Used 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe for sale in Lincolnwood, IL

Very professional, no surprises. Told me my car would be ready same day as drop and it was. There was no sales pitch to try and buy my existing vehicle which I appreciated.

I wanted a nice car at a value price at a great price so I got the 2019 Santa Fe and it had 30,000 miles on it and this thing runs and drives as smooth as glass

The maintenance and parts are pricey but they provided a good service. Most Hyuindai dealerships seem to charge the same, so I'll mainly rate them on service. They did exactly as I asked and didn't push me to get other things done. My only complain is that I got there at 3:00 PM and was promised to be out by 5:00 PM but I didn't get to leave until 6:14 PM just for an oil change.

Had since new. Over 92,000 miles and I just replaced front brake pads. Did rear pads at 65,000. Never had any issues. Very comfortable. Actually got over 31 mpg on highway for the 2.4 which is rated at 22-29 mpg

Great car, love driving it. It is under powered but once you get to highway speed it’s fine. Had a great service rep but he left so will have to see how new one pans out. I have had zero problems with this car.

Overall, very satisfied with my 2019 SE, AWD. This particular year and model included a number of vehicle upgrades that were removed from the SE model in 2020. The value for the money, and getting AWD, is truly one of the best affordable options of any make and model for 2019. Once, the engine maintenance light went on; ultimately the vehicle required a replacement seal within the exhaust system. The car has run very good before, during, after the seal replacement. The only knock on Hyundai, is not the vehicle, yet rather service. Find that Hyundai service in Northern NJ is always a negotiation to get a fair price, or a loaner vehicle - and only when giving a negative review will the dealership respond with expected levels of service.

Received great service once again while taking my KIA Sorento in for routine maintenance. Christian was my Service Advisor and was fantastic, from greeting me upon arrival, keeping me updated throughout service, explaining multi point inspection results.

Customer Service & quote request. I requested a look over my vehicle from possible damage to the undercarriage & tires. I was provided a reasonable service quote along with photos of where service was needed.

I am genuinely surprised to see these bad reviews as we had a great experience. I will agree, I didn’t get any info through email or phone either which was a bit strange, but it’s sales, of course they’re going to do what they can to get you to come in and don’t you expect to go look at quite a few cars anyway when car shopping? Regardless, we had a wonderful experience. Dave was super friendly and helpful and when we had issues with the car we had originally come to look at, they worked out a fantastic deal for a newer car for us. Also, they are donating $25 for every car they sell to toys for tots and I personally love everything about that.

Family Hyundai is a great place to purchase a car because of the selection and the ability to negotiate for a fair price. I purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. This car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. After purchasing the car, I also bring it there for an oil change. I love the affordability and the fact that they give me a free oil change after purchasing two.
