This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.
John was great in making my purchase a bit easier. They promised to bring car to me in VA and get moonroof deflector installed and neither happened. But, they did pay for an Uber to bring me out to them. Ended up missing work :( and stuck in rush-hour traffic but love my car!
Ms. Deibler, was our sales person when we bought a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. She was an amazing, professional, courteous amazing sales person to work with. I have bought several cars brand new and have never had such an enjoyable, painless experience as I had with Ms. Deibler purchasing this vehicle. We, my wife and I were waiting to be helped as othe sales reps passed us by, Ms. Diebler politely and kindly asked if she could help us and from that introduction took care of us every step of the way, through the car buying process, which can tend to be a tedious and daunting process. Ms. Deibler made the process very pleasaurable, not only pleasurable but pretty expediant. Most car sales I have experienced take about four hours, this took only two. Kudus to Ms. Deibler for her can do attitude and above and beyond unwavering comment to customer service. Everyone at this location from our sales rep to manager did their utmost to get me the best deal possible. I have a lot of respect for the hardworking employees who went out of their way to ensure a positive experience. I will definitely return in the future.
I checked with many other dealers advertising deals which were only the beginning of so many additional charges that they were just bait. Not real. At Sport they were 100% real. Nothing unexpected. They also were very attentive and made buying a new car quick, easy and the real joy that it should be.

I???d recently purchased a new Discovery using my financial institution car buying program at Land Rover Chantilly???s certified dealer. KZ was able to address all my concerns and find my Discovery within minutes of walking in. As an active duty military member I was given the attention needed from the Financial Department by going above and beyond and completing the required paperwork in order to register the vehicle in my home state of FL saving me additional $$$. No haggling, No hesitation, No gimmicks.
We had a great experience buying a brand new Infiniti. Chuck Wanderwall and the rest of his team were great to work with us and led us to the best car at the right price. Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"
I had a stress free easy experience with this Ourisman Chevrolet. Ease of appointment scheduling, professional, courteous staff, clean facilities. More than I could have expected.

Great experience until it was time to get my tags. Just need to work on that part of the process. Had to go back 3 or 4 times because my tags took so long to come in. Maurice, the sales manager is a stand up guy, very professional and friendly and I believe he worked hard to get a deal done but a car wash or complimentary tank of gas would have been great being I live on the opposite side of town. Other than that, Great experience
Skylar was our salesman, what a nice, courteous young man and very helpful. Jason Vaughn, the manager, he was very courteous as well and answered all our questions. We bought a car from this dealership 2008 and we were very pleased with the whole process and the car was a great car. We decided to revisit this dealership and were once again, very pleased. My car buying experience at this dealership was excellent! The manager really looks out for your best interest. He went over and beyond to make sure I left with the car I really wanted.
