Tony Gates was good to work with. But the sales Manager of dealership was arrogant. We purchased a new car and Tony had all the paper work ready as well as the car. Pick up was easy. He also followed up with all of our questions if he did not have the answer. We did everything by phone and or email and went in to the dealer to just pick up the car. We had been to various dealers to select the car we wanted before doing emails. Good experience with Tony. He also gave us a great deal.
Planned on making an appointment on Friday, but my windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of a blizzard...they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute, & my oil change & repairs all complete for under $200. Awesome customer service!

I agree with first reviewer about the Palisade. It has a less boxy look than the Kia Telluride but the ride is nice, with not much outside noise. All the safety devices included in the top model make this my choice when the Palisade I ordered finally arrives at the dealer.
We leased a 2018 Sante Fe Sport on Memorial Day about 4 months ago. Just 2 weeks ago someone smashed into me on I24 going 70mph and totalled my car. Since it was a lease we did not get much back from insurance and did not even have enough to get the same car. I loved my Santa Fe and I basically walked away from the crash with minor scratches and bruises thanks to the safety features! So I went back to the dealership yesterday and told them my story and showed them the crash pictures. They went over and above to help me get into another lease with very little down and almost the exact same payment. They fed my son pizza and took great care of us!! I left there with a 2019 Santa Fe with more safety features and I only have to pay $10 more in my monthly lease payment. I love this place - Jessica, Ryan and Patrick are wonderful. I highly recommend buying here!!
Always going the extra mile to assist. When I needed some new fuses, they came out and brought a tool and assisted with installing them.
It is easy to contact them, schedule appointment, and drop vehicle at dealership for service. I actually prefer Friendly Chevrolet over using my local garage for many of these service items.
Just purchased my 5th Hyundai since 2003 and 4th at Napleton (Munganast). I've owned 3 Sonatas and now 2 Santa Fe Sports. I've never had a bad experience in Sales or Service at this dealership and it was nice to see familiar faces. My sales guy, Billy, was most helpful and was able to get me a great deal on my new purchase. I appreciated his taking care of my many requests. Kyle, in finance, was easy to work with and got me out the door quickly and painlessly. The touch screen set up with my iPhone and instructions, with a helping hand by Weldon Streeter, was great too! Test drove it locally but the still found the Kia Telluride slightly nicer overall with a little more interior usable space and seating. Pretty sure we will be going with the Kia, though either one would be fine.
I had missed/over looked a damaged driver door when I purchased my truck. The top of the door was protruding into the air stream and at interstate speed making a irritating noise. They took it to the body shop for inspection and told me they'd adjust it and have it back in 15 minutes. I said, "I don't believe an adjustment could work. Well, I was shocked! While not prefect like a new door, it was amazingly close. I was at dealership a total of maybe 30 min. Willy had offered me a vehicle if needed. I was very impressed with my experience.
Alexander Vagle made it so easy to NOT say no during the evening of our purchase. Facts, figures at his fingertips, along with convenient ways to get around any obstacles. A very pleasant evening..
I've owned three (3) different Dodge Durangos, 1999 SLT.., a 2001 SLT I still have and also I currently have a 2012 Citadel. I mention the history of my auto ownership so that maybe my review will not be viewed as just another random one time review of a Dodge dealership.
I've experienced Dodge dealerships from North Carolina to the northern part of Connecticut to Florida roughly a 1,200 mile span. I can truly say everyone of the dealerships were clean, professionally situated to accommodate customers and efficient in their service.
In April of 2017 I took my Dodge Citadel to Posner Park Chrysler Dodge for a oil change. That was the very first time I frequent this facility but by the time my auto was finished I felt like I had been there many times.
It wasn't just the service representative that interacted with me, but the service tech, and service representative that greets every customer, and that behavior extended to other service techs as well. In other words everyone at this facility treated me as though I was their client.
