Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!
I think Auto Wholesale is a smart business model for selling cars. First of all , the owner finds top notch cars and prices them reasonably. There is no sales pressure at all. As a matter of fact , I got to the showroom late in the day and wasn???t intending on buying. After I test drone the car I decided I did want it, but didn???t have my checkbook. The salesman let me take the car home and I returned to pay him the next day. Talk about hassle free service. And I purchased an extended warranty for 2/3 less than what a big dealership in town was going to sell me. I???m very pleased with Auto Wholesale and will be recommending it to anyone I know who needs to purchase a car. Cannot comment on quality of work as have not had to have any work done on my new vehicle.

It was exactly what I was looking for I love the color I love that it has dual exhaust and all-wheel drive I had a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe brand new I got 15 years out of it and traded it in for this one I've had it for 6 days now and completely satisfied with it it does everything I expect it would and my salesperson Ron Webb is a great guy I would have anybody see him he took care of every need that I had and then some went out of his way to take care of my needs very polite nice guy if anybody goes to buy a Hyundai I would suggest to go see Ron Webb the dealership itself was very good had no issues they took care of all of my problems also as soon as I went down there no waiting I hope whoever is reading this takes it seriously and have a great day
Mr Wallace Bird was one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He didn't let me off the hook easily but I didn't feel pressured like I have at other dealerships. He was very knowledgeable and directed us into making a much better deal then we ever would have made on our own. His many years of experience was invaluable. He was very pleasant and respectful and made it a pleasure to do business with them.

I can't rave enough about the quality of service I received in buying a car in June. Mario was exceptional. He was able to help me with identifying my needs and choosing the best car for me and my family. “Great Buying Experience”
My Husband and I decided it was time to buy a new car--about 1 year before we actually did! I kept putting it off because I HATE car shopping (don’t you), the pressure, the money, the whole miserable experience. We chose Gosch because of location and reputation. We decided to go and drive “something” just to see what might be out there. We were very interested in Hyundai for the great warranty. Made an online appointment and went in to meet MIke Stratton. We were quickly introduced to Justin Peterson (Mike w/ another customer). Justin was awesome. He let us do our own thing, made sure our questions were answered. We ended up purchasing an awesome Hyundai Tuscon. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m just writing my review to say this was the “BEST” car buying experience ever, for my Husband and for me. No pressure, no price changes, no “car salesman” scenarios.
We have been contacted several times to just check in and make sure we don’t have any questions about our purchase. Amazing customer service and product. My husband and I both give Gosch Hyundai and the sales team 5 stars. Thank you for the great car buying experience.
There is lot of Aloha spirit and team work here. We certainly loved that. The sales team listened to what we were looking for in our car & our budget. The recommendations of each suggested cars were on point. As we talked even more of our needs & the type of the car taught we were looking for our Salesman suggested a car that was exactly what we were looking for. #1 priority was gas efficiency since I would be driving from one side of the island to the other side on a daily basis. The Hyundai Ioniq was the perfect fit for a small family of 4. Again Mahalo to everyone that helped us.
