on vacation in co. the oil plug in our 14 Hundai came out in Idaho Springs, (70 mph) . Got towed to Planet Hundai where they immediately took our car in, checked the engine and determined we needed a new engine. They talked to our dealer in Iowa and both agreed they would pay for the new engine, furnish us a rental car for the duration. The mgr. Josh , other mgs. involved, the mechanic, I thought went out of their way to let us know the progress that was being made. All in all they made what could have been a real nightmare into a point where we knew this would be taken care off with no worries on our part. Again we can't thank everyone involved at Planet Hyndai enough.

Aiden not only helped me to find exactly the right car for me, but was amazing in follow up to make sure everything was perfect. I had a few small issues with my car and he completely took care of it and gave me a lovely loaner car. Amazing buying experience. No haggling and impressed by the first offer. That’s never happened with the previous 7 cars I’ve purchased. I highly recommend this dealership!! My salesman Isaac was very sweet, professional and super patient. He kindly explained all its features before the test drive instead of the other dumbos who tell you about buttons/features and what not while you’re driving and cant focus on the actual drive.

The process started in the month of May. We had stopped in to check out the options to the end of the current lease. Marco and Barry assisted us and gave us the necessary information at that time. It wasn't looking good as the current specials focused more on the SUV line. Good news that we had time to wait a little and see what would happen, if anything. The end of June we began test driving other comparable models through 2 different brands. Lucky for us, Hyundai came out with a great lease deal on the Sonata. The other dealerships did not compare well on vehicles, customer service, or price. We were so excited to have that door open again that we contacted Joe, and scheduled a time to meet. Let's start with the test drive. We met with Joe on 6/30/2018. After a warm welcome we headed out to the car, which was right at the front door with the a/c running. Then a few instructions on the car, where to find things, made sure mirrors and seat were adjusted, seatbelts on and away we went. It was important to stay with the same vehicle if possible, as the comfort level and knowledge for my dad was really key. Then on 7/1 the deal was finalized to a price that could be handled. On 7/2 the vehicle was ready and waiting for us right up front. It had drizzled a bit, which left the car dirty, so Joe suggested running it back through the car wash again. Just a little personal touch by taking pride in your job. The honor and integrity this dealership shows makes it easy to shop and purchase a vehicle. This is the 2nd one purchased by myself, and I highly recommend it to anyone. The staff if friendly and professional, and really makes the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you all!
Recently bought a CPO vehicle. Great sales people, helpful and courteous. No pressure and answered my questions. The finance person gave a very hard sell on extended warranty and add ons. Only doing his job of course, but I wasn't thrilled about having to sit through it. Overall the experience was positive and would buy from them again.
Great experience with this Toyota/Scion dealer, I got my car through Ryan Hennard who was really friendly plus professional and he did a very good job convincing me to buy a new car, I must confess that I was actually convinced to buy an used 2006 Mercedes E class, but fortunately it got sold, so I decided to test drive the Scion TC and then the FRS Release Series in which I immediately fell in love with. I fully recommend this dealer, they have in their inventory used cars in really good shape, but the best thing they have is professional and kind personnel, if there were 10 stars I would give them 11 👏🏼👏🏼😁😁😁 by the way, I am very very happy with my purchase Congrats! Recently, we had some service on our Elantra (60K mile maintenance) and was picking that up and about to get it done on our Tucson. We were approached by Brian and at first, not really interested in purchasing a new vehicle (didn't think it would be near the same affordability). Brian worked with us and got us a great deal on a lease (which made sense for our situation .. close to how much we were already paying for the next 3 years). Personally, prior to this experience we had never considered a lease, but due to multiple reasons we decided to try it out (negative equity on old vehicle loan, large amount of maintenance needed at 60K miles, Carfax on old vehicle had bad history that we didn't know about - we'll do that before buying used again, vehicle not used for school/work therefore we didn't need to worry about lease mileage, better safely features than older 2009 Tuscon, ability to walk away after 3 years if vehicle isn't good or finance if we love it, no worry of major maintenance needed). Brian was easy to talk with, not pushy, and very attentive to what we were looking for. Highly recommended! Also, ever since I purchased my Elantra in 2010, we've been Hyundai fans (very little problems vs. other experiences - Toyota/Ford/Pontiac/GM and better warranty/price than Honda) ... I'll be looking for another once my Elantra reaches ~120K miles.