Would I recommend Posner Park Chrysler to anyone else...? I would recommend Posner Park Chrysler to EVERYONE ESLE...! I am completely elated that it is the closest dealer to my home that will be servicing my auto.
Overall, I had a wonderful buying experience today at Automax Ford in Killeen. Not only was the salesman, Timothy, knowledgeable on the vehicle I ended up purchasing, but he was very nice and accommodating. And Charles in the business department was great. To top off the experience, they have drinks and snacks for customers and they had barbecue that they served today as well. Others came in, interested in the vehicle I was attempting to purchase, a 2013 Ford Raptor, and they didn't play the competition game that other dealerships might have to try and drive up the sales price. Very, very happy with my experience.
I dealt with Jacob Banks the whole time (except for finance) which was over a number of days. He was super! He sold me my second Hyundai and he was great then but this time (my 4th) I have never seen nor heard of a sales person going the extra mile(s) he went. We completed about 90% of our negotiations on line. I live 250 miles from this dealer and it was wonderful to be able to email and converse with Jacob multiple times and establish the final price, trade, and down payment before I ever saw the actual vehicle I purchased. Jacob worked hard for me, made videos of the vehicles I was interested in, gave me honest quotes and was so very friendly and personable. He spent a lot of time showing me the features of the Santa Fe and demonstrated them on a test drive. Maybe what impressed me more than anything was they entire dealership was extremely busy; Jacob had another customer he was working with and I watched the time he spent showing this lady her car... he was meticulous showing her the vehicle and was that way with me. I even had the pleasure of waiting a little while for him which was a great experience for me; I got to watch a professional. Actually, I have never had a bad experience buying from this dealership but Jacob is my go-to guy. Want a "go-to guy" that actually acts like he likes you and wants to help, you can "Bank on Banks.)
I was just there for an oil change, but was treated like I was there for a new car! Everyone was so wonderful. They explained what service they provided, what I needed in the near future and even washed my car.
Stopped by for regular oil / filter change, happy to report my timing was great, no wait, in and out less than 20 minutes. Coffee in waiting room was good, hardly had time to finish it.
My son bought a used Rogue that seems to be in really great shape. There were a couple things needing repair but the team was willing to include them in the deal. The problem came about when my son called, having not heard from the store a couple weeks after the sale. He wasn't getting results and it seemed like it was going to be a wrestling match to get the repairs done. I called Dante and he quickly got to the heart of the problem and got things moving. One week later my son has his vehicle repaired and is very happy with his purchase.

This wouldn't have happened if we didn't get Stephen as our salesman. My girlfriend was very anxious and apprehensive about even looking at cars, Stephen was the only person who was capable of allowing her to explore options and feel in control of the situation without feeling overly pressured to make a decision she wasn't ready to. We had not expected to purchase a car when we went in on labor day, but over the course of a couple test drives and some quality selling, she was eventually convinced. We had been looking at Toyota Rav4s but found that, in spite of the higher price tag, the Rogue Sport was a better fit for my girlfriend's needs. It was a great car at an even more fantastic price, we felt valued and cared for through the entire process. Every employee we spoke too was warm and friendly and were able to pick up when they might be pushing to hard and backed off. It was an absolutely perfect car buying experience and I plan to return to them when I finally trade in my old clunker and buy a new car. This experience may have made me a Nissan customer for life, and once again, thanks to Stephen for being such an incredible and friendly salesman.
My car was annunciating that it could not detect the TPMS sensors. I tried to "train" the system using the procedure in my owners manual but was unsuccessful in doing so. I made an appointment to have the system repaired at the Autonation Ford dealership in Union City, GA.
The service department was friendly and courteous with a pleasant waiting area. The mechanic determined that one of the TPMS sensors had failed and after replacing it he was able to "train" the system. It now works fine. Overall the process took approx 2.5 hours. My car has approx 27,000 miles and the repair cost was completely covered by the warantee.
