This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I never write reviews but the amount of ignorance and lack of customer service has made me feel the need to let others not use this service center EVER. They supposedly try to fix a part that was never broken a weekend I was moving out of town. The car was never fixed - as the issue that was supposed to be fixed left me broken down on I 65 at 2am on the highway. I drove back down to have my car fixed at which I called in advance to have looked at. 2 days later the car was never looked at and was told it would be 2 more days before it was looked at ?! I have drive 200 miles and 3 hours later to have a part fixed that should of already been fixed and you all have yet to look at it , when scheduled in advance. I spoke to the GM and the service manager to them dismiss that they couldn’t do anything more because they were going on vacation... I’m appalled at the inconsideration and the lack of empathy for a single mom with a 9 months old child who continues to break down because of a issue you all didn’t fix and lack of $750 later from labor and parts that weren’t fixed and didn’t correct the issue! Save your time and do no use these people ever again!

I imagine there are many people out there that find the dealership experience of car shopping and buying a car to be painful, stressful, or even aggravating. I include myself in that feeling! So a few things happened that caused me to go to the Hyundai dealership - even though I avoid new cars like the plague. (big commitment for no ROI) I had learned the day earlier that my current car was "unfixable" and that it had served it's duty through 187,000 miles. You have to appreciate a car like that, and I very much did. So I immediately took to Craigslist and started the used car search as well as looking at some reputable dealers in my area online for a replacement. And I felt like my wheels were spinning...no pun intended. What did I want to do? Go through the hassle of searching, and meeting all kinds of random sellers, and running carfax on everything? It tired me just thinking of it. So to cut to the chase - I opted to go to the local Hyundai dealership and see what specials they were offering. What brought me to Hyundai aside from a dead car? Word of mouth. Actual Proof. Nothing more...My sister drives one, my boss drives one, 3 of my co-workers drive one. And they have nothing but good things to say about their vehicles. I was greeted by Cory Carpenter within moments of heading towards the building; just a friendly hello and how can I help you. And I laid it out...I need a car. Period. I explained to him my needs and cost expectations, and instead of being your typical salesperson, he was the "advisor" I had hoped for. He did not try and up-sell me unnecessarily, and he gave me honest feedback regarding a choice between two models based on my needs. (mind you, it was the less expensive model that he recommended). Corey easily walked through the features of the vehicles and discussed the current special that I was considering taking advantage of. Very simple and straightforward. He brought over his Sales Manager, Jason Moore, when questions arose that he didn't have the immediate answer for. (which were more related to financing, not the specs on the vehicle) In the end, I bought a car from these gentlemen. They were professional, smart, and certainly gave me a new outlook on a car buying experience. There were negotiations for a few rounds and the result was more than fair. The whole process was smooth and painless - who knew! When the car was pulled up for me to take home, Corey showed me all the pertinent functions and also the fun bells and whistles that come with buying a new 2017 model. Aside from the great customer service, the car itself just about left me speechless. It was so new! The features were above and beyond my expectations. Technology enhancements galore...I had to even come back again on another day for Corey to show me more... So, I happily recommend the car buying/shopping experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs. This team sends out the right message, and treats their prospective customers well. I could not be more pleased with the experience and hope it will help others out there to take a chance on this brand.

