Angie Adams, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to me during the 4 hours of my purchase of a 2016 Sonata. Mr. Hink, the accounting person who handled the sales paperwork, was equally as knowledgeable and accommodating in his position. The team seemed to work well together. GLITCH was a flat tire that occurred after I came home with the new car. The "tire pressure" light blinked once as I left the dealership, which I thought was a fluke. Seems it wasn't, and AAA Road Service was at my house at 11:30pm to change the tire; tire had a piece of metal that caused a slow leak. Chris Palumbo from the Service Department stepped up and saved the day and saved my attitude toward Rick Case Hyundai Service/Sales by not charging me for something that was not my fault after I brought the car into the Dealership the following morning. He was terrific to me and made a great impression for Rick Case Hyundai. I've leased Hondas from Rick Case Honda for the past 10-15 years and Honda Service is unequalled in my opinion. I pray Hyundai service will mirror their counterparts across the street.
