This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. I have owned this car for two months and I am pleasantly surprised. I am a pre-retirement age and I needed to move to a bigger, more comfortable car for both commuting and long-distance (750+ miles) driving. A Hyundai car was a no-brainer for me because of reliability and 5-yr 60K miles warranty. So far we owned two Elantras, a Sonata, and a Tucson. Other than normal 5K mile maintenance, I don't think ALL of them together were repaired more than 5-6 times during a 10-yr time period. I chose a standard SE AWD model. For me it is sufficiently equipped and has impressive safety features. I need an AWD version since I drive in a hilly terrain and also in some snowy areas of the Midwest. Negatives first: I was disappointed when I found the car did not have a CD player. My car doesn't come with a satellite radio either. My 2008 Sonata GLS and the standard Elantra had both. However, I managed to solve both problems. Since I had Sirius XM subscription in my traded in Sonata Sirius sent me a free portable XM radio which connects through an AUX jack. I also bought an AIS car CD player for $199 which powers on and connects through one of the front USB ports. They connect to the car radio system and I can easily switch between radio, CD, and XM with one push of a button. I fit them easily into the front console box and secured them by weatherstripping foam so they look like they are a part of the dashboard. The second negative is the automatic engine Stop/Start system. It works as it pleases. Sometimes it shuts the engine immediately upon stop for a second or two but another time keeps it idling for 1-2 minutes at a long red light. The positives are interior space and very comfortable front seats and lots passenger space in the rear. Four USB ports and integrated radio, CD, XM, Android, and phone Bluetooth systems are fun to use. Under the floor rear storage spaces are very handy and I use them often. Rear seats can be reclined which is great. Rear folded seats provide 76 inch of loading space which is nothing to complain about. The 185 HP 2.4L engine provides adequate power although acceleration is rather sluggish. I was pleasantly surprised with gas mileage. 90% of my driving are short 5-10 mile commuting distances. My average mileage so far is 26-27 MPG. Occasional highway driving yields about 31-33 MPG. This is a heavier car yet it's more fuel efficient than Sonata. Large fuel tank allows for up 500+ mile range. My first long-distance test will happen later this month when I plan to drive a 2500 mile stretch across the South and Midwest.

Kentson Car Company has completely upended the entire car purchase business model for the better, and I could not be happier... Tanner made the very short and quick process completely painless and actually enjoyable! NONE of the usual "let me run this by my sales manager" or " what's it going to take to get you into this car TODAY" type of crap at all... I last set foot in a car dealership in 1982 and the experience was so very horrible that for all these years I have studiously avoided having any dealings whatsoever with "those people".... The environment at Kentson is so radically different and pleasant that I wouldn't mind just hanging out there with a cup of coffee, visiting with Tanner and the guys.... Whatever has been your prior experience in purchasing a car, you need to kick it into a cocked hat and hightail yourself over to Kentson.... the price I paid was entirely fair and the transaction went very smoothly for us... Kentson has my vote for dealer of the year and I believe that every car dealership would do well to copy the Kentson model of selling cars.... I will absolutely be purchasing my next and all future cars from Kentson as I believe that such excellence should be rewarded, encouraged and patronized. They really should look into getting some "Kentson Car Co. - Bountiful, Utah" license plate frames. I have made it a point, on every car I have ever owned to make removing any/all dealership identification off of the back of the car, as I refuse to advertise for or promote shady/underhanded dealerships who treat people horribly.... conversely, I would gladly and proudly display a Kentson plate frame, to tell the world that I'm driving a Kentson car.... that's how good the experience was for me! ...seriously looking forward to doing business with Tanner Giles and Kentson Car Co. in the future. I've always (until recently) been an "American car guy." However, I love our new Santa Fe Ultimate. The 2019 exterior re-design is much more "macho" than the previous design, interior is much nicer also. Priced $$$ less than competitive models, and Hyundai doesn't kill you with $ thousands in add ons... just buy the trim you like and nearly everything is already included, all we had to add on were mud flaps and cargo tray, so no "hidden costs." Warranty is phenomenal. Comfort is phenomenal, love the driver memory features for the seat/mirrors. Doesn't handle like my last car (2010 Shelby) but the 2.0T is peppy. As review noted a bit of turbo lag but doesn't bother me... you'd never know it was a 2 liter! Ride quality if excellent and cabin is very stylish (at least on the Ultimate). Love the 2-tone leather seating/interior (ours is a taupe brown and gray). The safety features are phenomenal, as are the LED lights, smart cruise control, 360 camera, 12 speaker system, iridescent interior/dash lights, air conditioned seats, industry-leading tech (Apple and Android car play), heads up display, etc etc. Can't say for the lower level models (noting they also come with all the safety features/lane change warning/pedestrian sensor, etc), but we love the Ultimate. Gas mileage not great with the turbo, but we do mostly city driving so 22-23 is not bad for a mid-size SUV. We're in Hawaii so no need for AWD, so we got the FWD version. Bottom line with the Ultimate you'd never know you're driving a Hyundai vice a Lexus, they've really kicked up their game and for thousands less than Honda, Toyota, Ford, etc... and best warranty in the industry. Also a Top Safety Pick +.

