Bought a 2024 Tucson SEL. Overall I love it. I’ve noticed in the less than two weeks I’ve owned it a couple of flaws. The automatic RADIO volume adjustment does not appear to work. And more problematic and safety oriented is the driver side sun visor. It is not the expandable (slider) variety. So you have to take your eyes off of traffic and duck your head to push it to the driver side window. NOT GOOD.

Everyone was very attentive and helpful, addressing all of our questions and seeking answers if needed. They were able to find a good vehicle well within our price range and respectfully researched our concerns. The car is in excellent condition as well. Not only were they efficient, professional and personable but the service associate also called me to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and that it was working well to my satisfaction! I wish I needed (or could afford) more cars so that I could get them from Tom Donalson. He was amazing! He really took the time to make sure I understood every feature about my 2021 Tucson Ultimate.
