This past Sunday the 22nd I visited Elder Ford looking for a good deal for my dream car. I was very lucky to be served by Eddie Burke who is one of the sales associate. Eddie was very honest, understanding, and worked with me for several hours in order to help me get the best deal. Even though I couldn't get what I was looking for, I left this awesome dealer very happy and with a lot of knowledge on how to work towards getting a better deal. Eddie helped me understand every aspect of what I wanted and tried to help me the most. His customer service skills are highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel good while making the big step of buying a new car. Eddie is a great asset for this Dealership and I think because of him and other associates like him, this is a great place to buy a car. I highly recommend Matt Duke as your salesperson. Matt is the best of any auto sales person I have worked with in all my years of buying cars which is well over 45 years. Truly, I felt like I was buying a car and NOT being high pressured like many car salespeople are. The "experience was exceptional" with Matt's consultation. He gets A++, 6 stars out of 5, 12 out of 10 ... however you want to rate... for providing trust, confidence, ability to answer all my questions (I ask many questions) and assisting us in making the right decision on the right car, the Genesis G90, for my needs. Matt displayed "excellent self control with patience" and went above and beyond and delivered the Genesis G90 to my home, on Sunday, his day off, and spent well over 3 and 1/2 hours going over all the features on the car. Finance person, Robinson Aswood, was exceptional and patient in assisting me to understand our lease agreement, and answering my many questions to understand the lease terms. Thank you Robinson. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I have owned this car for two months and I am pleasantly surprised. I am a pre-retirement age and I needed to move to a bigger, more comfortable car for both commuting and long-distance (750+ miles) driving. A Hyundai car was a no-brainer for me because of reliability and 5-yr 60K miles warranty. So far we owned two Elantras, a Sonata, and a Tucson. Other than normal 5K mile maintenance, I don't think ALL of them together were repaired more than 5-6 times during a 10-yr time period. I chose a standard SE AWD model. For me it is sufficiently equipped and has impressive safety features. I need an AWD version since I drive in a hilly terrain and also in some snowy areas of the Midwest. Negatives first: I was disappointed when I found the car did not have a CD player. My car doesn't come with a satellite radio either. My 2008 Sonata GLS and the standard Elantra had both. However, I managed to solve both problems. Since I had Sirius XM subscription in my traded in Sonata Sirius sent me a free portable XM radio which connects through an AUX jack. I also bought an AIS car CD player for $199 which powers on and connects through one of the front USB ports. They connect to the car radio system and I can easily switch between radio, CD, and XM with one push of a button. I fit them easily into the front console box and secured them by weatherstripping foam so they look like they are a part of the dashboard. The second negative is the automatic engine Stop/Start system. It works as it pleases. Sometimes it shuts the engine immediately upon stop for a second or two but another time keeps it idling for 1-2 minutes at a long red light. The positives are interior space and very comfortable front seats and lots passenger space in the rear. Four USB ports and integrated radio, CD, XM, Android, and phone Bluetooth systems are fun to use. Under the floor rear storage spaces are very handy and I use them often. Rear seats can be reclined which is great. Rear folded seats provide 76 inch of loading space which is nothing to complain about. The 185 HP 2.4L engine provides adequate power although acceleration is rather sluggish. I was pleasantly surprised with gas mileage. 90% of my driving are short 5-10 mile commuting distances. My average mileage so far is 26-27 MPG. Occasional highway driving yields about 31-33 MPG. This is a heavier car yet it's more fuel efficient than Sonata. Large fuel tank allows for up 500+ mile range. My first long-distance test will happen later this month when I plan to drive a 2500 mile stretch across the South and Midwest.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I've always (until recently) been an "American car guy." However, I love our new Santa Fe Ultimate. The 2019 exterior re-design is much more "macho" than the previous design, interior is much nicer also. Priced $$$ less than competitive models, and Hyundai doesn't kill you with $ thousands in add ons... just buy the trim you like and nearly everything is already included, all we had to add on were mud flaps and cargo tray, so no "hidden costs." Warranty is phenomenal. Comfort is phenomenal, love the driver memory features for the seat/mirrors. Doesn't handle like my last car (2010 Shelby) but the 2.0T is peppy. As review noted a bit of turbo lag but doesn't bother me... you'd never know it was a 2 liter! Ride quality if excellent and cabin is very stylish (at least on the Ultimate). Love the 2-tone leather seating/interior (ours is a taupe brown and gray). The safety features are phenomenal, as are the LED lights, smart cruise control, 360 camera, 12 speaker system, iridescent interior/dash lights, air conditioned seats, industry-leading tech (Apple and Android car play), heads up display, etc etc. Can't say for the lower level models (noting they also come with all the safety features/lane change warning/pedestrian sensor, etc), but we love the Ultimate. Gas mileage not great with the turbo, but we do mostly city driving so 22-23 is not bad for a mid-size SUV. We're in Hawaii so no need for AWD, so we got the FWD version. Bottom line with the Ultimate you'd never know you're driving a Hyundai vice a Lexus, they've really kicked up their game and for thousands less than Honda, Toyota, Ford, etc... and best warranty in the industry. Also a Top Safety Pick +.

