Joseph was able to answer all my questions and concerns, he was absolutely amazing and friendly I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Dealers need more salesmen like him, it would make the car buying experience a lot better. I will definitely come back and refer friends to buy a car at Balise Hyundai from Joseph.

I needed my first oil change. I had a 9:00 and got early. They took my car at 8:15. The order was written up by 8:30 and I was on my way home by 9:05. I didn't even have time to finish a cup of coffee in the waiting room.

Mark the internet sales manager is friendly, professional, personable, very knowledgeable, thorough easy to deal with. Didn???t agree with dealership trade in price. Had to wait longer than expected when picking up new car due to unforeseen circumstances.

My Mom needed a car and we called Jonathan of South Shore Hyundai. We called him, told him what we wanted, what we could afford and then he called us back within minutes with various options. The service Department experience is always top notch! I dropped my Genesis off early for an oil change, bulb replacement, and multi-point checkup. Got a call a couple of hours later that it was ready and picked up car in the afternoon. Always a seamless process! thank you Ralph, Dimitri, and the entire crew!
Took the car there at 10am with the steering wheel problem, by 2pm they were done. Staff was courteous and not pressing into getting other services. I will defintely come back. They are worth trusty. Next week i???ll be there for an oil change and see which other services are needed for mu hyundai sonata gls 2013
