I???m on my 3rd Hyundai from Jenkins and I???ve never ever had a bad experience. I come here for my tune ups, my oil changes, everything. I???ve never left disappointed, unsure or feeling like I was pressured into anything. If anything is ever going on with my vehicle and it needs to be serviced, they???ve always assured my children and I are safe to leave, either in my vehicle or in a loaner until my car is ready. I love my Hyundai???s, but Jenkins Hyundai and their amazing, knowledgeable, caring staff is why I always come back.
I love this place i make an appointment I get right in I leave my car and go do errands or shopping and I get a call my vehicle is ready. I don???t have to check on my car or sit there and wait. I also love that I go in sign electroniclly and leave with 1 paper when complete. My only complaint is that you do not have the window vents for my 2017 Veloster. That would be great.
The people of Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala have been very professional and helpful. The service area is clean and the amides are professionally done. Service dept is great but the sales dept. are weasels and don't listen. Went in to lease but they showed me and priced a Sonata they said had no lease. So why did they waste my time?
