1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

When the customer arrives and find a they only qualify for one or two out of the six, and the price is $2000 to $3000 more than expected, they have you onsite and will start the negotiation process of 'good cop' (sales agent) and 'bad copy (sales manager). Antwerpen did not do this. The sales agent, Al Russell (shout out to my man Al), was honest and clear warning me upfrontg how dealerships 'bait and switch' through incentive price reductions. Shop these guys online and then go for the visit once you hav e set on a priced with which you can accept. Go also and buy at the veryg end of the month since monthly corporate quotas force them to reduce prices.

A great experience personnel was very friendly and attentive. My sales person and manager were fantastic I felt like I was their priority. The credit consultant explained in detail all paperwork and was super clear so I could have a clear understanding. I even meet the owner Mr Greg it was nice. Am pretty happy with Gregory Hyundai personnel. My experience was very positive and I would recommend it visit and see what they can offer.

He wasn’t pushy at all and was quite patient with me as I worked through all my questions. And while I did have to bring the vehicle back upon realizing that the door jambs had not been properly cleaned before I was given the keys, I am loving my new Palisade! We, old women that is, are notorious for our persnickity ways. So when one of us says something was wonderful, you can take it to the bank! FYI, this is car number 7 for my hubster and me purchased from the Younts. So that is a fairly large number of purchases to compare. None of the other vehicle purchases can compare to my experiences this go round. My sales person was Jon Arrowood, I received technical information from Candy Propst prior to the shopping trip, I was entertained by Mateo and my paper signing guru, Mr. Queen had me in stitches! I can truthfully say, I have never had such a fun day car shopping! Mr. Arrowood, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and he possesses a marvelous sense of humor. My go to carguy from now on. I had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience, I told the salesroom guys, I was going to come hang out with them on Saturdays! I will probably not carry through with that threat, but they had better watch out!

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. So I bought a 2008 chrysler town & touring earlier January of this year which was advertised here in cars.com but I was eventually referred to a website called Elite Auto Auctions to proceed with the purchase. It took about 2 weeks before I got the car and it arrived exactly how it was described. Not much to expect from an old car but not bad for a $1500 bought online. No regrets :))
