Came in to this dealership today with my wife to purchase a car, having the intentions on buying something very affordable with low miles. As we pulled up, we were approached by a salesman named Vince. He was very friendly and straight to the point. At first we were looking at some of the used cars in the front of the lot, most of the cars had a lot of miles but it was to be expected in a used car. Vince was extremely knowledgeable with his car information for each car we wanted to look at which was awesome! As the day continued, me and my wife both got hungry as it was around lunch time. Knowing most people just say that to leave the dealership, Vince could tell we were genuinely hungry, I hope. Haha! So we did leave the dealership to go to Panda Express, which Vince did recommend for us. After filling up on some great food, we were ready to buy a car! After we returned to the lot, we went straight to the NEW cars to have a look. Looking at the 2018 Hyundai Elantras and Sonatas. Once again, Vince being extremely knowledgeable as he is... he was able to explain the difference between not 2, nor 3, but several different cars. Showing us the difference between the value and the limited editions from the bottom of the car (rims) to the top of the car(sun roof). I definitely did not want hub caps for rims so he stayed stray away from those cars which was great. Vince definitely heard us and took in everything we wanted in a car and SOLD us on a brand new car. After picking out the car of choice, we chose a champagne beige color for our new car at first. After several minutes of sitting at Vince's office area we decided we wanted a silver one instead which was a simple quick change. Vince definitely made us feel at home as he offered us water and snacks throughout our visit. The credit process was a little long but it was too be expected again for a new car. Vince definitely has jokes, he again will make you at home and bring a smile to your face. After signing all the paper work they pulled the car into the A/C garage, where I'll be driving away. The car was clean as it was brand new but could have been a little better wiped down knowing it was sitting in the lot but I won't let that ruin this review as Vince basically took it upon himself to wipe down the car again after the cleaning guys didn't do it fully. I was very picky as I just made a huge investment in this car, but Vince was very patient with me and met all my standards! He then showed me the inside of the car and how everything works. Let's just say, I was able to sync our garage door opener to the car with Vince's help at the dealership. Thank you again Rodeo Hyundai for providing us with a superior salesman Vince and a brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Vince is a keeper! Take care!

My wife and I have owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 11 years and this year it turned 186000 miles. Easily the best car we have ever owned. And we would buy a Hyundai again but we wanted a truck to replace "old reliable." So we did our research and knew what we wanted a truck with as much reliability as our old Hyundai. I wanted a Dodge 1500 crew cab for the ruggedness and reliability and my wife was Intested in the Toyota Tacoma for the reliability and the drivability. And we know we clould not afford a brand new truck. So after a week of truck shopping and disappointment. We were driving past the Hyundai dealership and I saw a Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab in our price range. So we stopped in to check it out. When my wife and I pulled up we made a bet to see how long to would take for a salesmen to acknowledge us... we were both wrong, Chris welcomed us with amazing finesse and professionalism. We explained to him our price range and wants and needs. He said he had the perfect truck for us. So we followed him out to the lot and he shows us a Nissan Frontier crew cab SV. At first I was frustrated because it was not the Dodge. But after test driving them both my wife and I realize that Chris had our best interest in mind. The Nissan was more reliable then the Dodge and my wife was more confident driving the Nissan. So now we own an a great truck and are so happy. Hyundai is an amazing brand, Earnhardt Hyundai has an incredible staff and Chris is the best of the best. Please do yourself a favor and stop by, no matter what type of vehicle your looking for. You just might be surprised.

Fun Car but Milage is not good at all I have the 1.6T Ultimite hate the Auto Intermittent wiper most times does not work only works when it senses water if your window is misted will not work still have to turn on to low to use the wiper useless feature . Blu Link wow waste of money takes usually 2 min to start it the 4 way flashers flash all the time it is starded can not use at night wakes up my Neighbors while flashing in there bedroom window just anioying the AWD even when locked in only works when it senses slipping so the lock is usless again value for the money noway pricey for an in town car the expensive to run on hwy also only 1500 klms and already having electronic issues .Will not be buying another Hyundai .