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Upgraded from a 2015 CRV and after test-driving a 2019 CRV. Better cargo space, more comfortable design for the driver, larger passenger seats. Only slight disappointments are the under-powered engine and the inconsistent cruise control (even without the car length setting engaged). It's only been 1 month of ownership, but it's been fun!

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!

After dealing with a couple of local dealerships that left me disgusted and insulted, I decided to give on-line buying a try. I found the car I wanted on Vroom and then began checking every review on them that I could find. Most of the complaints had to do with getting the titling paperwork in a timely manner. I could deal with that if that was the main concern. So- I let Vroom know I was interested in the car and gave them information on my car as a trade in. They responded in 30 minutes with a guaranteed offer that was exactly what I was hoping to get based on Kelly Blue book.We decided to finance the remainder of the loan through our own bank as we got a better interest rate. Everything went beautifully! I was given the extension number of the associate that was assisting us and we were kept apprised of everything along the way. I mentioned the concern about receiving the titling paperwork (our interest rate could go up if we didn???t get the paperwork to our bank within 45 days). They had me talk to a person in their titling section who assured me she would make sure it went out as soon as possible. Delivery- Seamless! The truck couldn???t come to our house- no way to turn around-so he met us at Walmart (I love telling people I got my car at Walmart). He pulled my new car off, went over where some minor scratches were (I wouldn???t have seen them had he not pointed them out) , documented the condition of my trade in, loaded it up on his truck and DONE! My titling paperwork arrived the next day. I couldn???t be happier with the whole experience and will use Vroom the next time we???re looking for a vehicle.

Great power with the turbo (a bit of turbo lag but for a 4 cyclinder you get V6 pep). The two-tone interior is beautiful (noting we opted for the Ultimate model, FWD only... in Hawaii so no need for AWD). The tech is incredible (heads up display, Android/Apple car play, 12 speaker sound system, nav system, AC vented seats, numerous USB ports, and particularly the elecontronic warning systems (standard by the way on all models) and 360 view camera (option). Ride is also smooth and handles well. Overall the car just feels very solid... and sounds solid when you close the doors. With the 100K warranty and at about $6K below most of the competition -- and $20K or more less than the luxury SUVs (many with less tech/features) this purchase was a no brainer. Also love the redesigned front end. This is our 2nd Hyundai, first was very reliable for 7 years but we traded in to upgrade to the Sante Fe. Very happy with our purchase.

I ran an ad on Craigs List for 2015 Lexus GS350 AWD and was contacted, via text, by Scott of Vroom. He asked if I would give him more information and he would give me a bid to buy the car. I had already looked into buying an Audi A6 and they low balled me on the trade in value. I then decided to downsize and sell the car rather than trade it in, so, I went to CarMax and they gave me a little more than the Audi dealer. The offer from Vroom as 10% higher than CarMax and the Internet process was very simple and efficient. I got my money within 24 hours (Direct Deposit to my checking account) after they received the title (via over night FedEx which they supplied via the Internet) and 7 days later a car carrier came for the car. I would highly recommend this company! I live in Pennsylvania and Vroom is in Texas.

The sales staff at Vroom were a pleasure to work with, we were from Maryland and hesitant to purchase an Audi A6 TDI without seeing it first. We also planned to trade an older car as well and Vroom took care of everything, we took pictures of our car and sent them in for the appraisal, the process took about 15 minutes but the offer was lower than what CarMax had offered a few months before, we took it back to CarMax and received the new offer. Vroom adjusted the initial offer without any problems. The final numbers and financing were agreed upon and Vroom sent the paperwork to be signed with highlighted areas to avoid any confusion. They included a self-addressed pre-paid over night envelope to make things easy. Shipping was flawless, Vroom sent multiple pictures as the Audi was being loaded and included the drivers contact information. We received a call about 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery asking if we wanted to accept delivery on a Sunday instead of Monday, the early delivery was perfect for us and the driver kept us updated on his progress, we received multiple calls and even had a final call saying he was 5 minutes away. It was impressive to see a tractor trailer with cars pull up to the house, total time from arrival to leaving with our trade car was about 30 minutes. The driver unloaded the Audi and we did our walk around inspection and accepted the books, keys, etc. then did an inspection of the trade vehicle, handed over the keys and let him load it. Most impressive was the after sales support, Sirius needed Vroom to activate the trial subscription; I sent an email and had a response with minutes. We also asked for a status update on our plates, the temp tags were still good for a couple more weeks but we wanted to make sure the tags were on the way or let them know to extend the tags. The sales staff at Vroom called the house within an hour and said tags would arrive later that week. Overall, the most enjoyable experience we've had buying a vehicle, no hassles from the staff, delivery to your door on the weekend, and surprises after receiving the vehicle. We were skeptical at first, the process sounded too good to be true but was exactly as advertised actually better than advertised, we'll definitely use them again!

