Everything went well as far as the repairs. Only thing would be is to be a little.more carful making sure not to step on side rail of car or is foot to open door as I had to clean both after picking up car. David was great and I liked the texting communication as it was.veru helpful as I'm trying to work and can't be talking on phone alot.
The last time I bought a car was back in 1997, so when I finally decided to give up that vehicle, I started online. I had no idea that, when I would look at the websites of car dealerships, someone would call me within 5 minutes. When I was looking at the Prescott Brothers of Rochelle website, the phone rang. I just waited for a message on voicemail because I was not sure I wanted to talk to anyone yet. After a few minutes of chatting with my boyfriend Glenn, I decided to give Rob Jasper a call back to talk about test driving a Ford Edge. Like I said, I only planned on test driving the car.
I ended up buying the car because I totally enjoyed it, and Rob made the whole process go smoothly. I even had some uneasy thoughts about what I was getting myself into and he was always patient and understanding. Everybody there treated me with great respect so I would highly recommend anyone to shop for a car at the Prescott Brothers dealerships.
This SUV is all we asked for.

Our SUV gives us the option to use 3rd row sitting when needed or more cargo room. Love all the safety features this SUV has.

Called made appointment, got me in and approved in minutes. I drove home that night.
I have never seen a better Detailer than the man that buffed and waxed my car from John Amato Nissan.

I never negotiated a car deal on the internet before went back and forth several times and ended up with a great deal. Didn't know what to expect when I got there, but sales staff was helpful and friendly.
Mark showed us all the features of the Elantra and took us out for a test drive.
Overall a great experience. I like cars but I don't like buying them generally, maybe now that's changed.
Came for an oil change. Left with a new Tucson! Brian, Matt, & Dale were terrific to work with. Brian spent a lot of time with us explaining the many features of the SUV, and answering our questions. Would highly recommend these guys if you want a positive experience when shopping for your next vehicle.

This vehicle has all the bells and whistles that a luxury SUV has at an affordable price. It has more safety and hi tech features than I had in a previous owned luxary SUV.
I want to COMMEND Matt Conrad!! I HIGHLY recommend Matt!! I have purchased two cars from Stew Hansen's and I received the best genuine care, timely responses, honest empathy, and BEST customer service from a Salesman that wasn't even my salesmen for the purchase of either one of my cars but he will be in the future and he will be recommended to others. He fully backs up and represents all company commercials..

I am extremely disappointed by the way Hyundai USA decided to handle my handsfree case. This issue was present since day 1 of us purchasing the vehicle in 2017. I spent a lot of my time at home and away from work troubleshooting and sending several audio recordings to the company and have been able to re-produce the issue with every single phone call, however the dealership kept the vehicle for several hours and returned it back stating "we don't see a problem". I purchased a new phone, and switched 3 different carries, however the problem never went away. I am extremely saddened by Hyundai's lack of ownership of the issue. The least Hyundai could do is try to replace the radio or the microphone to eliminate the issue, instead Hyundai decided to close the case. If you do a quick google search, you will realize that this problem is all across Hyundai brand. This problem is also prominent in US and Australia. However, after this experience, I will be taking my business to a company that stands behind their customers. It is such a shame for the entire Hyundai team that they won't stand behind the customer and fix something that is still under warranty.
I have been doing business with Len Lyall for about 12 years and I highly recommend them. From the buying experience to service, the team and Len Lyall has always made the buying part fun and by providing great service at a great value, the service end is painless as well. I would not think of buying a vehicle anywhere else....but Len Lyall. Their tag line is true, drive East and pay the least, and I have friends who come from several other states to also buy from Len Lyall. Dan Johnson, the GM knows how to take care of the customer.

I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.

My Husband and I decided it was time to buy a new car--about 1 year before we actually did! I kept putting it off because I HATE car shopping (don’t you), the pressure, the money, the whole miserable experience. We chose Gosch because of location and reputation. We decided to go and drive “something” just to see what might be out there. We were very interested in Hyundai for the great warranty. Made an online appointment and went in to meet MIke Stratton. We were quickly introduced to Justin Peterson (Mike w/ another customer). Justin was awesome. He let us do our own thing, made sure our questions were answered. We ended up purchasing an awesome Hyundai Tuscon. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m just writing my review to say this was the “BEST” car buying experience ever, for my Husband and for me. No pressure, no price changes, no “car salesman” scenarios.
We have been contacted several times to just check in and make sure we don’t have any questions about our purchase. Amazing customer service and product. My husband and I both give Gosch Hyundai and the sales team 5 stars. Thank you for the great car buying experience.

The car is comfortable, handles well, lots of storage space for luggage or groceries. I especially like four-wheel drive for winter driving as we live in the mountains.
It was so easy and quick of the approval if finance and receiving my vehicle. I was even impressed that they were able to deliver my vehicle to me. Though I picked up my vehicle Krysta filled my new car tank up and my daughter's tank up as well. I Am and Will recommend Krysta and Dick's Auto Group to my family and friends. Thank You So Much. 😊
