2021 Bought My Kia Sorento Ex from shorkey and recently had problems with a defective Transmission. No fault of the dealership. My Service Rep Matt greeted me and had my vehicle evaluated and it was determined it was a defective Tranny. And vehicle would need a remanufactured transmission. My service Rep Matt and the management made sure I had a loaner and repaired and replace the transmission They made a stressful time easier and I had no worries that everything would be taken Care of . The Service Rep and the management are the best. And go out of there way to satisfy there customer. they are the Best.

Great SUV ! Worth the price! Very comfortable and smooth riding with excellent fuel mileage on the front wheel drive model ! Will look forward to buying another one !

I also have bought a used vehicle from Mike Camlin Hyundai. I have had nothing but a positive experience in dealing with them. Only negative is that I live an hour away from dealership.

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

I purchased a 2015 Santa Fe new and got an excellent deal from Chris Piper. I also leased at 2017 Elantra for $114 a month. I have no issues whatsoever with the service department or sales personal. I highly recommend this dealership and will defiantly use them when I need a new vehicle.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to Cochran Hyundai service for the extraordinary level of assistance #1 Cochran Hyundai Monroeville extended it to me during what I considered to be an urgent situation. I will explain further what constituted my urgent situation. I live near Philadelphia and had stopped for an overnight with my brother in Latrobe Pennsylvania on a cross country trip to visit my daughter in college in California. After leaving my brothers house in Latrobe, heading toward Chicago, my vehicle threw an alarm and alert which caused the car to shutter and present a check engine light. This happened around in Greensburg PA on route 30. I exited and drove a short distance to an advanced auto parts store, where they attached an analyzer and determined that the vehicle was experiencing a misfire in cylinder number two. Hyundai roadside assistance dispatched a tow operator who transported by vehicle to #1 Cochran Hyundai in Monroeville PA. Upon arrival, I approached the service desk and was greeted by Michael Loffredo. Prior to that though, I had called Cochran Hyundai Scheduling, and they had already collected my vehicle’s information including VIN and had that information in the database for Michael’s ready retrieval. Without hesitation, Michael extended excellent customer service to me and despite having a full service schedule on this day, and the seeable future his willingness to immediately help me was greatly appreciated. He promptly spoke with the service manager/shop foreman, who agreed to further diagnose the problem with my vehicle within 2 to 3 hours, while I waited. By taking prompt action, Michael was able to belay my complete uncertainty about what would come next for my vehicle and my planned trip to see my daughter. He assured me that once the service tech has the opportunity to further diagnose the issue we could agree on a plan to get me back on the road and moving forward on my journey to California. Fast forward 3 to 4 hours. The Analysis revealed that the fuel injector for cylinder number two was failing and needed to be replaced. To my surprise and relief the parts department had a replacement fuel injector in stock, and the tech was able to replace it promptly. Following installation the vehicle was tested and confirmed to be operating normally. I then departed the dealership and continued on my journey to California. Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of the service advisors, management team, and technicians I was able to fulfill the visitation commitment I made to my daughter attending college in California. Lastly, I must again say that the extraordinary service provided by #1 Cochran Hyundai was truly appreciated. When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

Hello - Dale W/Service was great and was kept me updated on progress as well. I was shown where the holes are to unclog sunroof to unclog myself once a month! But, I was not told if my vehicle 2014 Hyundai was on the list of recalls to fix for theft??! So, I still don't know. Thanks!!

I have a 2023 Santa Fe SEL with the premium package. Overall I am very happy with this car. It has a lot of tech, very comfortable interior and has enough power. Can’t really rate reliability as I only have 1,300 miles on it. The one big let down is the blue link system, while it advertises a lot of tech features half of them don’t work. Customer support is really non existent.

The Service Team at Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville is the reason I am driving my third Hyundai. I called Dale due to a headlight on my Tucson being burned out. He was very quick to schedule me to come in at my convenience. The Team goes above and beyond to complete any task the customer is in need of. Again, this is my third Hyundai and someday I will no doubt have my fourth purchased at Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville.

The dealership was very responsive to an emergency situation I experienced with my car. Without an appointment and only a short time before closing they were kind enough to replace my battery when mine died while traveling to my home from out of state! This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

The service team is always top notch at this dealership. The only issue I've experienced is the newly renovated showroom. You could land a plane in that showroom it's so bright. Who thought it was a good idea to blind the customers in the waiting area? The bright lights are good for the showroom cars because they're beautiful and should be seen. But I had to squint my way over to the waiting area. It's VERY uncomfortable!! I felt as though I was waiting to be interrogated because of the ultra bright white lights over my head. Looking at my phone required constant head shifting to see my phone screen because of the reflection of the ceiling lights. Twice I left the waiting area with a headache because it's so bright. Seriously folks, bring down the wattage in customer waiting area!