Upgraded from a 2015 CRV and after test-driving a 2019 CRV. Better cargo space, more comfortable design for the driver, larger passenger seats. Only slight disappointments are the under-powered engine and the inconsistent cruise control (even without the car length setting engaged). It's only been 1 month of ownership, but it's been fun!

I took my car in for a oil consumption test because I had received Limited Service Campaign (LSC) about a year ago but did not have any oil consumption issues so did not take it in at that time. When Ii finally took it in the time was up to have it checked. Still they ran the test for me at no charge. They also offered me a car wash at no charge, I couldn't do it that day so they gave me a rain-check for it. All the staff where friendly, kind and helpful.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. This Dealership lived up to it's "No Regrets" policy with flying colors, probably all I should say but, It is TRUTH. Staff was friendly and attentive from Reception (Gold Star) and Service, my Salesman JR Mabey was very attentive to my questions and patient with me, he seemed to know the Hyundai cars very well but who can know everything about these cars nowadays?!, that's why the Owners Manual is THICK with information. Best looking SUV - inside and out!

Great power with the turbo (a bit of turbo lag but for a 4 cyclinder you get V6 pep). The two-tone interior is beautiful (noting we opted for the Ultimate model, FWD only... in Hawaii so no need for AWD). The tech is incredible (heads up display, Android/Apple car play, 12 speaker sound system, nav system, AC vented seats, numerous USB ports, and particularly the elecontronic warning systems (standard by the way on all models) and 360 view camera (option). Ride is also smooth and handles well. Overall the car just feels very solid... and sounds solid when you close the doors. With the 100K warranty and at about $6K below most of the competition -- and $20K or more less than the luxury SUVs (many with less tech/features) this purchase was a no brainer. Also love the redesigned front end. This is our 2nd Hyundai, first was very reliable for 7 years but we traded in to upgrade to the Sante Fe. Very happy with our purchase.