I have owned this car for two months and I am pleasantly surprised. I am a pre-retirement age and I needed to move to a bigger, more comfortable car for both commuting and long-distance (750+ miles) driving. A Hyundai car was a no-brainer for me because of reliability and 5-yr 60K miles warranty. So far we owned two Elantras, a Sonata, and a Tucson. Other than normal 5K mile maintenance, I don't think ALL of them together were repaired more than 5-6 times during a 10-yr time period. I chose a standard SE AWD model. For me it is sufficiently equipped and has impressive safety features. I need an AWD version since I drive in a hilly terrain and also in some snowy areas of the Midwest. Negatives first: I was disappointed when I found the car did not have a CD player. My car doesn't come with a satellite radio either. My 2008 Sonata GLS and the standard Elantra had both. However, I managed to solve both problems. Since I had Sirius XM subscription in my traded in Sonata Sirius sent me a free portable XM radio which connects through an AUX jack. I also bought an AIS car CD player for $199 which powers on and connects through one of the front USB ports. They connect to the car radio system and I can easily switch between radio, CD, and XM with one push of a button. I fit them easily into the front console box and secured them by weatherstripping foam so they look like they are a part of the dashboard. The second negative is the automatic engine Stop/Start system. It works as it pleases. Sometimes it shuts the engine immediately upon stop for a second or two but another time keeps it idling for 1-2 minutes at a long red light. The positives are interior space and very comfortable front seats and lots passenger space in the rear. Four USB ports and integrated radio, CD, XM, Android, and phone Bluetooth systems are fun to use. Under the floor rear storage spaces are very handy and I use them often. Rear seats can be reclined which is great. Rear folded seats provide 76 inch of loading space which is nothing to complain about. The 185 HP 2.4L engine provides adequate power although acceleration is rather sluggish. I was pleasantly surprised with gas mileage. 90% of my driving are short 5-10 mile commuting distances. My average mileage so far is 26-27 MPG. Occasional highway driving yields about 31-33 MPG. This is a heavier car yet it's more fuel efficient than Sonata. Large fuel tank allows for up 500+ mile range. My first long-distance test will happen later this month when I plan to drive a 2500 mile stretch across the South and Midwest.

My experience with this dealership was positive on all fronts. I found the vehicle online and contacted the dealership via online tools. I received follow-up within 15 minutes of the dealership opening (sent the message late at night) via the requested medium of communication. I was promptly connected with a sales representative who kindly answered my questions and coordinated a visited from 2.5 hours away. The salesman (Ricky) was very patient, courteous, and professional. The price offered on the vehicle was fair, the trade-in offer for our vehicle was the best we had been offered by any dealership, and everything was explained clearly. I've always (until recently) been an "American car guy." However, I love our new Santa Fe Ultimate. The 2019 exterior re-design is much more "macho" than the previous design, interior is much nicer also. Priced $$$ less than competitive models, and Hyundai doesn't kill you with $ thousands in add ons... just buy the trim you like and nearly everything is already included, all we had to add on were mud flaps and cargo tray, so no "hidden costs." Warranty is phenomenal. Comfort is phenomenal, love the driver memory features for the seat/mirrors. Doesn't handle like my last car (2010 Shelby) but the 2.0T is peppy. As review noted a bit of turbo lag but doesn't bother me... you'd never know it was a 2 liter! Ride quality if excellent and cabin is very stylish (at least on the Ultimate). Love the 2-tone leather seating/interior (ours is a taupe brown and gray). The safety features are phenomenal, as are the LED lights, smart cruise control, 360 camera, 12 speaker system, iridescent interior/dash lights, air conditioned seats, industry-leading tech (Apple and Android car play), heads up display, etc etc. Can't say for the lower level models (noting they also come with all the safety features/lane change warning/pedestrian sensor, etc), but we love the Ultimate. Gas mileage not great with the turbo, but we do mostly city driving so 22-23 is not bad for a mid-size SUV. We're in Hawaii so no need for AWD, so we got the FWD version. Bottom line with the Ultimate you'd never know you're driving a Hyundai vice a Lexus, they've really kicked up their game and for thousands less than Honda, Toyota, Ford, etc... and best warranty in the industry. Also a Top Safety Pick +.

I knew exactly what I was looking for. I started my search on CarGurus. I found a 2016 Jeep Rubicon at Wholesale Inc. I filled out the deal arrangement on their website for my trade and purchase of the Jeep. The next morning a Wholesale sales representative (Dylan Adams) text me about my inquiry. He informed me that the Jeep I wanted had been sold already. But, he said he could find me just about anything I wanted. I told him exactly what I was looking for and within an hour we worked out a deal on a 2018 Rubicon for a great price. I did 90% of my dealings through text and only spent an hour at the dealership. I have driven Subaru Outbacks but needed a larger vehicle with good power but also good fuel economy. My Santa Fe fits the bill. The V6 gets 28-30 mpg highway driving (except winter in MN). It's roomy and the back seats fold down easily when I need room for biking, camping or kayaking. I can also pull a boat or utility trailer with ease.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Selling to Carvana: super easy and no-hassle!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

