I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

On August 8, I had tire and alignment services done. I was treated well by Lacy Sanker. She was polite and knowledgeable. She also made sure that I could use my coupons.

I drove 5 hrs. to possibly purchase a 2007 corvette. I contacted the dealership days prior to the ride, the salesman was very helpful over the phone. I had asked if he could send me more photos of the car at which he did in a very timely fashion. After making the long drive I arrived to find the car exactly a described by the salesperson. I drove the car and loved everything about it. The sale couldn't have gone a better from dealing with the salesperson to the finance manager. I have owned the car about 6 weeks and love it. I have been using my Kona 2020 for five years (almost), I am delighted except few minor problems I had. The rubber around the front left ( Automotive weather stripping) side which is on the body of the car is torn and the wipers were broken in few months. Overall I am happy with car. The driving on ice, snow etc during winter is so easy and stable.

I've been driving my 2020 Kona Turbo for 3 years now and my opinion on this car is ever-changing. Preface: I'm 18 years old and my parents got this Kona for me to earn and now daily drive. I thought the design team was off their rocker when I saw the tail light design, but my expectations were far too high. The whole look of the car grew on me and now I really think its one of the best looking subcompacts you can buy. I ended up with the lime green color w/ the green interior stitching, which also grew on me heavily. The Kona has such an aggressive stance that only gets better when i threw on 25mm wheel spacers (highly recommend if you're going for an aggressive look). I was taken aback at the performance of the green little bugger, it really surprised me how much giddy-up it has stock. Naturally, I was yearning for more performance so I picked up a chip-tune which made it the absolutely perfect vehicle to me. I haven't had any issues with the car other than those that are self-inflicted (meaning no fault of Hyundai), so with nearly 30k on the odometer id say this thing is pretty reliable so far, just don't forget to do your oil changes or the turbo wont be happy. Overall this is a GREAT car for anyone learning to drive. Not too powerful, AWD is a no-brainer, plenty of trunk space (even more with the seats down), and a comfy ride for the price point! Not to mention the Sport Mode adds some extra responsiveness to your driving experience. Overall great value.

Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince! As a matter of fact, I was very surprised to see anything other five star reviews. None of us had even one complaint.

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

We were given a good price for our trade in and we were able to get into the vehicle we wanted at a reasonable price! The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

I have a Kona Ultimate 1.6Turbo and I absolutely love it! She's small but spacious and roomy. She's got incredible acceleration speed. Even tho it's a small crossover, it's bigger than you think. The trunk/cargo area is decent, but more like a car trunk than an suv trunk. The back seats are comfortable for my kids. The heated front seats are incredibly comfortable too!

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

I bought the 2023 SEL Kona for my wife. However, she has been traveling for work and I've driven it 4000 miles. I really enjoy the fun little car. Mileage overall 32-40 MPG. Handles/ looks great. Great experience

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.

Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

I couldn't be happier with Coughlin Hyundai. Great car, very roomy over my 2020 Kona. I bought an N Line and love the sporty look. Lots of features are standard including a Bose audio system. The ride is much better than my previous Kona too. Definitely would recommend this car.

After my Hyundai was stolen then recovered the ignition switch and steering column needed replaced/repaired. My contact/service tech, Craig, worked with the insurance company. The parts were ordered and received much quicker than was expected. The repairs were completed within 2 days. It looks and runs like brand new. They even cleaned the interior due to the thieves having smoked in it and making a mess with ashes.

We were so impressed with Coughlin Hyundai! We purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid by finding it online. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
