I did not have an appointment but because I arrived early , the customer rep reviewed his work load and fit me in. He was very professional and kept me abreast until completion of my desired services. I also received a free car wash without my request.
This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.
Jack Johnson and Renee are top professionals, did not pressure me in anyway to purchase, great listners, patient and addressed all questions. My experience was quite rewarding and I am very pleased with my new vehicle. The staff are the greatest!
Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.
I was very impressed with the customer service, that I received today. The young lady transferred my coupons from my old vehicle to my new one. Something ,that I had been trying to do before I got there. Great service!
We were greeted by a sales associate as soon as we stepped onto the lot. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were not rushed. Everything was explained clearly. The car we bought was a great buy and everything on it was shown and explained to us clearly and thoroughly.
Great experience with Deb, she took her time and knew our needs. Very friendly and totally helpful. Also dealing with Chip Reuter was pleasant and helpful. Got us in the right car. We now own two Hyundias! Our first is nine years old both from Jones Junction.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Ourisman Hyundai and Mitsubishi and I must say that this dealership was awesome! Nick Cutlip, Sr. went up, above and beyond to make sure I purchased a vehicle I was most comfortable with. He offered suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever even throughout all color changes and multiply trips to the back lot, Nick stated " Don't worry , we will not leave until we find the right vehicle". Serveral hours later I finally decided on a 2018 Hyundai, Sonata grey in color but never the less the remaining process was absolutely painles from the finance lady ( Loved her ) to driving off the lot. I felt like family by the end of the whole process. I highly recommend Nick to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Sincerely Yours Dana Martin
Service was quick and complete. Even serve refreshments while you wait. Leon was my service writer and he did a professional, courteous job. Very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Would highly recommend.
I came in for an oil change and was greeted, taken care of immediately, and I was in and out in under and hour. Couldn???t ask for more.
