He stayed in touch with me via text, during the 24,000 mile check-up with all up-dates, which was really nice. As soon as the Technician, Seth, spotted an issue, I was notified immediately, which I appreciated. Once my car was ready for pick-up, after the allowed time frame given to me, there were no surprises ... all pricing and work needed was transparent. I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

Several months ago I was looking for a new car and wanted to compare the Hyundai Kona, Honda HRV and Toyota Corolla Cross. We visited Grappone Hyundai and met Joe Hardy. When we returned from driving a Kona, Joe had an HRV waiting for us. Then he brought us over to the Toyota dealership so we could see, sit in and touch a Corolla Cross that was being prepped for delivery to a customer. Michael Towne is very and patient with me when I bring my car to him. I just had a problem with a malfunction in the engine. He said bring the car up and we will look at it without an appointment.
