She knew I was coming in from out of town, and took care to make sure I knew what I would need to purchase a car out of state. She was very low pressure, yet still very attentive. She took all the time I needed. In addition, she made me aware of dealer financing so I could get a loan through your dealership. This lead us to Tomasso, who was also very informative and helpful. This whole experience was so positive, I would absolutely recommend anybody I know to purchase a car with your dealership. It was definitely worth the drive.

We are very happy with our purchase experience. Sean, his manager, and Chris in finance, did everything they could to get the deal done for us. This is our second Hyundai purchase so we knew what we wanted. We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
