So I purchased this 2016 Honda in April 2017, used...get a clean CarFax report at that time. Fast forward to now, and I really want to get a larger SUV again...preferably a Subaru Crostrek. So I pulled the most recent CarFax on my HRV only to find out that it had been in a front end collision and repaired 3 weeks prior to my purchase....I came in to Greenway, presented these facts to the used car manager, who was shocked AND agreed to give me full trade in value if I would come back and trade with them....reduced value was $2500 less. However they did not have a Crosstrek but did peespent to me some other options...ending up with an ultra clean 2017 Mazda CX-5 .... Teeko helped on the sales side and the used car manager found that the customer that traded the Honda in 2017 intentionally traded before the accident was reported to CarFax....the fact they took full responsibility speaks loudly of Greenway's commitment to do the right thing and take care of their customer! I had been in the market for a new vehicle so on Thursday August 30th 2018 I went to Coggin DeLand Hyundai's website and searched new vehicles. I found a New 2018 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid SE Edition with 13 miles on it for $20, 500. ( Internet price). I drove to the dealership and was introduced to the salesman Rafael Hernandez. He had the car pulled up and ready for a road test. We took the car for a test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for. 40 mpg city / 46 mpg highway. I sat down with Rafael and after 45 minutes of negotiating the price, after all discounts, rebates, tax, tag, title, dealer installed options the final price was $23, 999. I just want to add that I contacted St Augustine Hyundai, Daytona Hyundai and Headquarter Hyundai and all three dealers could not go lower than $26, 000 on their final price. It pays to shop around and do your homework. My dealer installed options were, complete window tinting, pinstripe, door guards, wheel locks and lifetime car washes all for $1,500. Do I think this price is high? Yes a little bit but they have to make money to stay in business. Good luck......Bill.

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Hackett at Off Lease Only back in 2015 and have always told people what a great experience it was. No pressure and the process was fast and easy. This time, we found ourselves needing to replace my wife's old 2005 PT Cruiser. We found a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue that we really liked on the Off Lease Only web site, so we printed out the details and headed down to take a look. We walked into the dealership and spotted Sam behind the counter. I called him over, reintroduced myself and gave Sam the details of the vehicle that we were interested in. Sam told us to wait for a moment and he went and got the car for us to test drive. We walked the vehicle to see if we could see any problems and Sam even gave me some pointers on how to spot any areas where repairs could have taken place. Once I was satisfied, we took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Everyone from Sam to the Sales Manager, Perry Guerard, and the Finance Manager Monte Asti, was fantastic to work with. Monte made the finance part of the deal clear and easy. He showed us all of our options in a clear and concise manner so we could make the best choice for our situation. I cannot recommend Sam, his team and Off Lease Only enough. We will definitely be back to do business with them again when the need for a new vehicle arises.

Outstanding! Greemway Ford's prices are the BEST!!! We were quoted MUCH HIGHER tire prices at other locations, at the dealership where we purchased the vehicle, and even online at the TireRack. We were amazed. We discovered costs to ship from online companies caused the total expense to skyrocket. We discovered tires provided from "discount" tire companies were OLDER when we reviewed the DOT number. We LOVED the option of the THREE YEAR ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY provided by Ford, which is the best we found anywhere and very affordable. I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Dale ( poor guy ) was so helpful as I looked at 3 before I saw this one and fell in love with it. Dale was so paitient and calm thru the whole process. He didn't try to sell us the expedition, he tried to make sure it was the right one for our needs . It's crazy until you shop here you won't understand. His words were " buy something that you will be excited to drive not just something to drive " NO PRESSURE . I wouldent title Dale really as a salesman , rather a guide . This is the way car buying should be! No pressure to buy no sales person chasing you down, ridiculously huge inventory all makes from Alfa Romeo 🚘😘, to Maseratti, from BMW to Nissan any car you can imagine they carry at a very decent price. I have driven Subaru Outbacks but needed a larger vehicle with good power but also good fuel economy. My Santa Fe fits the bill. The V6 gets 28-30 mpg highway driving (except winter in MN). It's roomy and the back seats fold down easily when I need room for biking, camping or kayaking. I can also pull a boat or utility trailer with ease.

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

Everyone was very professional and attentive to my needs. It made the experience a lot easier to get pre-approved with CFE Credit Union in advance. They have a partnership with Universal Nissan and referred me to check options for my new car. I wish I visited Universal Nissan first, but since I had purchased my 2004 Pathfinder and, my husband had purchased his 2009 Versa at Reed, I went there first as a loyalty. What a disappointment and difference in treatment! I believe the sales representative and management were either desperate for a big sale or just didn't care. They probably saw a 4.11 ft middle aged woman come in alone at the end of the month/year and thought...ca$$hing! Even after I informed him I was pre-approved for a 3.1% APR through CFE, he insisted in checking my credit again, stating I would lose rebates if not financing through them. He came back saying that due to my credit score, 610, I was approved for a 9% APR and that they would offer $250 for my car! I was shocked and asked him to explain how my credit score dropped from 765 to 610 in three hours, since I was pre-approved! I just laughed and thanked him for his time. Unbelievably he had the nerve to call me the next day to ask if I had decided anything. After doing some homework about my trade-in value and browsing Universal Nissan's website for a new Rogue, the first contact by email and phone to discuss some questions about the options was pleasant. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable, encouraging me to make an appointment to visit the dealership to discuss the special End of the Year Deals. He followed through nicely, not pushy. At the dealership everyone was pleasant. Both the sales representatives, Sarfaraz Ahmed and William Sanchez were very nice and professional, taking the time to answer my questions and work with me, as well as to teach me about the car features and all those buttons. (I upgraded from a Pathfinder 2004, so there are a lot more buttons...lol) Bill Steinlauf, the finance Manager, was also very pleasant. Overall it was a great experience as everyone I dealt with was nice and patient, especially since it was New Year's Eve and we were all trying to go home to our celebrations. I will definitely recommend this dealership and its representatives to my friends and family.

