The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. After the service work was complete he mentioned other service work the car needed The waiting area was clean and refreshments were available. I highly recommend Ft Mill Hyundai.

SEL a Good Option

We own a 2011 Sante Fe with 152,000. Great vehicle, so wanted another one. My requirements: leather, electric, heated seats and fog lights. I'm not someone who needs all the bells and whistles, and I didn't want a sun roof. There in lies the problem. I couldn't get the seats unless I went up to the limited. . .and it comes standard with a sun roof. The cloth seats are terribly hard, so I was ready to give up, but I asked the question. . .Can you put leather seats in a base model? The answer. . .yes. If you ask, the dealership can send it out to an independent company. Just make sure you get a full warranty from the installing company as the leather won't be covered under your bumper to bumper warranty. We ultimately went with the SEL as it already had fog lights and electric seats. I really like the car.

It’s good but it’s costing me a lot, only complaint about the car because of my age. Where do we start if not now? Just saying.
My husband and I came in here and our sales rep Ryan was extremely friendly and was very patient with all the questions that we had about the vehicle. When it came to our trade in the worked with us and we worked out a reasonable compromise, and they were forthcoming with the explanation of how they came to their figure. It was a nice change. Next came financing, I came in pre approved and the worked to beat my rate and got me a fantastic deal! Will recommend Ryan and Auction direct to friends and family!!
Bought my used Elantra early this year and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The buying process was smooth and courteous, but the service department is what really surprised me....every time I’ve gone it’s been clean, reasonably quick, very affordable, and with top level professionalism!

Thiscar is very spacious, reliable,good design for and good performance. I would reccomend this to new or old car owners. Trips is more fun woth this car.

I just picked up my 2019 Santa Fe yesterday (Dec. 31, 2018) and said good-bye reluctantly to my 2011 which I loved. I like the size of the Santa Fe and the cargo space. It's the only car that has what I call the "secret compartment" under the back cargo area. The new one is beautiful and has so many safety items that my other one didn't have. It has many convenience items also. I've owned other SUVs in the past, but my Santa Fe was the best one overall.
This is my 4th vehicle from St Cloud Hyundai, so, needless to say, we are extremely satisfied with the Hyundai brand. We appreciate the personal service provided by Tim O’Hara and Jon Viemiester, as well as the excellent service provided by the Service Department.

This SUV has all the safety features and almost most of these features are included in the base model. For the money I spent on this SUV, every penny is worth it.
Great customer service and a very friendly environment. Great doing business with. I’d gladly do business with again. They had both great cars and great automotive knowledge.

I love how sleek and modern the body of the car is designed but has hidden power under the hood. Not only does it pick up quickly in sticky situations, but it helps you become a better driver if you select the highest trim model.

Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate 2019

I previously drove a 2013 Audi Q5 that was involved in a non-fault accident that was a total loss. I replaced it with a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate AWD with the 2.0 Turbo engine. The safety features in this model are extensive and do help with the ability to drive this vehicle safely. There are many things that I love about this vehicle. First it is stylish, fuel efficient and loaded with fun and useful equipment throughout.
There are things that I don't like about this car but none that became a deal breaker. First...it is underpowered off the line. Not that I am into drag racing but the 0-30 from a stop is not good but if you put the car in sport mode it is better but just not great. The Audi was! The other items that I do not like are there are a lot of sounds that this car makes related to safety but they do not come with an indicator in all cases which makes it guesswork as to why you are being warned. Finally, the fact that you CAN'T turn off the automatic ignition kill fuel efficiency system while stopped for even the shortest time period (the Q5 had the system but you could permanently deactivate it which was ideal) is aggravating and can become a deal breaker for future purchase as we have this car on a three (3) year lease so I am not locked into it forever. The temporary deactivation switch is now activated by me as part of my "start up" routine.
All in all this is a good AWD vehicle!
