Our SUV gives us the option to use 3rd row sitting when needed or more cargo room. Love all the safety features this SUV has.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

The car is comfortable, handles well, lots of storage space for luggage or groceries. I especially like four-wheel drive for winter driving as we live in the mountains.
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.

Purchased the Santa Fe Limited ultimate. The package comes with some pretty neat features. I commute a lot, and put a lot of miles on my car. The ride is very comfortable.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
When bought, had the best safety features.

This car met all my needs, has plenty of power, the ride is great and has third row seating. Great safety features and lots of room inside.
I was shopping for a used vehicle for myself. My credit was challenged and I knew it wouldn’t be easy to find something dependable ,more importantly, safe. Laurie was SO much help. She never gave up on me. Regardless how hard it was to finance me. She genuinely cares for her customers and is the definition of dedication. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.

I luv this suv. It runs good and handles well. Gives good mileage. Its a good family car . Both the driver and passenger seats are adjustible (by height and front to back ) which I luv.
Very pleasant experience. Drove out with a very nice KIA Sportage. Which we are are enjoying.
Ron, our salesman was very knowledgable and friendly.
Ron made the inevitable wait time very pleasant.

I am extremely disappointed by the way Hyundai USA decided to handle my handsfree case. This issue was present since day 1 of us purchasing the vehicle in 2017. I spent a lot of my time at home and away from work troubleshooting and sending several audio recordings to the company and have been able to re-produce the issue with every single phone call, however the dealership kept the vehicle for several hours and returned it back stating "we don't see a problem". I purchased a new phone, and switched 3 different carries, however the problem never went away. I am extremely saddened by Hyundai's lack of ownership of the issue. The least Hyundai could do is try to replace the radio or the microphone to eliminate the issue, instead Hyundai decided to close the case. If you do a quick google search, you will realize that this problem is all across Hyundai brand. This problem is also prominent in US and Australia. However, after this experience, I will be taking my business to a company that stands behind their customers. It is such a shame for the entire Hyundai team that they won't stand behind the customer and fix something that is still under warranty.
Overall great experience with DeSimone. The car I was interested in was at their center city location. When I mentioned to Mike Framo that the NE location was more convenient for me he had the car brought up. There were no issues when I got there. Mike was there and expecting me and I got right into the car. We test drove, loved it and quickly went through the buying process, which was much faster than I'm used to. But then we waited for the car to be detailed... for 2+ hours. It's a Mini Cooper. The size of it is in the name so why it took so long is a mystery. And when we finally got it it didn't look any cleaner than when we test drove so I'm not sure if the car sat there while everyone took their lunch break or what. But it worked out and I'm thrilled with my 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman. I would definitely go back and/or recommend them.

My experience with Conicelli Hyundai was a great one. From Timothy Smith (GM) to Tim Mhay (Sales Consultant) to Juan Pelegrin (Finance Manager), I felt comfortable with every step of the process and it was a smooth experience. Each employee was professional and also socially welcoming. Overall it was a 10/10 experience.
Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.
This dealership is above average. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. They made sure I received all of the options I wanted. I definately recommend this dealership.
