Bruce & Jess are amazing, fair and truly honest in their vehicle sales strategy and outstanding customer service. Bruce was exceptionally patient, answered all of my questions thoroughly and was highly attentive to pursuing my direct and immediate vehicle selection criteria. I nearly purchased a 2018 limited special edition TRD 4Runner, however, after a brief discussion with Bruce and Jess together, THEY talked ME out of that purchase and into a different vehicle which better served my transportation needs and my financial commitment.....which was $20,000 CHEAPER!!!! Bruce and Jess are TRULY honest customer service engineers and have a direct captital on the vehicle sales market by treating the customers they serve with exceptional respect and fairness. It was overly evident that up front transparency is valued at Napelton Toyota and I never once felt Bruce or Jess were deploying high pressure sales tactics that were financially sneaky, intrusive or deceptive. I genuinely felt Bruce and Jess had my best interest in mind, not only with my vehicle choice, but also in conjunction with my personal financial options. They were easy to work with and my entire experience with Napelton Toyota can only be described as AWESOME! Working with Bruce personally demonstrated how we were partners in my purchase and not ???just another customer??? who he saw as another opportunity to put money in his pocket and money into the bank of the dealership. Bruce dillegently and effortlessly took care of my transportation needs while working on this vehicle purchase and was willing to help me with whatever I needed, even if it meant he stayed late or came in on his days off. As if all of this wasn???t enough to endorse me as loyal customer and consumer of Napelton Toyota, I also had the pleasure of directly working with Randy Sledge, Finance Manager of Napelton Toyota. Randy was also amazing to work with in addition to Bruce and Jess. Randy took the time to fully explain the financial agreement and lending contract after providing me with more than enough time to adequately answer all of my questions. Randy did not pressure me to purchase any type of lending contract ???add on???s???, however, took the important time to discuss my options based on my time spent driving. Randy easily met the same level of customer service provided by Bruce and Jess. I STRONGLY encourage the CEO, administrative council of Napelton Toyota and the Napelton Dealership cooperation to not only go over my review, but to please contact me personally so I can further explain and describe how Bruce, Jess and Randy are critical assets to the success of Napelton Toyota and Napelton.
