Dan is great! My car service was great. I was in and out. I brought my car from here the sales guy gab was awesome

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

I had an excellent experience working with John G. to buy a new car. He took me for the test drive and showed me how each of the vehicle's features worked. (He even helped me connect my phone!) He followed up with managers to get my questions answered during the buying process. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was courteous and helpful. I'm so happy with my new car!

1st off the personnel could not have been more courteous and helpful. Anthony Tomeo found me exactly the car I was searching for. Went out of his was to look up anything I requested. Absolutely LOVE driving this SUV!......so stylish....practical and soooo comfortable.......it has plenty of leg room...lots of cargo space and just enough seating.......handles very well on the highway and is very gas efficient.....and the safety features are AWESOME!

Just bought out my leased santa fe, owned it for 3 years. Still rides smoothly. Not at all sick of its beautiful design still. plenty of cargo room in the back. just fun to drive.

Bought new in Jan, 2020. Great, large SUV. Quiet, comfortable, economical, reliable. With the 2.4 this SUV can cruise all day at 80-90MPH. Loaded with safety and comfort features. If it came with a 3rd row seat and AWD, we would still have this fine automobile. Alas, ours didn’t. My bad. Performed flawlessly in the 2 years we owned it. Very highly recommended.

I want to write a positive review for salesman Howard Bregman at Faulkner Hyundai Philadelphia who helped me buy my car 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. I've been driving it a few weeks no issues - love the car and got a great price and service from this place. I will return there for my next car. He was so nice and helpful - even came in during time off for me to pick up my car. I can't say enough about my experience there and the service I got from this sales man. Honest and nice. My girlfriend and I went there to purchase a car, and the entire experience was flawless. Hal came out immediately to help us as soon as we got there, and we were out for a test drive within minutes. We purchased the car, and Hal along with Mike, the manager, helped us through the entire process quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for an affordable pre-owned vehicle, and definitely ask for Hal, he knows what he's doing and is an excellent salesman.

i wrote a bad review because i couldn’t get any results about my issues. it was apparently a communication problem with one person. i have since spoken to two different people and they have resolved my problems in a timely manner. it’s my understanding the other person is no longer handling my situation. i’d like to specifically thank josh for his help and for eric to reaching out to make sure things were resolved. i tried to amend my other review, but for some reason i am not able.

Tom Tolis was the ABSOLUTE BEST salesman I have ever came across I been looking for the a car for a VERY long time going to different dealerships & not being satisfied and he was the most patient, genuine, intelligent, dedicated guy you can ask for. Looks are deceiving, a small display floor belies the very large inventory behind the office. My wife and I met Anthony Ciarrocca. upon entering. We knew our credit scores and that we wanted to test drive a Kona. Anthony was the ultimate professional verifying our information while helping us go on a test drive. If Anthony had acted like other salespeople that I have run into before I would have walked out. But after the ride Anthony gave us the bottom line on cost for the car. Not a price that grew and grew and grew like all of the other dealers that I have dealt with but the actual final cost! Also Anthony provided multiple lease and purchase options and suggested accessories and explained why he recommended them. When Anthony had to step away for a moment Megin helped me and was great Managers Sam and Russ provided valuable guidance as needed.If you want to look at cars and be treated like a human like I've never seen before I strongly suggest that you give Burns Hyundai a visit.

Drove up from NC after finding the 4Runner that we've been searching for on the Auto Lenders site. Ross Kauffman was our Sales Consultant who worked with us every step of the way. We received a fair price for our trade, and the sales price for the 4Runner was just as listed on the internet. We arrived in the dealership at 10:30, and Ross had us on the road headed back to NC in our new 4Runner by 1:30, not a bad turnaround considering we took a long test drive. Overall the experience was pleasant, and Ross did an excellent job!

Me and my husband went to Apollo to look for a car. I wasn’t sure if I would even get a loan because my credit score was low. Moses Arellano assisted us and he made me feel comfortable even though my score was low. He gave suggestions on ways to increase my score. He was so easy to be around after about 15 minutes I felt like I knew him for much longer. He felt like a true friend. He gave suggestions and we ended up getting a Lexus which I never dreamed I could purchase with a decent percentage rate. He was great and we will go to Apollo for now on. I highly recommend Moses to anyone in need of a new vehicle.

Everyone was courteous and profession. Waiting area was very clean. Auto was completed quickly. I had one issue that I didn’t get a clear response. My car is suppose to use synthetic motor oil. On my invoice it stated conventional motor oil. Hyundai recommends synthetic. Yet I still don’t know what type of oil was used. I would appreciate some type of feedback.