Had a 2020 Santa Fe Limited for almost 4 years and 84,000 miles. Loved that car, but as I plan to work 5 more years I was thinking about getting a new one. I drive a lot and did not want to push the old car to 200,000 miles. Was waiting to see what the all new 2024 model was going to be like. Well, after seeing the pictures and reading all about the new model, I decided it was not for me. Not a fan of the new look and don’t need the 3rd row seating. So, I decided to look for a 2023 Calligraphy model in the same color as my 2020 as that model is the only one that has all the features my 2020 Limited had. Once you have features like the HUD you don’t want to lose them. Here is the rundown so far. Keep in mind I was very happy with my 2020. Found this 2023 demo with 3,000 miles and pulled the trigger. Exterior Looks: virtually the same with some important changes. I love the full body color look of the new one compared to the black trim around the wheels and lower sides of the old one. I prefer the 20” wheels although there is a slight degredation of ride quality compared to the 19” wheels on the old car. The front end design is slightly different. Note the 2023 loses the front fog lights that the 2020 had. Not a biggie for me. Overall I like the exterior look of the 2023 very much, especially the body color accents. Interior Looks: again very similar to the 2020. Leather is nicer with diamond quilted look on top of the seats that is all the rage now. Tan leather is more of a saddle color than the light beige of the old car. The console is the biggest change. Not in love with the push button transmission but getting used to it. Not as much topside storage as old car but huge new storage area below the top front area of the console. Full digital dash replaces the partial digital dash on the 2020. Infotainment screen is larger and I prefer both the new dash and the larger info screen. The headliner is black on the new one as compared to a tweed look on the old car. The material is suede like. Would love to say it is Alcantara but seriously doubt that at this price point. It does look very nice. Features: Tons of features that equal or exceed the 2020 model. That’s one of the selling points of this car-it is incredibly well equipped at this price point. I did get the HTRAC AWD on this one as the old car was FWD. Drive: The 2.5 Turbo in the new car is more powerful than the 2.0 Turbo in the old car. The difference is noticeable. I like the increased power. Going to AWD did reduce the MPG slightly but I expect some improvement as I put more miles on the car. Have not driven in snow or heavy rain yet so cannot comment on AWD capability. As I mentioned before, the ride is slightly firmer due to the 20” wheels compared to the 19” ones on the 2020. This car is exceptionally quiet with the acoustic glass and rides very well, like the old one did. Seats are comfortable in both rows with lots of adjustment. I really like the driver seat bottom front extension due to my long legs. Intangibles: I am 6’4” tall and really appreciate all the room in this car. Plenty of legroom in both rows and the giant moonroof does not impinge on head room either. Cargo area is large with lots of under floor storage as well. Note that the AWD model has no spare tire, and that increases the under floor storage compared to the FWD model I had. Conclusion. I loved my 2020 Santa Fe Limited. So far, the love continues with the new 2023 Calligraphy. This one should last me until I retire. I’m sure the 2024 will appeal to many, but it just doesn’t appeal to me. I won’t buy a car that does not have a look that I like. Maybe in 5 years the new boxy look will have grown on me, time will tell. I’m glad I decided to get the newer version of what I had and loved and will report in again as time goes by, like I did with the 2020.

I was the first one in America to own the 2021 Santa Fe limited, or any 2021 SF actually! I’ve never owned a Hyundai but I am loving this vehicle! I have Stormy Seas with the leather trim interior. Every feature possible in this baby Palisade, I can tell you it has features I thought I’d never use in AZ and I’ve used them all from parking assist to heated steering wheel and cooled and heated seats! The window shades in the rear windows help in 115* heat. I love the cameras and everything that came with it. I love to open the roof and let the sun in without getting blown all over the place.

I originally owned a 2021 Santa Fe SEL, it was wonderful and problem free for 3 years but I gave it my daughter. I bought a 2023 Hyundai Tucson limited, had it for 3 months, and I found all the extra "features" in the limited Tucson to be unnecessary and problematic So, I traded it in on a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL, and I love it. Reliable, everything works as it should, comfortable, more space, better turning radius than Tucson. I have been getting great gas mileage as well . The SEL has plenty of features, safety, comfort, space and convenience. I love my Santa Fe!

We purchased the 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy. We absolutely love this SUV. It is so comfortable to ride in regardless of where you sit. I haven’t found anything I don’t absolutely love about this SUV. Lots of room and it’s quiet. I love all the features this model has as well as the overall appearance. I would highly recommend purchasing this SUV.

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

Love the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL. It is a lot bigger and heavier than previous models. It handles very well, is quiet and very nice riding car. Lots of cargo space, roomy interior and well tricked out for a mid-range model. Gas mileage varies but depending on the wind conditions, but gets surprisingly good numbers. On a recent trip of about 120 miles, the car averaged 35+ mpg. We love the exterior looks of the car. No flaws detected from the manufacturer. So far, with about 1,800 miles on it, it is a great car!

I saw the sonata I was interested on their website. I went to the store which is only about 15 mins away from my house. I usually don't like the car process so I was hoping I didnt need to shop at several other dealers. The sales guy was extremly helpful and he knew so much about the car. I had lots of questions and he really knew the product well. I feel like I was well taken care of in the finance office too. The manager made me a good deal on a maintenance package and I was in and out. I've had the car now for a month and couldn't be happier.