I had been in the market for a new vehicle so on Thursday August 30th 2018 I went to Coggin DeLand Hyundai's website and searched new vehicles. I found a New 2018 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid SE Edition with 13 miles on it for $20, 500. ( Internet price). I drove to the dealership and was introduced to the salesman Rafael Hernandez. He had the car pulled up and ready for a road test. We took the car for a test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for. 40 mpg city / 46 mpg highway. I sat down with Rafael and after 45 minutes of negotiating the price, after all discounts, rebates, tax, tag, title, dealer installed options the final price was $23, 999. I just want to add that I contacted St Augustine Hyundai, Daytona Hyundai and Headquarter Hyundai and all three dealers could not go lower than $26, 000 on their final price. It pays to shop around and do your homework. My dealer installed options were, complete window tinting, pinstripe, door guards, wheel locks and lifetime car washes all for $1,500. Do I think this price is high? Yes a little bit but they have to make money to stay in business. Good luck......Bill.
2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring Rodrigo was the most professional car dealer I've ever done business with, and I have bought several cars! I never once felt that "used car salesman" vibe. I received way more money for my trade in than I anticipated, we're talking thousands of dollars! I definitely feel I got an excellent deal from O'Brien Mazda, and Rodrigo put everything together so quickly and effortlessly from start to finish. I got a 2018 black Mazda CX-5 Touring. All I can say is WOW! This vehicle is amazing, it has surpassed all my expectations and then some! I was initially going to get the base CX-5. Rodrigo noticed I fell in love with the touring edition, not only did he go above and beyond to get it in my color of choice. But somehow got the payments lower than expected. I've never left a dealership with a smile on my face ear to ear until last Thursday! If you or someone you know is looking for a new car I would recommend the new Mazda CX-5 Touring! But the car is only half of it, the experience of buying the car is the other half. That's why I recommend you go down to O'brien Mazda, but don't just see anyone. Make sure and ask for Rodrigo!
We bought a 2017 Kia at Price and the whole experience was easy, actually pleasant--as it should be. We did our research ahead of time (e.g. Consumer Reports, Edmunds, Kelley Blue Book, J.D. Powers), including the price range that would be reasonable to expect. The several staff we met were friendly, very responsive & accommodating, pretty low-key, low to no pressure. They somehow balance this without seeming overly eager or ingratiating. The service they provided us during the sale process was excellent.
We felt like we got a fair price after comparing with several other dealers in the state--not a price we'd call an amazing bargain but also not feeling like we got completely taken advantage of. I would be happy to buy another car from them in the future.
My experience with Rick Case Dearlership was terrific, The space inside is designed for customers and their families and friends to be comfortable while car buying is going on. There is a great coffee and tea machine (free) and adequate snack machines is you are hungry and a large are with comfy chairs where you can watch a large screen TV. I worked with Joses Tavarez who from start to finish, never skipped a beat in providing great customer satisfaction. He was knowledgeable, patient and we drove 3 Tuscons with Jose explaining each one. I told him safety was my number concern since I had been in three separate accidents with an old Toyota Avalon I had been driving since I moved to Florida in 12/16. I wanted a heavy car with safety record.He answered every question I had. Jose had a Tuscon so he really knew that car inside and out. He tried to meet my needs 100 percent. I said I wanted a black car, everyone was trying to talk me into a white car. But Jose said" you need to get everything you want in a car." Jose went that extra mile for ,me.
I was interested in a car at LCM. When I got there Barry gave me the key and a plate.
I asked him to figure out the total while I was test driving. When I came back I liked the car and the price, so I bought it. Couldn't have been easier.

Leased new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and picked up Saturday 7-30-2016. No buyers remorse here- Beautiful SUV and everything included that we agreed too. Started process on the internet/web site. My initial quote on a build was provided by Randy Dodd and he was very professional and helpful without being pushy. I had not purchased new in 20 years and I explained that I need help in this process and to weigh buying or leasing. He helped me as if he cared instead of just another sale. Very clean sales facility and professional caring and non pushy staff. Great experience!!!!!

I truly enjoyed my car buying process with Racine Hyundai. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in the door. The process was really quick too! I expected to be there for a minimum of 4-5 hours and it was not even close. The staff was awesome; my salesman, sales manager and finance manager were all amazing and personable. I highly recommend them.
Great dealership and salesman did a great job. A little too serious at times. Employees refused to acknowledge the gold standard jokes and one-liners ??. The pens at this dealership were readily available and write great. Also speed up the delivery of the weather tech mats. Should be free due to the rate of delivery 🙄.
