We went to buy a used car, Since it was a used car we were not confident to buy right then. They gave us the car for a day to use with a nominal deposit fees which was refundable. It was really great to use a car for day before buying. The next day the when we decided to buy it the whole process was very quick and painless. They also fixed a small issue with the car and the price was really great compared to the competition in the market. The salesman Jesse and Manager Mike were really great and kind. They met our needs quickly. Overall a really great experience!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal. Thanks Mike and Jesse!

THIS IS THE BEST CAR. I love driving it. I feel so good about making the decision to purchase this vehicle. I love driving to work each day on all electric. I love charging it at the free superchargers around town. I love that I am NOT POLLUTING gross exhaust fumes that harm children with asthma. I love that I am not contributing to the fossil fuel industry. I love that I am helping to curb emissions that cause climate change and harm innocent wildlife. The car is awesome. Please get one.
Usual stellar performance! I had no problems scheduling and the maitainence was preformed without any problems. Clean facilities, helpful staff, car was returned clean and ready to go...

The Hyundai Ioniq Plug-In is by far the best automotive purchase I've ever made. I was looking for economy first. Nothing touches the Ioniq. I'm averaging over 70 mpg in my total driving experience since I bought the care 3 weeks ago. We bought the base model and love the way it looks and the features that are included.
I. Took my Cadillac for repairs and. They did an awesome job on my Cadillac thank you to jr santori he is the best at what he does I recommend Cadillac services for any repairs on your Cadillacs they do the best job. Thank you jr
I can now sleep knowing my jerry the Cadillac is always taken care of with you guys :)
Excellent value, minor design flaws

I’ve owned this car for 3 weeks so far and I have mostly a great review. There are some things I would like to mention to the Hyundai design crew. First: your key fob should not be that easy to detach from the physical metal key... it comes off accidentally in my pocket. Secondly: the “gas range estimate” is off a bit; the mileage is still about correct but the range on gas miles is not always accurate and is dependent on driving style/habits. Third: your actual MPG and which mode to use is also a question which depends on city vs. highway and hills or flat. Last: when going 0-60 on a highway on-ramp, the vehicle seems to jump when it transfers from the electric to gas engine... you should work on a less jumpy transition.
Other than the above flaws, the car is great for my economy, great for the environment, great for safety features and the car has those tax incentives and rebates which make it very affordable. The only real downside is that tall people don’t fit well in the back seats.
I highly recommend this car for economically, environmentally friendly consumers who want a sporty looking car that is actually green.
We bought two cars from Casey at Hyundai because he was as knowledgeable about cas and not pushy. Test drove about 5 before buying Hyundai. The brand is reliable, minimal recalls and offers a great 100k warranty.

Ive owned the PHEV Ioniq for a little more than two weeks now. I've driven over 1100 miles and just put gas in the tank (only 9 gals since I was at a 1/4 tank). I'm getting about 135MPG which is crazy. Some days I'm getting over 400 mpgs. I get about 30 miles on a full electric charge, so that just about covers my commute, then I plug in at work and am usually charged for the ride home (7 hr 30 mins to fully charge on the level 1 charger). It's comfortable. I love the styling. The interior is intuitive and normal (unlike other hybrids that are more space ship like). I find I get good pick up on the highway, but it could use a bit more zip off the start line. I love getting rebates Federal, State and from electric company. When I get the plates I will be applying for carpool lane stickers--another bonus. These were hard to find. No dealer in SD had more than 3 vehicles on the lot. I think there were less than 10 in all of San Diego county.
I couldn’t be happier with my car buying experience with Elwira. Take it from me when I say that she really knows her stuff. She doesn’t pressure you, she works with you on your budget, and she really gives you what you want. The whole process was really smooth! I even shopped around a little bit and test drove a few cars before making my final decision, but Elwira just worked with me so well that it was a no brainer . Amazing fuel economy and electric range!

I'm very happy with this car. I've gone over 1000 miles on less than a half a tank, thanks to electric range of 29 miles. Comfortable with a surprisingly well equipped base model.
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