I had never owned a Hyundai/Kia car prior to my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe’s purchase. Nobody I knew had owned a Korean car to ask for opinions. After months of reading, viewing videos and test drives, I have come to the decision to purchase the first Hyundai vehicle. In this day and age, not taking enough time to do research is a missed opportunity for car buyers. As I had taken my time, I got better ideas what I would like to have in my next car and cross-shopped for the car I wanted. I kept an eye on the prices for a while, negotiated for price matches, and then pulled the trigger when best offers are available. Also through my research, my branding sentiments for Hyundai and Kia was also changed. Potential buyers should be able to find lots of information about good value and quality in Korean cars in the last 5-10 years. Don’t just read experts’ reviews, I have valued lots of average users’ reviews. I am aware of the current recalls (engine fire), which I am not too concerned about in the newest 2019 models. In general, there are a lot more positive reviews from Hyundai/Kia car owners than I had expected. For the new 2019 Santa Fe, I love the new exterior design and the interior’s modern layout. It feels spacious on the inside, specially second row seats. The all functions are so easy to use and they just work. Fit-and-finish is excellent. Good choice of materials using on the inside show good overall quality for the vehicle. All premium features (Ultimate trim) you can only find in the high-end cars, on top of the standard safety features. Best warranty in the industry. IIHS & NHTSA crash tests are highly rated. 3-yr BlueLink Remote Service is a plus. I find this car more suitable for family people like me on daily commute, occasional road/camping trips. It depends on your priorities, but I like the practicality and active safety features in this car. I am also very impressed on how comfortable and quiet this Santa Fe handles on the roads. My Ultimate trim is equipped with all LED lamps. These help illuminate the roads better at night and also look more upscale. For engine performance, I wished they would have added a few more horses for the naturally aspirated engine option or V6 for some more towing capacity. For what it is, I still think it’s adequate for most of my normal driving. I guess Hyundai has chosen practicality, utility and comfortability over performance. Like other high tech industries, auto industry is changing fast too. The race to earn more market share is more competitive than ever, especially in the SUV segments (wait until Chinese cars can join this party). I’ve known Hyundai quality have improved greatly in the last 20 years. But when it comes to purchasing one, people tend to go back to their trusted older brands. It’s a safe choice for a big purchase, I understand that. Nevertheless, I think Hyundai and Kia are doing the right things. They obviously try harder to win you over. Bottom line is, I initially chose the 2019 Santa Fe over other popular choices (Highlander, Pilot, Murano, Outback etc.) because of the best value for what I can get. Judging from the experience so far, I am quite happy with the decision. My perception is now changed positively about the brand. Hopefully, my long-term ownership of the car is also positive. Just a personal experience on how I changed and became a new Hyundai car owner.

Love all of the room in this vehicle. The back seats fold down totally flat so I can camp in it or haul stuff. Love the sunroof! I hate that the engine turns off at a complete stop but it has a button to turn that feature off. Not something that is easy to get use to. My only complaint. Other than that the car is awesome. Had a Camry XLE previously. This is my first Hyundai so keeping my fingers crossed!

I have been searching for the right truck for a few months. Found it through Vroom. I liked having the Carfax report and original window sticker at my instant viewing. The full process took 4 working days to be approved which included overnight envelopes back and forth for document signing. The time it took to receive my truck was within the time limit they specified however it seemed like it took forever as I wanted the truck right then. 😋 saving what I did from the average asking price I have seen shopping around made the wait worth it.