1st off Ive never heard of Wholesale until cars.com, and we go to Mount Juliet a lot . We were in the Market for a minivan and have been on the search for awhile. I came across a Dodge 2017 Grand Caravan sxt, that Wholesale posted. My husband and I decided to go take a look. Now we were not set on a certain make, I thought I wanted a Toyota Sienna or Honda Odyssey. The day before we almost bought a 2013 Sienna. It didnt feel right so we decided against it, and left. Thank goodness we did because what is so cool about Wholesale is they have pretty much anything you would want. When we arrived we were greeted by Matt Holland. He was extremely nice and very easy to talk to. He asked us what we wanted (me being the vague person that I am tried to explain what we wanted or thought we wanted). He took us to the lot and showed us the Sienna's, Odysseys, Quest, etc. He did not rush us and we extremely helpful with answering any questions that we had. After looking at a ton of vans we decided our favorite was the 2017 Dodge that I saw on cars.com. The buying process was very smooth. It didn't take forever like some places. All in all We are very happy with our purchase and so glad we found this place, and if we are ever in the market for another vehicle we will be going here! Also wanna add John Lennon was extremely pleasant as well.

The car is comfortable, handles well, lots of storage space for luggage or groceries. I especially like four-wheel drive for winter driving as we live in the mountains.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. My experience with Hyundai of Cool Springs started with a visit to the Hyundai USA site. I was looking to learn more about the Kona, so I did the "Build & Price" option to get an idea of features and price. Once I completed the build, I filled in my information, which then connected me with Hyundai of Cool Springs. From the 1st e-mail response received from them, I could already tell that they were different from the other dealerships I've communicated with in the last month. This first e-mail was more a thanks for reaching out to us and letting me know how they got my contact information. It was very laid back with letting me know that the communication and buying process was all up to me. They were there to help with whatever I needed. I received a second email that day from Rick Shephard who would be the sales professional to guide me through everything. Rick sent a nice e-mail, that automatically put me at ease. I felt no pressure in what to do next, unlike other places that at this point would have called, e-mailed and texted me about coming in ASAP. Rick was more what can I do to help you, and whenever you are ready to come in, just let me know, and I can get you scheduled for an appointment. Needless to say, I scheduled an appointment to come in later in the week. On the day of the appointment, as soon as I parked and got out of my car, I was received with courteous professionalism. One of the employees was out on the lot with one of the service guys, and they both stopped their conversation to make sure I found Rick for my appointment. With Rick, he was informed about the Kona but also very attentive to what we were specifically looking for with it. He walked us through the features and different trims. After talking about the car, we took it for a test drive. Throughout the drive, Rick continued to answer all our questions and provide a little more information regarding the handling of the vehicle. By the time we got back to the dealership, I felt as well informed as possible about the Kona. We sat back down after the drive and prepped for the meat and bones of the car buying process - the negotiation and sale. For me, this tends to be the most uncomfortable part of the experience. For me though this dread and fear never materialized. Rick laid out the offer, which my wife and I discussed. We didn't like the numbers as they were higher than what we were looking for. Rick asked us what we didn't like. We talked about where we were looking to be at and where we felt we were in the process. After listening, Rick brought us back a 2nd offer that answered every concern we had. We said yes then and there. This is the 2nd car my wife and I have purchased in the last year, and I can say without a doubt that this was a far better experience. Hyundai of Cool Springs for me is a model dealership that others can learn from. From their service guys to sales to their finance manager, they understand what customer service means. If you're in the market for Hyundai (or not sure what car you want), I highly recommend visiting here. It's great service, great cars, and all at great prices.

We loved the Santa Fe so much. It was comfortable, well thought out interior, nice exterior, fun to drive. It fit our needs perfectly until we had another child and had to squeeze another carseat in. We often travel, so with all our little people and their stuff, we needed to get a bigger car. But I really, really miss our Santa Fe.

We have bought 4 Sante Fe's in the last 4 years. One Used and 3 brand new ones. I have to say each vehicle has been terrific but what is really terrific is the service at the dealership. We have had two sales representatives, the last one has been Oscar on two of our deals. I highly recommend Oscar - he is personable plus he listens to what you want. Oscar spent so much time with us going over all of the new safety features in our 2019 model and believe you me there is a ton of them. Now you would think that it ends there but no - everyone is that way at Cool Springs Hyundai. The finance people, the service department all work very hard to make this an enjoyable experience for you, the customer. That is way we have bought 4 vehicles there. Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

The design and luxurious feel in this car is excellent. The redesign is a plus for the Sante Fe. More safety features and high-end options that are standard. Best warranty​ in the market place.
