Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. Kyle LeSueur had lined this all up (thank you!) and then Steven came out to greet me! Totally floored me and could not have been happier to catch up and laugh about a few more grey hairs, both of us. I'm writing this review based on the incredible experience I had with Dan Meegan, one of the Sales Managers at Napleton Loren Hyundai. I came to Dan a the end of my rope. My 2015 Hyundai had been leased through Grossinger Hyundai in Lincolnwood,and after multiple unreturned phone calls from them plus a bizarre interaction where the phone rep insisted that she had spoken with me and had scheduled an appointment with me (both untrue), I was on the search for a Hyundai dealership that would provide some much needed honest customer service. Enter Dan Meegan. Dan promptly returned my email and understood that it was easiest for me to correspond via email versus over the phone due to my schedule. Positive points for this. I can't tell you how many times I tried to email Grossinger and only received phone calls in return. What is the point of asking you to email me if you just continue to call me?! UGH! Anyway - so Dan and I proceeded to email throughout the day while I explained my situation and he searched for what might be a good solution. Do you know what the solution ended up being? Waiting and not leasing a new car right now. I am not sure what other dealership would have been this honest with me. Instead, they would have finagled to get me in, fast talked me into confusion and then put me in a lease I was uncomfortable with. Not Dan. I cannot tell you how much his honesty and interest in doing the "right thing" meant to me. I can lease/buy a car anywhere - but without a doubt, at the end of the year, I will be going to see Dan at Napleton Loren Hyundai. Such a great guy. Thanks again Dan...and sorry for the belated review. Life is crazy!!! :)

I want to start off by saying that Eric Holloway Direct Sales Manager has an awesome way of helping customers. He called us immediately after we filled out an online request when searching for my 2018 Toyota Highlander on Friday 11/23/18 evening and had a really nice over the phone experience that we made an appointment for the next day at noon to see if we can make a deal for my vehicle. I want to say that when we showed up the next day at around 11:30 am he was ready for us and greeted us with a smile and had our Highlander ready for test drive and see it first hand! They had two on the lot in color and style I wanted and my husband and I were sold on the suv. We were treated very nicely and Eric Holloway and Sunny Ahmad made our buying experience very pleasant. I got an email from Stevinson Hyundai (I had been taking my previous two Santa Fe SUVs [a 2003, and 2013] there for service since 2007) with several new Santa Fe options. I hadn't been thinking about getting a new Santa Fe just yet, but decided to just stop by and check out the offerings. Jim Rosa (the Internet Sales Manager) and I exchanged emails and he invited me to stop by. Jim met me at the door and we chatted for a few minutes and Jim was very polite, responsive and listened well to my concerns and questions, answering them al knowledgeably and completely. When we got to one of the Santa Fe options that was in the email I had received from Stevinson, Jim checked and found that it was not on their lot, having been traded to another dealer. Jim offered me a test drive of an identically-equipped Santa Fe, but not of the color I preferred. The test drive satisfied my concerns about getting a 2.4 L engine, as my 2013 Santa Fe was a 2.0 T turbo equipped one, which I loved. After seeing that the performance of the non-turbocharged engine was acceptable to me, Jim asked if I would be willing to get the one I just test drove, or whether I really would prefer the white one I was interested in. When I said that I really wanted the white one from the email solicitation, Jim worked with the Stevinson Sales Manager to effect another trade to get that Santa Fe back for me. By the time we went through the paper work to get the purchase documented and the trade-in value of my 2013 Santa Fe established, the Santa Fe was already on its way back to Stevinson. By the time I finished with the finance people, (ordering two extras Final Touch exterior and interior finish protection and Clear Mask plastic ding protection), the Santa Fe was back, cleaned up, gassed, and ready for me to drive away. The whole procedure took barely 3 hours (including the test drive). Amazing!! I couldn't be happier about the purchasing process, in terms of the friendly and professional manner that I experienced, the pricing of the net transaction (actually, a bit better than what I had expected from my research on both Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book web sites), and the timeliness in which everything occurred.

The purchase of our new 2018 Sonata was smooth as glass. Found vehicle through our credit union dealer sight Sunday night. Sent msg. Loan approval with credit union quick. Monday morning Rick Lockett emailed we spoke and by 6:30 he drove the car to us, Lyftd back th dealership from Anaheim. The car is spectacular. Definitely recommend and already have. After test driving nearly (10) 2015 Genesis Sedans (used of course), I was left disappointed. As with most off-lease vehicles, I was aware and looking for signs of neglect, failed or improper maintenance, and potential mechanical issues. Having jumped from dealership to dealership, some Hyundai, some private, and being disappointed in the overall condition of these "low mileage" off-lease Genesis Sedan (2nd Generation), I found a plethora of 2015 units at Jim Ellis. When I say plethora, I really mean, rows upon rows. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable when it comes to cars, so I spent a decent amount of time researching every unit the dealership had in stock. The tires were all swapped out for MXM4's (one of the top grand touring tires for this particular vehicle), and maintenance history seemed to be spot on. While some carfax reports show large gaps between service, most, if not all of the vehicles in stock at Jim Ellis were properly serviced. They do their homework when purchasing and bringing in off-lease vehicles from other states/dealers. My particular unit (2015 Genesis Sedan 3.8 AWD Ultimate) was brought in from Nevada, one owner (an obvious requirement), with all maintenance history performed at the local Nevada Hyundai dealership. After a quick test drive and visual inspection, I decided it was the one. The car was in immaculate condition (24,000 miles on the odo). The vehicle I decided on had an Ivory interior (basically white) and it could have passed for a brand new vehicle. My co-workers were pretty shocked when they realized it was a CPO model. To cut things short, Billy Jung (my salesman) was nothing short of extraordinary, and was probably the first person to offer me a vehicle purchasing experience that didn't feel like a straight up con. I was confident in his judgement from the get go. He seemed almost too polite and humble to be working as a "salesman" but we all know there are good people out there. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Billy Jung... really. If you have a problem with him... there may be something wrong with YOU. People bash on Hyundai's level of service, as opposed to the Lexus experience, but while Hyundai does not offer the "Lexus" dealership experience with fine waiting rooms etc., this dealership does NOT skimp out on the customer service. This is also where you find most of the savings over the GS350 (in this case, as I had purchase a Genesis Sedan). Every single person, from Mylesha (the lady who took my reservations), to Billy Jung (my favorite salesman to date), to the business/finance manager (Sam Patel), all provided us with a purchasing experience bar none. To be honest I knew going into Jim Ellis that their reputation was great (just check their Google reviews), but by the time I was signing, I realized it was well justified. Let me say this again... there are multiple Hyundai dealerships in the Georgia (Atlanta) area. Save yourself some time and peace of mind and visit Jim Ellis first. I had initially tried to reach out to Rick Case (they are local to me) but was dissatisfied with their level of service even prior to even looking at a unit. Rick Case also has a much smaller inventory (by quite a large margin) so I would have a hard time recommending them over Jim Ellis, regardless of price. The fact that Jim Ellis met my... quite OCD/ridiculous standards for anything used (almost unrealistic, they are used cars after all) says dividends. I truly appreciate and am still baffled at how the purchasing experience went. I drove home that day (accompanied by my father who the car is partially for) in silence. It almost seemed too good to be true, but they made it happen. It's been over a week since the purchase, and the car still runs "like new." :) I just want to say thank you again Billy Jung and Sam Patel for your service. God bless!!!