I am not usually a fan of black plastic on cars, but with the Kona it works. Usually I would not even look at a car with that much black plastic, but on this car it looks modern, sporty, and durable. I am not thrilled with the interior, but I do like it. It has what I need and is comfortable. The seat warmers, cargo area in the back, and screen with apple car play are all a plus. I am 5'9 and with long legs, and I can sit in the front and back very comfortably. I am however THRILLED with the way this car handles. It's totally fun to drive. Everyone who has test drove my car were like me, pleasantly surprised. It's a small SUV, so easy to park and navigate, but with the higher seats and driving power, it feels like a larger SUV.

Trim: SEL, AWD (2018) This car is an excellent choice if you're looking for AWD with good ground clearance in a small vehicle and excellent fuel economy. I have the SEL trim which comes with the 2.0L engine and 6-speed automatic transmission. I live in a city and commute through poorly paved and barely plowed farm land in New England with lots of snow and ice. This car performs exceptionally well. We have had very cold temperatures (averaging -15 degrees F one week) and my Kona still averaged 27.2 mpg when driving in mostly city and farm roads. In warmer temperature and the same driving conditions, the car gets 29.8 mpg. Strictly highway in optimal conditions is about 31.8 mpg. *My fuel economy is actually measured and not based on the dashboard readings* The transmission and powertrain take some time to get used to when going up and down steep hills. It often shifts to 5th gear with high revs to climb. However, after driving it for a month, it became more natural to optimize the revs and the car no longer lagged up hills or revved excessively. It was a transition for me since my previous car had a V8 engine. Although it certainly isn't a fast/powerful car, it performs very well overall and the power will get you up hills. The handling is exceptional no matter the condition. It drives wherever you steer it, even in wet, sandy, icy, or snowy conditions. I've even given coworkers rides when their Subarus weren't able to handle the snow (through ice, 8 inches unplowed, mixtures, etc.) and I have the stock tires. Sport mode is fun to drive in, although I haven't experimented enough to thoroughly review it. It improves acceleration and handling but does reduce fuel economy by 1 or 2 mpg. Normal mode is sufficient for everyday driving and gets excellent fuel economy for a car with AWD. Many people have commented that the storage space is small The Kona is one of the smallest crossovers, which makes it excellent for easy handling and parking in cities, but the downside is the smaller trunk size. The trunk is large enough for everyday items such as groceries, backpacks, duffle bags, etc. There's plenty of foot room in the cabin, and fitting four people is comfortable; thus, I usually just put the rear seats down if I have to fit large objects in the car. The biggest problem I have had is the headlight bulbs. The headlamps themselves are great but the stock bulbs barely lit 10 ft in front of me, so I replaced them with cheap H7 bulbs and they are much better. I should also mention that replacing the headlights was extremely simple. It took me less than 5 minutes to replace the low beams and high beams, which is great. Older Hyundai models were tougher to do this with so this is an excellent improvement. I think that reviewing the style is completely subjective but I have gotten many compliments on it's appearance. The more expensive trims come with a dual-clutch transmission, which is not optimal for city or hill driving, so I recommend this transmission for most drivers. It is only available with the 2.0L engine, and although it does not have superior power, it does have outstanding handling and overall performance. I recommend this, particularly if you're looking for an AWD commuting vehicle to handle sandy, off-road, or wintery (New England) conditions. It is definitely the greatest value out there for the price, particularly if you have poor driving conditions.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I love everything about my Kono. Although my passenger speaker is going out. I’m taking it in to the dealer in a couple of days. I hope my warranty will cover it. Also like another reviewer said my warning signal doesn’t always work. I hope these fixes get straightened out..

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

The Hyundai Blue Link system being so unreliable it brings the Kona down in ratings. Blue Link does not work at least half the time with multiple different error messages. When the Blue Link system does work it is slow and cumbersome to use. Do not buy the Kona with the Blue Link system as it is a complete waste of money.

