I have taken my 2013 Hyundai Tucson into Bronco Motors Hyundai West since 2014 and have never had a bad experience. Ryan Hatch has been my advisor since my first visit. He always explains the points on the technician's comments, and I trust his advice on what needs to be done now and what can wait. I feel very comfortable with work done by the service technicians as well. For example, My low tire sensors had been on for over 4,000 miles. On several occasions, I had checked the tire pressure in each tire and did not find any significant low pressure. Even the technician who worked on the low tire sensors found a screw in a tire and fixed the problem. I didn't have to worry that unnecessary repairs were made. Thanks to the entire Bronco Hyundai service team.
I called to get information on a vehicle this dealer had just listed, they did not have any photos posted yet. I talked with Steve who texted me plenty of photos right away. He then FaceTimed me back and went over every inch of the vehicle for me and checked all functions real time. When I had a question that Steve did not know the answer to he asked a mechanic, Jeff to answer it for me. I live out of state from the dealer and could not see it in person, this was the next best thing. Because of Steve and Jeff’s help I planned on making a trip to test drive and see it in person. A vehicle came up for sale locally the same day that I ended up buying so I did not buy from Bronco Motors. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer based on my experience with them, they went that extra mile for me and I really appreciate that.

I was looking for my second Scion IQ with lowest mileage in blizzard pearl and I was happy and lucky to find the nicest and serious dealership out of state especially with a professional respectful salesman named DAVID that illuminated every questions and steps that I had beginning with the CARFAX if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t buy the vehicle over 2450 miles away.

Jeff Smith at Bronco Motors is a gem to work with. An honest man that listens to what you have to say and then tries to find exactly what you are looking for in the price range you suggested. I've worked with Jeff before and hope to work with him again when my daughter is ready to buy.
I appreciated the customer service I received during my maintenance service and overall inspection check on my Hyundai Sonata. Ryan was very helpful and answered all of my questions. he made sure that I had a loners but it wouldn't be stranded without a vehicle trying to get to work and appointments. He even stayed late past his time to make sure that I was able to pick up my car and drop off the loaner for another customer, so that they would be able to use it the next day. The service men went over the car and inspected it to see if there were any needs or areas of concern. None were found, Ryan was up front and honest about any and all areas of concern for the present or possible future. He gave me the option for another maintenance service but, did not force me into purchasing it. Although I did, only to keep my car running in Tip-Top shape. while I was waiting and sales gentleman took me around to look at other vehicles that I was possibly interested in he was very informative patient and kind even took me back to the service department and answered any and all other questions that I had.
