out to take a look then asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. We loved the truck and wanted to purchase but knew we didn't have time that night. Nick took all our information before we left and did all the leg work once we left and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived the next day to finish the process. We drove off in our new truck in less than an hour and very satisfied with the truck. Nick was great and the whole experience with Nash was relaxed and friendly. We will absolutely be coming back next time we are in the market for a new car.

The dealer that I have was the best one I???ve ever dealt with. He helped my family in getting our new car but he insisted that we did all the heavy lifting when really it was him. I was blessed to meet him and thankful for all the work he has done in order to get our new car. He deserves the best and I wish more people meet this fellow. Low pressure sales and very helpful in descibing features of the product. Oscar even went out of his way to retrieve an item I had left in my old car after trade in that was sentimental in value. He proved to be of outstanding service even after sale was completed. Would strongly recommend this delearship and professionalism of Oscar Canterero.
We purchased a used Kia Forte here, the car and salespeople were ready and expecting us when we got there, and all was handled professionally. Only nuisance was it took a while to finish prepping the care after we had signed all the paperwork, we had to wait another 30-40 minutes, but other than that, all was good.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Upfront and not pushy. Joann and Bryan were our sales people on a used Mazda 3. Samir and Andrew helped us in finance. I also felt everyone in the building was genuinely helpful and just in a good work environment.
We called ahead after being so frustrated and done with other dealers telling you one thing and then adding on thousands of dollars after making us wait and wasting our precious time. Joann worked on the price and got it to where we needed and kept it there!!!! Amazing! We drove the 45 minutes in friday night traffic to be refreshed with pleasant people and service, and a wonderful car!

I bought a 1999 infiniti i30t from the owner of Exquisite Car Sales 3 months ago. Dealer was extremely nice and did not rush me into any buying process nor trying to persuade me to buy a car. He simply let me pick the car that interested me and let the car sell itself. All repairs he mentioned that had been done recently were true (new fuel injectors, engine coil, etc). He is an extremely nice man who knows how to treat his customers. I cannot express how thankful I am to have gone to this dealership(many others were very rude and would not let me test drive without money in hand), he let me test drive no questions asked. The car is running absolutely perfect and I plan on coming back to buy another used car(in a few years). I have recommended many friends to his place and will recommend to anybody! If you want an honest dealer who accompanies a great buying experience, come here because he wants your business now and in the future!