When looking for a second vehicle for our family, the important thing to me was the make and color. I knew I wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe, and that it had to be RED. My sweet husband looked up these 2 specifics and through the miracle of the Internet, we found Anderson Motor Comany in Salt Lake City. During our browsing about, I saw another car on the lot which was a Toyota Camry that piqued my interest. My husband was very excited about it and after a test drive we decided to buy IT instead of the red Santa Fe. The next morning as I drove my son to school in Park City, I was lamenting the decision. As a long time Hyundai Tucson owner, I missed being up above the ground. I felt like I was down on the asphalt, and my back was getting a bit wrenched (aging process and all). I called Scott and sheepishly admitted my buyer's remorse and that I really wanted the red Santa Fe. He was so flexible about returning the Camry and accommodacted my First World Problem. I'm now the happy owner of my RED Hyundai Santa Fe! Seriously, don't go to those big new car dealership for your used car needs. These guys are awesome, and pleasant to work with. Their business looks like a kitchen/living room of a million dollar home, complete with a warm fire in the fireplace and snacks for the hungry daughter. I was an online buyer who had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. This car was less common (6M) with specific trim and color. I gave multiple intermountain west online departments an even start. Low probability anybody had it, so I was basically asking online Mazda reps within 300 miles of me to research broader regional inventories (basically the entire west-of-the-Mississippi Mazda network) to find the right car for a transfer from another dealer. That research job alone was more than most reps wanted; they balked and just wanted me to come to their lot to look at their existing inventory of automatics. Only two of those contacted actually looked at regional transfer possibilities. Dianne Burnham at Bountiful Mazda was one of these and she was the quicker of the two. Dianne was also more forthcoming with full car spec sheets and quoting better starting numbers (note: I never even had to ask for spec sheets, she just sent them!) . So, Dianne Burnham jumped out in front of this search from the beginning. I then realized I didn't want to pay 500ish dollars to transport the car from another dealer and also, frankly, that I didn't want a 6M that had potentially been poorly test driven. Therefore, I raised the bar to requesting a port-of-entry diversion of a true zero-miler (this means finding it in the pipeline and arranging a transfer from the books of the originally destined dealer before it ever physically left the port by truck or rail). This higher hurdle was added with the time deadline still in place. The other potential dealer (who had done some inquiry, but not been as quick as Dianne) fell out of the race at this point. Meanwhile, Dianne Burnham of Bountiful Mazda only started working faster! Detailed data kept coming. Dianne found the precise car newly arrived stateside (Port of Tacoma). She sweet talked the dealer in Illinois (to whom that car was scheduled to go) into releasing it; that was a multi-day persuasion as the dealer in IL felt they had a buyer... But, she got it! (whew!) Then she started pulling strings to expedite it out of port quickly and into her dealership. She was always determined to meet the time deadline to enable me to enjoy some month-specific and holiday-specific incentives. Briefly reviewing Dianne's above-and-beyond effort: 1. Quickly search transfer options and be very forthcoming with data and have good starting numbers. 2. Work even harder as the challenge increased to diversion. 3. Find the perfect car. 4. Negotiate the car release from a reluctant midwest dealer. 5. Expedite it out of port. All to get me exactly what I wanted, exactly when I wanted. "Zoom zoom" is apparently more than just Mazda's motto, it is obviously also Dianne Burnham's work motto as well. I can not recall another purchasing experience in the last couple decades (for appliances, electronics, whatever) in which I have encountered anyone who went to work for me the way Dianne did. My message is simple: if you've done your research and you are ready to find a very specific Mazda, then call Dianne Burnham of Bountiful Mazda; if you are serious and you need an equally serious Mazda rep who has the skills to manage moves within Mazda's internal network, then call Dianne Burnham at Bountiful Mazda. In this case, most shied away from the challenge. Dianne Burnham, however, powered through with a work ethic that is nearly unheard-of in modern times. Basically, Dianne Burnham is a freaking rockstar.

Service department and Nissan really came through for us! Our 2014 Nissan Versa was having serious transmission issues. We have kept up on recommended services (replaced transmission fluid at 30000 miles) Took it into Tim Dahle Southtown in March at 68000 miles (out of warranty). They did not charge me a diagnostic fee. The service depeartment was phenomenal, calling every day to give me an update on the progress. They were able to get Nissan to cover the transmission because I performed regular service on it. They had the transmission in stock and it only took a couple days to replace. This dealership is a well oiled machine and I would probably trust them with my life! :)

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Went in looking for a used Duramax 3/4 ton, but ended up buying a used Ford F350 that had everything we wanted and was in excellent condition. I felt like Murdock Chevrolet was fair with the value given for our Suburban that we traded in...especially since another dealer tried to low ball us earlier by a few thousand less. We may have gotten a few hundred bucks more by selling it ourselves (after you factor in the effect of taxes) but really the value was close enough to where we needed it to be that it was worth the trade in. We still love Chevy's and will likely be back for our next vehicle. James and Les were both great to work with and followed through on every little detail of the sale that we had requested with absolute professionalism. Jeremy, their finance guy, was very funny and great to work with as well. All three stayed well past their normal closing time on a Saturday evening to make sure that we were taken care of, which was going above and beyond! I would absolutely recommend dealing with these guys to any family or friend. Thanks for a great buying experience!

After looking at vehicles locally, I decided to search around to surrounding states. I found a Titan on their website and called. Robert Frost was very friendly and didn't try to give me a hard sell. He responded timely to text messages and we were able to do the paper work via mail. I flew down to Salt Lake, and the dealership arranged an Uber to pick me up at the airport. My plane landed in Salt Lake at 8 a.m. and I drove off the lot at 10:00. Overall, a very enjoyable buying process and Robert was the reason.

Purchased the Santa Fe Limited ultimate. The package comes with some pretty neat features. I commute a lot, and put a lot of miles on my car. The ride is very comfortable.
