I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. I bought a used Ridgeline from Mark Jacobson Toyota (Pre-owned) in Durham. There was a small problem with a crack in the molding in a rear wheel well. I bought the car with the understanding that they would fix it and had it noted on the paperwork. Long story short, there was a significant underlying issue with the bumper hidden from view. Evidently it had a small dent that meant the new molding would not have fit perfectly. They could have slapped the new molding on it and called it a day but they said "they wanted to do it right" and sent it off to the body shop to get a complete bumper replacement per the Honda Dealerships recommendation. Ramzi (car salesman) kept me in the loop the entire time. I never had to chase anyone for them to honor the agreement. Picked the car up today and it looks brand new. Rare to find honorable people in the car business. If you need a used car, give Ramzi a call.

This is a follow up to a review I wrote. My name is Michael Eugene Bully and I want to make a correction. The General Manager Steve checked into the situation I had about a recall alternator and Steve was able to fix my situation. Come to find out it was all a misunderstanding. Great Customer service!! if you are buying a car contact Marianela, she is the best sale person. Not gimmicks and provide you with the correct information. I had an exhausting experience from a Toyota dealer in Weston, with a bunch of extra xx charges and fees. Marianela was able to give me a better deal with my current situation.
