Don't understand the earlier review - liked the car but only gave it a 1 rating overall??? I LOVE this car, 5 rating overall. Just purchased a month ago, so cannot rate reliability yet. However, comfort and performance are stellar. With a 300+ mile full range, you cannot be too concerned about finding a charging station. Just do a little planning. Everything well designed. You do need to figure out all the bells and whistles though. Manual was written by someone whose first language is not English.

My service was on 1st of Oct. 2025, Corey was great to talk to and give me the best customer service. Really nice person to talk to, I was at ease with his explaining what my repair was and cost. If I need help again, I will ask for Corey again. This is from me (Bobbie Burnett)

Mark in service was great! Got my car checked in fast although it took a bit longer than I expected for service. All was good except the lot guy that brought me my car with the radio blasting and all the windows down! But again, Mark is my go to for service issues.

Peyton handled sign up and follow up very well. Price was fair. Finished within estimated time. Overall a very good and professional visit.

Paul was attentive and courteous while setting up my car service. This was my first time for a new car service at this dealership. It took over 2 hours to get the car done. There were few people waiting when I showed up for my appointment. The waiting room was clean and offered comfortable seats. Coffee, water, fresh fruit and other snacks are available. Clean bathroom also available. I wish they did not have the ultra religious tv channel on the TV set. It was annoying. Other than that, it was a good experience overall.

I didn't buy my car from this dealer but this is the dealership I used for service for my car. Everyone is so nice. I had the pleasure of working with the Advisor Paul. Paul was simply amazing. He walked me through everything about my car and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I appreciated that and all his honestly. I will be only working with Paul for all my future needs. Thanks Paul 😊
