Service Agent makes the experience!

My home has several different vehicle/motorcycle manufacturer's represented, no need to mention them here. We maintain our vehicles/motorcycle's by the book and keep them in tip top shape. Of course, things go wrong and when they do, we turn to the professions. No one is EVER happy calling in a vehicle for service because the entire process of arranging for transportation, rearranging work schedules and looking at a bank balances... is all one big frustration. I give my "5 Star" rating for my recent service because of three things: 1) I changed my Service Agent to Damon and 2) Damon (and Tina-honorable mention) made all the pain of coming in and spending $'s, painless and an enjoyable experience and 3) Getting in the Loaner Vehicle was quick and painless (Sorry, I didn't get his name). All the other Dealerships in my home, with exception of Harley Davidson, continue to be "frustrating" because the service agents really don't care about me and all they want to do is complain about their jobs. Again, in comparison, Damon and Tina of MB of AC was a pure delight! They both made me feel like "my needs" were the most important and also, my car was delivered sooner than promised. If I might add this in here, MB of AC has the cleanest arrival bay and I am always greeted with smiles and respect. Again, so different than the "other" non Mercedes Dealerships.
