Our 2023 SEL PREMIUM santa cruz has been a blast. Drives smooth/quiet. The bed with the factory sliding cover is perfect for tools and secure. I throw a tarp over the tools in heavy rain/snow because it's not totally water proof. The turbo is nice, mileage respectful.

Had a great buying experience at liberty GMC in Peoria, Arizona Gaston. The sales agent was great very knowledgeable of all vehicles I was looking at would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Had my night for 16 months, no problems, wicked fast with the turbo. Great combination of truck, suv and sports car. 25 mpg around town, over 30 on some highway trips. Comfortable ride with all the new stuff, phone projection, lane departure, driver assist, etc. Hyundai dealerships suck, I do most of the maintence myself.

Brought a jeep grand cherokee online. Was easy and straight forward. Shipment was good. Took about 5 days to get to my house.

Purchased the XRT model of this vehicle and are disappointed that it doesn't even include Homelink, and wish that it had memory seat settings. Also, not sure if side step assist is helpful. I like an SUV and my husband likes a pickup truck, and this was a happy medium for both of us.

The vehicle rides great. We now take it on our trips instead of my wife's Honda because it rides so much better. It quickly warms up, which is important to us as we live in a harsh winter environment area. The interior is roomy making it easy to secure items in an inside environment. But they are still easy to access from inside the vehicle. It has a lot of power, allowing me to tow a trailer on interstates without a problem. Two drawbacks: 1. The electronic touch lock/unlock is problematic. The dealer replace the driver side door handle and will have to do it with the passenger side. 2. The tonneau cover lock mechanism freezes up sometimes in the winter making the pickup truck bed difficult to access. Overall, I like the vehicle very much and would purchase another one.

Great gas mileage, comfortable, love the driver assist, turbo is a fast truck and just enough room for golf clubs, ebikes, and whatever else I need to haul around. Not a single problem after 20,000 miles. A lot of these negative reviews are competing dealerships leaving garbage reviews.

I purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler on November 11. My salesman was Garrett Monroe. Of all the vehicles I've purchased over the years, this was by far the most enjoyable. I went from a Chevy Silverado to the Santa Cruz . I love it only miss the V8 a little bit The interior is wonderful and I have enough room in the truck bed to still go to the dump

They are very busy, but despite that they really do a great job. I didn’t believe their low cost dealer stuff until I saw my trade on their web site and compared their asking price for my trade compared to what they gave me on my trade. Only $4,000 difference. I don’t know how they can make it like that. But, next time I will go right back to Bill Luke for another Ram. They are the best, and when you go in ask for Mo. I forgot, financing is a breeze.When you get back to finance, you will find no selling. You’re in and out in less than 20 minutes. What a refreshing difference. We have a 2022 Limited with 24000 miles. It serves its purpose well with the ability to cary bark dust and as a daily driver. The creature comforts are very nice with the cooled seats and the heated steering wheel. is inexcusable that the top model has a manual passenger seat. The headlights are the worst I have ever driven with.

I started out looking at a Ford Maverick. But the exterior styling and the cheap hard plastic interior were a total turn-off for me. Up the street was a Hyundai dealer. I had seen a few Santa Cruz's on the road and decided to look at one just for kicks after looking at the Maverick. What started out as a curiosity visit, turned into my test driving 3 different models, and leaving the dealer with a XRT model. I could not be happier with it! It is all the "truck" I need at this point in my life. But it's rides and drives like a car. The interior is what sold me! It's miles ahead of the Maverick! Power is also much better than the Maverick. I tow light load (small 1500lb. boat). And the Santa Cruz does not even know it's towing anything. Definitely get the Turbo 2.5 engine if you buy! And drive it in 'SMART' mode. Great economy and power. I traded a decked out Ford F-150 Crew Cab for the Santa Cruz. And it's one of the best decisions I ever made!!

Many reviews claim the base engine is underpowered. Own an SEL with the base engine, and, frankly , don't know what the reviewers are talking about. Plenty of power. If you plan on towing something heavy, sure ,get the turbo, otherwise save your money.