BEST car buying experience EVER!!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

We were looking to purchase one vehicle only and instead left with two! Everyone was so patient with me and my family, I had my kids with me and Chris Walls was so patient and understanding. Customer service is beyond expectations and everyone went an extra mile to keep my us satisfied. Right from the beginning, Chris worked with our price range and was very patient bringing us cars to try so our kids (yong kids) wouldn't have to walk. He was able to get us two cars with a trade in that we owed money to within our price range. We were shocked when he said it was a done deal! There's a room in the back with drinks , food and games for kids and after purchasing two brand new vehicles and trading one in it was a much thanked feature of the dealer. Chris walls was able to make a great business for us and we are so happy!!! Thank you Chris !! Skip this car if you are short!

Any reviewer who claims this car is suitable for a short person obviously drives with a TALL person who can close this hatchback. Only Hyundai offers NO automatic closure. Although the back was cramped, I would have bought it until..... I walked to the rear, couldn’t reach the hatchback top ( I am 5’2”) to close it. The salesman called the manufacturer who said there was NO option to install an automatic device like EVERY OTHER car on the market has!! Corporate needs to take note!!!!!!

I visited several dealers in the local area and not one measured up to Pearson Nissan of Ocala. 1st off I was met on a Sunday morning when the salesman would normally be off in order to accommodate my availability. 2nd my credit wasn't the best however, he made me feel good about a potential purchase regardless of my financial situation. (Everyone deserves a second chance). I explained my situation and what I could afford. And he was willing to work at getting me a good deal. I left Sunday with high hopes and a good feeling inside, some salesman can make me feel uneasy with their smooth talk and pressure. Not Rudy, he's very down to earth, very understanding and at the same time he's confident and caring, just genuinely a GOOD GUY. No bull no gimmicks. This is the Limited w/the 1.6 turbo motor. Plenty of power and relatively agile. It does have a drivability issue when it's cold though. It acts like the trans can't decide what gear to go into until it warms up.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. Overall I love my Kona. Limited. The 1.6 turbo has plenty of punch and has the power to pass or merge onto the Interstate without worry. It has minimal turbo lag. Seats are comfortable Interior is a little spartan despite the leather in the Limited. Corners well. Small cargo area but expected in this price range. This is a daily driver and I really enjoy driving it. No quality issues. Highly recommend this car

Was excited at first until we needed to haul some things def lack of room put 3 adults and 2 boxes and you are full compact is a def it is fun to drive we have the 1.6 T but def a lack of power . Who ever thought of the the Auto Intermittent wiper idea should loose ther job we live in cold fridged winters and when the ice builds up the sensor does not work as it gets covered up so at minus 30 they except a person to get out and clear it get real it really has no purpose at all . we get no floor heat at all even when it is set to floor only .this will be the last Hyundai we will ever buy not worth the value at all .

I never write reviews but this time I had to ! What can I say...I was moving down from the mid-west and needed a car in south Florida ... had no clue where to start and came across Greico Mazda in Delray beach. For those that are looking to buy a used car in a different state, it can be hard as you do not know what you may be getting into without actually driving the car. From the beginning I was taken care of by Kevin Bufford ! The guy is exceptional....I had 3 weeks till my visit to Florida and he helped me select a used car under 10 k and made the finance process through Mike exceptionally smooth. He personally inspected the car for me made sure everything was fine. I flew in to town, went to the dealership and walked out in 30 mints. Cant get better than that. The car needed a few things such as the sun screen mirror needed attention, went in got that done in 20 mints.... just a phone call and things get taken care of. So its just been a week that i got the car, so i'll be writing a review about how the car has been after a month or two. But so far my experience with Grieco mazda has been great and defiantly recommend you to get in touch with Kevin Bufford if you need exceptional customer service. Thanks !

I love my new Kona. It jas everthing I need in a smaller car with all wheel drive. It is roomy enough to take passengers and cargo bit also het great gas mileage for a small car. I know ai will enjoy driving thos for many years to come
