I originally came in to ask about the new 2019 RAV4, for which little information had been disseminated to the dealers by that time. The only thing of which they were certain was the late December release date. Warren took the opportunity to tell me about the deals going on for the 2018 RAV4. I am no fan of the exterior styling of this generation, but Warren found me one that not only was colored to minimize the aspects of the body that bother me, but also include the things I was seeking in a new vehicle (AWD, better gas mileage, upgraded safety and technology features, etc.). He was able to answer my questions and had a much-appreciated sincerity. The last thing I wanted was to feel manipulated by a slick-talking salesman and Warren was the perfect salesman to deal with me. Overall, a pleasant buying experience and I am becoming happier with my purchase with each mile.
Cameron worked hard to find me the best vehicle for my driving lifestyle. He helped me find the right fit. Best of all he did not over sell, he found the options I wanted without tons of things I did not need or want.

I have bought two automobiles from Hyundai of Greeley and also the same sale person Scott Adeler, each time has been a pleasure doing business with Scott and Hyundai of Greeley. Scott is friendly, knowledgeable about 5he product he is selling and very helpful with the technology of blue link and all the programs needed to run the car. We bought a 2018 Sante Fe Sport 2.0t and love it . Scott was a amazing how he took care of all are needs . I will probably buy another car in a few years and hope the Scott will still be their to help us. He makes you feel special and will do what ever it takes to make you happy. I can't rave enough about the quality of service I received in buying a car in June. Mario was exceptional. Bought a new 2018 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership and was very satisfied with quality of detail and service. I received a fair price and my trade-in was equally fair priced. Follow-up was excellent, as well as the presentation from the salesman. I would definitely go back for another vehicle.
I posted yesterday about a poor experience here. Although I was very unhappy I wish to update that management assured me it was a big misunderstand and everything they originally offered was good and even made things a bit better. Kudos to the staff for addressing a customers concerns and quickly rectified the situation.

It was past time for a service recently when my Sonata developed a bad rattle/clicking in the steering column. I set up the appointment for a few days later. The service rep was courteous and friendly and described two recent recalls that would solve my problem in a couple of hours of service time. He called me at home to tell me my battery was showing some signs of failing and asked me if I would like to replace it. I did. My car was ready with a courtesy wash and no more rattle in the steering. It was a very pleasant experience as always with your service center.

My car was serviced in the amount of time promised. John was clear and thorough in his descriptions of the service. Sometimes in the past I have felt mechanics/car dealers were too pushy or condescending and I felt the opposite here. John explained everything and I felt he was trustworthy. I like the waiting room and got a lot of work done while waiting for my car. I even enjoyed a cup of good coffee. The vibe was pleasant and I could tell the people who work at this location are happy. Good job!
