The very best car sales experience I have ever had, and at age 70, I've purchased many cars. Darrell Robinette, the sales manager, was the first person I contacted as the car was advertised on the internet and I live in Texas. Darrell gave me very accurate and detailed information about the car and then referred me to his sales associate, Bill Francis. Bill Francis did every single thing anyone could want when it comes to a professional sales person. He stayed in touch with me and my wife, pretty much on a daily basis, as we went through the process of purchasing the car. He was always available and helped through the sometimes frustrating maze of paper work when buying a vehicle from out of state. Bill made sure all the correct forms (there are a lot of them) were filled out and when we brought them to our local DMV, there were no problems. Thanks also to Sara McGill who assisted Bill with the paperwork. We love the car we purchased from Rice Buick GMC but it's even more special because of the wonderful people that work at that dealership.

Engines recall-material left in engine during the build. Hyundai and their dealers are no help to you. Stay away from hyundai. Did not get any straight answers about the problems. Called customer help line and was on hold for 45 minutes and i gave up.
Had some issues with a windshield that was to be replaced but dealer would pay the full cost. They didn’t keep their word. Also the

Immediate email response from Internet sales rep., Seth Hart, to my initial query. Next day follow-up phone call to sales rep., Red Jones, to confirm the exact Subaru was in stock at the price advertised. A few hours later, drove from out-of-state and finalized a hassle free purchase! Red Jones was very professional and informative from the first phone call to my driving off the lot. Jennifer in finance was extremely knowledgable and efficient. The Subaru was new and clean and I drove off with the car a couple of hours later. Enjoyed the friendliness of all the employees at Grayson Subaru!!! Thanks for a wonderful buying experience!

The car is comfortable, handles well, lots of storage space for luggage or groceries. I especially like four-wheel drive for winter driving as we live in the mountains.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

A lot of perks for an affordable price. Lots of leg room and storage from front to back. GREAT warranty and a very classy looking vehicle. (Mine is white with black leather interior)
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. It currently meets our family need . Comfortable for transporting children and sport equipment. Comfortable and fuel economical for long distance travel. Comfortable smooth ride.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Ever since the day that I purchased this car I’ve been getting contacted probably about once a year for some sort of an update or some BS that Hyundai says needs to be done to the car although it may be free never had a new car need so much stuff done to it I put down three stars and reliability because they have known mechanical issues that don’t rear their head until just after the drivetrain warranty is up! I personally brought the vehicle and had the timing chain tensioner is changed and it was actually a cam phaser problem and now it’s 2600 miles over the original warranty and I will probably have to pay for it out of my pocket
Kia Parkside, Colton, JT, and Matt were nothing short of a blessing to me. I was extremely nervous about purchasing a new car, but they made my experience painless and were very patient with me. Oh & I love my brand new Kia Soul!

Our SUV gives us the option to use 3rd row sitting when needed or more cargo room. Love all the safety features this SUV has.
Colton and Jeff went above and beyond to find me a car that would fit my budget. And have all the amenities that I wanted in a car. They also made me feel right at home and talked like we had known each other for years. This car has met all of my needs, it has plenty of legroom,the seats are great heated and cooling both front and b,heated steering wheel,I love the power it has !!!! it has USB ports and the lights are awesome I can see far and wide!!!

Acceleration was horrible when getting on the highway. Interior was too small. I felt like my head was touching the ceiling. I am 6 foot tall, and felt cramped in this vehicle, especially in the back seat.
I had a great experience at Knoxville carmax location.
I went in with vehicle I wanted transferred and it was available within 5 days, even though it was quite a distance from Knoxville (Boston). Will Purvis, my sales consultant, was great to work with! I don't plan to ever buy a vehicle anywhere else again!! Thanks Will and Knoxville carmax staff!

Wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Santa Fe. We absolutely love this vehicle. It was afforadabbly priced and our model has heated seats, bluetooth and third row seats. I'm very impressed with the comfort of the interior and how well it drives. Have owned it long enough to fill up gas tank a few times and it's reasonable to fill up, not too expensive, and it is proving to get great gas mileage on my wife's commute. Highly recommend the Santa Fe and any of Hyundai models.
I have looked for an 2004-2005 Envoy XUV for years under 100k miles. They had one, but they are 3 hours from where i live. They were helpful with extra pics and made me feel secure that this vehicle was in excellent condition. Well they were correct, this vehicle was in almost new condition with 83,000 miles. The only thing that didnt work was the CD player, which was the least of my worries. It was well worth the trip.
The lot was full with other prime used cars also. we will probably go back when we need a second car.

I purchased this car 1 year ago, with only 60,000km on it. It now has just over 80,000km and has given me SO many problems. I’ve spent about 7000 fixing this car over the last year, doing everything from replacing the rear differential to replacing the struts to replacing the ball joints. I can’t seem to go a month without a hefty repair. I drive the car about an hour a day MAX and have hardly put any kilometers on and it’s still a piece of trash.
This review has been a long time coming. I have bought 3 vehicles from Steve he has always been a great person to work with and has made the vehicle purchase a relaxed with no pressure purchase. My first vehicle was a nice truck and my credit wasn't the greatest. I kept it for a year and again traded it in for something more to fit my wants. I held on to this vehicle as well and made sure to make the payment on time as laid out by the financing Steve found for me. Less than 2 years later I just bought a dream truck from Steve and am still in aaaw of this purchase. I was sure to make my payments on all my previous purchases and have ended up with A1 credit scoring . I did many other things to help my credit but I feel it is also due to my purchases with Steve, I went from a 2006 Titan to a 2007 Silverado and am now in a 2015 Silverado loaded with every option. This truck is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned and I get compliments daily on it. I will tell anyone you are buying a used vehicle so don't complain if you find issues and needed repairs. I feel Steve and the crew try their best to get quality vehicles on their lot and strive to be a great place to purchase cars. I will say the newer they are the less issues you will find so be real. I thank you Steve for being there to help me grow in vehicles your patience and desire to be a service is great. What I love the most is the no pressure attitude , to anyone looking for a place to get a used car I highly recommend Steve. Just afterward don't get on here and complain on this and that problem, you are buying used be real. I by the warranty and if your vehicle qualify's I advise to do so as well. You get em with new cars so why not used ? I sum this up with thank you Steve and I will one day hope to bring my son for his first car to you.
