Pretty good overall experience. I bought a nice used car. The salesman was friendly and went with me on a test drive. My first initial contact was online via email. We set up an appointment at my convenience. When I arrived the salesman had the car pulled out and parked up front and ready for me to examine and test drive. The only thing I would complain about it is that it took quite a long time to get to the finance manager's office to complete the sale because they were having slow internet/computer problems, which caused me to wait a considerable amount of time. They were very apologetic and made every effort to try to get me going as soon as they could. I would return to this dealership in the future.
I was thrilled from the moment I got there but with my stubborn self went and looked at a few other cars before returning and buying. They did an amazing job but specifically Nate was amazing to work with. I even saw him interact with a past client who shared that she has bought both of her cars from him because of his skill, knowledge, and ease to work with.
After going to quite a few dealerships to look for a car I came across Annapolis Hyundai and spoke with Shawn. He made the car buying experience a total hassle free easy experience. We worked pricing and everything out over the phone and then I was in and out of the dealership within hour with my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. I can???t express enough how great this dealership is. I will definitely refer others!
I found the exact truck through the internet. The dealership responded to me immediately and I was transferred to Matt for the price and trade in value. I thought the prices they quoted me were fair for me. Matt did an excellent job ensuring the truck was set up as I wanted it. Finally a good experience buying a truck that I really wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from then.
I originally came in to ask about the new 2019 RAV4, for which little information had been disseminated to the dealers by that time. The only thing of which they were certain was the late December release date. Warren took the opportunity to tell me about the deals going on for the 2018 RAV4. I am no fan of the exterior styling of this generation, but Warren found me one that not only was colored to minimize the aspects of the body that bother me, but also include the things I was seeking in a new vehicle (AWD, better gas mileage, upgraded safety and technology features, etc.). He was able to answer my questions and had a much-appreciated sincerity. The last thing I wanted was to feel manipulated by a slick-talking salesman and Warren was the perfect salesman to deal with me. Overall, a pleasant buying experience and I am becoming happier with my purchase with each mile.
We were treated with dignity and the buying process was painless. Damien was a pleasure to work with and he even stayed late to go over all of our vehicles features with us before we left. Definitely not what you expect when buying a used vehicle. We were very pleased with choosing Jim Ellis.
Wife and I went in just looking to test drive a couple vehicles and met Jeff McL. Unlike other dealers we visited there was no pressure from Jeff or the managers. They made a great offer on our trade in and the vehicle we were looking at. The timing wasn't right for us so we ended up leaving without the car. In the following weeks Jeff responded within the minute of every text I sent him asking questions about different vehicles and he even went out and grabbed cars from other lots we could look at. Jeff made it feel like he was working for us and not the dealership and we truly appreciated that.
Just an overall nice, easy experience. great value.

I recently needed to get a new car, I decided to look at Hyundai and see if I could find something that would work good for me. During my time working with Crain Hyundai, Bryan Huddleston answered any and all of my questions (which were a lot!), explained all the details proficiently and honestly, and put me in a car I absolutely love. It was a pleasure working with Bryan and Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville.
I had a 13-year-old car to trade (very sad; love that car) and cash to spend on a new used car. Matthew was excellent to work with after searching online, finding one I thought would work, confirming its availability and then finally arranging an appointment and test drive. I felt listened to, understood and absolutely valued as someone important to him that day and the dealership overall. The whole transaction was smooth ??? and I wasn't the only one. It seemed to me that day that all of the sales people and customers were having good experiences. They must be doing something right! I would recommend Matt and Shortline without hesitation.
I was looking for a used car for my son. I had been hunting for a great deal, but something reliable. Jessie did such a great job outlining the awesome features of the Sonata, she convinced me I needed a car too! Bought my son a beautiful, 2017 red Sonata and got myself a 2019 Santa Fe. Jessie was attentive and thorough, sending me pix and info throughout the process. She also worked with me on the deals where I felt comfortable. I've purchased several cars over the years, Jessie made this a pleasant experience all around! Great job! Good on Southpount Hyundai for their excellent hire!
I posted yesterday about a poor experience here. Although I was very unhappy I wish to update that management assured me it was a big misunderstand and everything they originally offered was good and even made things a bit better. Kudos to the staff for addressing a customers concerns and quickly rectified the situation.

I didn't buy from this dealership (it is over 300 miles away from home) but my interactions were very friendly, without pressure and very professional. They also sell Hyundai cars that are hard to find without a markup unlike nearly all Hyundai dealers I found. If you are in SoCal and looking for a Hyundai I would start here.

The dealer that I have was the best one I???ve ever dealt with. He helped my family in getting our new car but he insisted that we did all the heavy lifting when really it was him. I was blessed to meet him and thankful for all the work he has done in order to get our new car. He deserves the best and I wish more people meet this fellow. My car was serviced in the amount of time promised. John was clear and thorough in his descriptions of the service. Sometimes in the past I have felt mechanics/car dealers were too pushy or condescending and I felt the opposite here. John explained everything and I felt he was trustworthy. I like the waiting room and got a lot of work done while waiting for my car. I even enjoyed a cup of good coffee. The vibe was pleasant and I could tell the people who work at this location are happy. Good job!
Check in went great, the store was busy but never lost customer service. Fresh local coffee and popcorn to entertain at the big screen tv. Thanks for being my service shop and always remembering me!