Being a senior citizen means (among other thing) that I can't turn my head from side to side like an owl. So, the blind-spot detection really useful. The car also has the (now standard) rear viewscreen, lane change detection and the rear cross traffic detection. It is easy to get in and out of - easier (for me) than the Honda CRV or the Toyota Rav4. It can handle apple cartalk (which I don't have) and android auto (which I do have). My wife (also a senior) doesn' like driving in traffic, but we were in Los Angeles last week, and, with the assistance of google maps using android auto, she handled the traffic extremely well. All in all, I really like the bundle.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about purchasing a car online and I was a bit nervous using Vroom based on some of the reviews I'd read. But they had the exact car I wanted at a price that was so much lower than any others I'd found. So I tentatively started the process and I was delighted by the excellent customer service I received. I worked primarily with Marie Godwin and she communicated so well and walked me through the process from beginning to end. The paperwork process was quick and simple and once we had that taken care of, the ball was rolling and my car arrived about 2 weeks later. After the paper work process was completed, Marie handed me over to Sidney Stephens who gave me the details on the delivery process. And from there I worked with David Reyes on the final delivery phase. My biggest concern based on other reviews was the lack of communication from Vroom employees. But please know that my experience was quite the contrary. I felt that every detail of the process was communicated to me and there were absolutely no surprises. Well there was one surprise. My car was actually delivered earlier than expected. Under promise / over deliver. The car was delivered and it was in fantastic shape. It had been raining for much of the distance traveled and it was raining when I received it. But once the car was washed, it looked fantastic. No dings or blemishes anywhere. Some folks mentioned an issue with receiving their Title. I was told mine would arrive within 4-6 weeks after my car was delivered. Mine came during week 5 so it was right on time. I also received an regular updates on the arrival of my car Title. If there was an issue at one time with communication, it seems to me Vroom has taken those reviews to heart and they've made some significant changes in how they handle customers. I'm actually a customer service representative myself so I'm hyper-sensitive in this area. With that said, I have been extremely impressed with this company and I highly highly recommend them. Their prices can't be beat and I don't think you'll be disappointed at all. Be sure to ask for Marie.

I decided to go for this 2019 Santa Fe 2.4L ultimate coming from the 2016 sonata because of the legroom and new features this car offered. I love the new design and all the features that the ultimate trim 2.4L trim has, but after just 3days driving, it was clear that this car has some performance issue. The car starts and shifts very slowly. I tried different driving mode but not result. I am worried about engine failure or another issue since.

I took my new VW Golf in for its regular service (oil change). I made the appointment at a time convenient for me and arrived a couple minutes before the 9AM scheduled time. Since it was (hopefully) a quick service, I decided to just wait it out in the Lokey VW waiting room. The service advisor was courteous and had my car pulled in to the bay within moments of me signing in. I had been waiting about 20 minutes when the service advisor came to let me know the oil change and multi-point inspection was complete and everything was good to go. He then asked if I would like my car to be washed and after saying yes, I settled in for about 15 more minutes before he came back to give me the paperwork and my keys and point me to my now clean and shiny and serviced car waiting up front. While I was waiting I had the opportunity to see another of the service advisors, Antonio, who has assisted me with other requests for this car in the past. Since I was hearing a sound that I wanted to be checked to confirm it was not something going wrong, I asked Antonio if he could check it out for me. Without hesitation, Antonio took the key and I jumped in as a passenger; he took my car around the block so I could point out the sound I was hearing that concerned me. Antonio quick diagnosed the sound as the turbo blow-off sound and that it was completely normal, setting my apprehension at ease (I was about to make a long road trip and certainly did to want to encounter any problems with the car while I was on the road). They say that when you buy a car, your relationship with the salesperson can be a good thing but the essential component of any car sale is the relationship and trust you have with the service staff since the sale is one-and-done but the service relationship is ongoing. Well, the service I receive from Lokey VW is second to none - I can put a check mark in all four of the boxes that are important to me: friendly staff, timely service, quality delivery, and value for the service! Keep up the good work guys!

My advisor was helpful and kept me informed throughout process including his schedule for days he would not be in contact great customer service....unfortunately I am only dissatisfied with my 2017 Explorer and amount of times and issues we have had and taken to your service or tarpon springs ford. I do not feel safe in vehicles being 19000 miles and drives like its 70000 miles. I had a 16 model I loved but this model for identical price and sport model (same as last model) the 16 model was more trustworthy and I felt so much safer. The axels were replaced and the ticking noise lessened which it is still there. Do to my health Bill's my credit score dropped but I have perfect pay history. I am looking to get payoff and up to 18 model or even maybe a used truck and car. I have begun getting paperwork together because I truly feel this car doesnt have a long life ahead and I don't even trust to drive to Orlando because we already have been stranded from battery dying when car turned off to get gas and would not restart so ford road serv came and helped. The car Boggs out and we can not find issue because it is not all the time but I am on disability and on remission so I drive 2 ohio every 3 to 4 months I truly feel i have a malfunctioning Ford and hope due to my mand family loyalty and A/Z plan I will be offered payoff with trade for new Explorer Sport with Michelin tires. I hope we can find a way to work this out I can show medical records if necessary for reasons why I need a vehicle I feel safe in not you that only works 50% time. My advisor was wonderful but if this isn't resolved then we may not purchase another Ford my grandmother also has 17 explorer basic model and ger 2012 ran like my 16 and we both wish we would never have bought new. I am financed through Ford with 0% 72 months @700 per month my credit has dropped which I can explain but I do again have perfect payment history on everything
