We went to the dealership looking at a particular car and actually bought something different that works out better. The sales team were very easy to work with and offered great suggestions. Will definitely recommend them to others.
Everyone was so helpful. They were wonderful people. I will tell anyone to go see them when looking for car. We had the BEST experience purchasing our "New to Us' truck.
We saw the truck online and called about it. We made a quick trip from 45 minutes south at 3:30 in the afternoon, and we were out of there less than 3 hours later... financing and everything.
Every single person we had dealings with was so kind and considerate and friendly. There was no BS involved.Our salesman was Mike Bell @Ron Marhofer Hyundai of Green . He was an awesome representative of their dealership. He didn't try to "sell" us on anything and was a straight shooter. That is so much appreciated as car/truck shopping is one of the things we hate most in the world. BUT, Not anymore. As long as they have these standards of integrity, we will be devoted customers for years to come and will tell all of our friends, family and facebook about our lovely experience. AND YES, we think we actually enjoy car/truck shopping..... @ Ron Marhofer anyway.

First time car buyer with Magic City Motorcars and I do not regret it. Joe and his staff are wonderful. Joe made a great offer on my trade and gave me a nice deal on the vehicle that I purchased. Phone calls and emails are returned and / or replied to within a very timely manner. The purchase was so simple and quick unlike my other purchases and other dealerships around Akron & Canton. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Joe again.
The staff in the service department is always efficient and courteous. They take care of my vehicle and keep it in tip top shape. They even fit me in when there are emergencies that need taken care of, right away!
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. I actually had some issues with a current car. Not only did they help me with this, they even helped me get out of the current car and into something new. Margarit in the Service Department was very Friendly and the sales person Joe Walker that sold me my new car, was great to deal with, let me test drive all cars, with no pressure and pull available options for me to make a proper decision.

Great experience. Matt was knowledgeable on what was needed for my repair, and assisted with an additional safety hazard I was unaware of. He told me what the repair would cos and the approximate time it would take to repair it. Both were as he said.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