I went there looking for a Jeep I saw on Cars.com and they got me a carfax report and test drive (a good long freeway and street drive) as soon as I arrived. They were extremely friendly and honest. They admitted that the Jeep had been in an accident but proved that it was only a fender bender. As a matter of fact, they guarantee not to sell cars with any type of frame or flood damage. They even replaced the battery for free because they noticed some corrosion on the connection when I was inspecting it. They let me look the car up and down, inside and out as much as I wanted. They HARDLY charge ANY fees! It's great. The taxes and fees together were only 10 percent of the list price. Best customer service I've ever had at a dealer! Purchased a used 2022 Santa Cruz with 25,000 miles. So far it’s the best vehicle I’ve owned. For starters, it’s a beautiful looking vehicle. I live in a rural country area and folks have approached me giving compliments and asking about the truck. It does stand out as a unique “truck” since they haven’t been out for very long. The interior on the premium SEL package is luxurious. Worth the extra money for the sun roof and heated seats. Seats are way more comfortable than the Elantra which I traded in. Performance is impressive. The Sel premium comes with the 2.5 turbo which is more power than I really need but I love the extra umph when getting onto the highway. The AWD is perfect for New England weather. I think the blind spots were worse in the Elantra compared to the Santa Cruz which was surprising. Great safety features, comfortable ride. Has everything I need in a small truck. The Tonnaeu cover in the back looks sexy and is worth spending extra to get the premium package. I can’t wait to add more accessories to my little truck. If you have the money i recommend checking out the Limited or XRT package. Nothing negative to report so far.

I had nothing but an awesome experience at Camelback hyundai. I didnt feel pressured into getting anything and Carlos really helped me find a car that fit my needs and budget and as a bonus looked great. I got a great price, and really enjoyed the fast and easy purchase proccess. I'm currently at home loving my car and greatful I ended up at this dealership. Honestly I'd give carlos way more than 5 stars because he was not only great at going over the key features of the car and specifically why it could fit my needs, but also was a pleasure to work with. He went over the details of my car and limits of the services with the intent to educate which helped me feel confident in my purchase. The employees I worked with were proffessional, fun courteous and patient and I reccomend them sincerely.

I absolutely love my Santa Cruz. As the sole driver, I knew we needed a truck, but I didn't want to drive a truck. We saw the Santa Cruz on the highway and I loved it. I did some research. I just wanted to get behind the wheel--no intention of buying. We took Genie home with us that day. Genie, because she's everything I wanted in a vehicle. Love the safety features, the taneau cover, the footsteps in the bumper are great as I am 5' 1/2" and 74 years young. I have no trouble getting into the truck bed. She's pretty peppy, too!

I shouldn't write reviews at 4 AM....in my post about my experience I wrote about the value the Credit Union placed onnthe vehicle I purchased. It was valued TWICE the purchase price. Sorry for any confusion.

I love my little truck. I have a 2022 turbo. It will get up and haul but. It tows great. Only promise dash lights up when towing. They don't have a fix for it. Nothing wrong but is bugs me. For a $55,000.00 truck they need to fix this

Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D

Love the styling and features of the car and the over all experience at the dealer was a positive one. If anything just was bit disappointed after driving the vehicle with its performance. I still love my new Santa Cruz and will enjoy this for many years to come.

I have recently owned model year 2022: the Ford Maverick First Edition Rapid Red w 4 k tow package + The Hybrid Alto Blue Mav XLT Lariat with the 2k tow package. Both were / are nice vehicles and fill or scratch an itch for a truer "truck ownership" experience. And I will be keeping my 22 SC Ltd, Phantom Black; the Warranty worked into my cost of ownership / ROI has me believing it will be less expensive over the lifetime I will own this SC. SC has a comfortable interior - but I like the Mav's numerous and fully functional storage nook areas. I like having the back trunk drop in storage on the SC - smart move! Overall I like the driving, parking experience with the SC Overhead view, the side cameras and the front and back cameras. LANE ASSIST, Cruise with Distance monitoring - ALL of these function soooo much better than the Maverick.