I have owned this car for two months and I am pleasantly surprised. I am a pre-retirement age and I needed to move to a bigger, more comfortable car for both commuting and long-distance (750+ miles) driving. A Hyundai car was a no-brainer for me because of reliability and 5-yr 60K miles warranty. So far we owned two Elantras, a Sonata, and a Tucson. Other than normal 5K mile maintenance, I don't think ALL of them together were repaired more than 5-6 times during a 10-yr time period. I chose a standard SE AWD model. For me it is sufficiently equipped and has impressive safety features. I need an AWD version since I drive in a hilly terrain and also in some snowy areas of the Midwest. Negatives first: I was disappointed when I found the car did not have a CD player. My car doesn't come with a satellite radio either. My 2008 Sonata GLS and the standard Elantra had both. However, I managed to solve both problems. Since I had Sirius XM subscription in my traded in Sonata Sirius sent me a free portable XM radio which connects through an AUX jack. I also bought an AIS car CD player for $199 which powers on and connects through one of the front USB ports. They connect to the car radio system and I can easily switch between radio, CD, and XM with one push of a button. I fit them easily into the front console box and secured them by weatherstripping foam so they look like they are a part of the dashboard. The second negative is the automatic engine Stop/Start system. It works as it pleases. Sometimes it shuts the engine immediately upon stop for a second or two but another time keeps it idling for 1-2 minutes at a long red light. The positives are interior space and very comfortable front seats and lots passenger space in the rear. Four USB ports and integrated radio, CD, XM, Android, and phone Bluetooth systems are fun to use. Under the floor rear storage spaces are very handy and I use them often. Rear seats can be reclined which is great. Rear folded seats provide 76 inch of loading space which is nothing to complain about. The 185 HP 2.4L engine provides adequate power although acceleration is rather sluggish. I was pleasantly surprised with gas mileage. 90% of my driving are short 5-10 mile commuting distances. My average mileage so far is 26-27 MPG. Occasional highway driving yields about 31-33 MPG. This is a heavier car yet it's more fuel efficient than Sonata. Large fuel tank allows for up 500+ mile range. My first long-distance test will happen later this month when I plan to drive a 2500 mile stretch across the South and Midwest.

I've always (until recently) been an "American car guy." However, I love our new Santa Fe Ultimate. The 2019 exterior re-design is much more "macho" than the previous design, interior is much nicer also. Priced $$$ less than competitive models, and Hyundai doesn't kill you with $ thousands in add ons... just buy the trim you like and nearly everything is already included, all we had to add on were mud flaps and cargo tray, so no "hidden costs." Warranty is phenomenal. Comfort is phenomenal, love the driver memory features for the seat/mirrors. Doesn't handle like my last car (2010 Shelby) but the 2.0T is peppy. As review noted a bit of turbo lag but doesn't bother me... you'd never know it was a 2 liter! Ride quality if excellent and cabin is very stylish (at least on the Ultimate). Love the 2-tone leather seating/interior (ours is a taupe brown and gray). The safety features are phenomenal, as are the LED lights, smart cruise control, 360 camera, 12 speaker system, iridescent interior/dash lights, air conditioned seats, industry-leading tech (Apple and Android car play), heads up display, etc etc. Can't say for the lower level models (noting they also come with all the safety features/lane change warning/pedestrian sensor, etc), but we love the Ultimate. Gas mileage not great with the turbo, but we do mostly city driving so 22-23 is not bad for a mid-size SUV. We're in Hawaii so no need for AWD, so we got the FWD version. Bottom line with the Ultimate you'd never know you're driving a Hyundai vice a Lexus, they've really kicked up their game and for thousands less than Honda, Toyota, Ford, etc... and best warranty in the industry. Also a Top Safety Pick +.

Awesome prices and great experience. Saved thousands and got a better expedition than I was looking at elsewhere. Dale ( poor guy ) was so helpful as I looked at 3 before I saw this one and fell in love with it. Dale was so paitient and calm thru the whole process. He didn't try to sell us the expedition, he tried to make sure it was the right one for our needs . It's crazy until you shop here you won't understand. His words were " buy something that you will be excited to drive not just something to drive " NO PRESSURE . I wouldent title Dale really as a salesman , rather a guide . I know this sounds like BS !! This is my second 2017 I bought here and saved tons of money !! .. just look online before you show up and it's super simple after that .
