Came into millennium on Saturday to look at a Nissan Maxima. I have worked for dealers in the past and I saw their cheap price online and had to see if it was true. I went down there met with the salesman who was a little wacky his name was Danny I could tell he was an honest guy and got straight to the point. I drove the car and decided to try and get financing. I have had some credit issues and didn't think I could get approved. They got me approved but the rate was high as I expected and payment was out of my reach. Next thing I know an older gentleman maybe mid 50's came in and said if he could get me a little better payment would I take the car. I'm not sure if he was the owner but it seemed like he was. By this time my wife was all ready fed up and was waiting to leave he had a big guy with him who seemed very sincere on helping with my situation I believe his name was Carlos? These two guys are amazing!!!! For the next 10 minutes they were on phones,pushing buttons and it really seemed liked they wanted to help me. The older gentlemen got off the phone and said I can get you to $220 which was still out of reach..Carlos? I think that was his name came back in and said I got you exactly where you need to be. Like I said I have been in the business,I know the game of back and fourth. These two guys really cared about my situation. The place was full of people but they focused on me and made it happen. I went home with my car the same day. I will be going back into the dealer to get their names and updating this review but I just have to share this experience. I don't think everyone gets to speak to these guys because I was there 4 hours picking up my car and I only saw Carlos here and there. They have a customer for life from me. Just when you think no one cares you meet people like this and it gives you hope again. THANK YOU MILLENNIUM HYUNDAI

This car is much better than my CR-V. It has more interior room and more room behind the back seat. The performance is better than the CR-V and the mileage is a lot better around town and on the highway.

I've owned this car for two years and no issues. Cabin is quiet and roomy. The ultimate has tons of buttons for those that like to push things. Heated/ventilated front seats on bottom cushion and back cushion. Heated rear seats. Pull up window visors in rear windows to keep sun out. Full length sun roof with retractable electric cover. Adaptive cruise control is wonderful on long trips. Heating steering wheel. To many options to list that you would only find on a 60,000 dollar BMW or Lexus. Only change I would recommend is OEM touring tire instead of performance tires. This car is more luxury than performance in my opinion and the touring tires I replaced with OEM tires provide a much smoother ride and better traction. This car in turbo should have AWD. I have a front wheel drive and I can easily spin the tires so plenty of power to spare.

My 2017 Santa Fe Sport displayed a tire pressure alert the other day. I was hoping it was the recent temperature drop as one tire was only down a few psi. I adjusted all of the pressures on Saturday. This morning, when I used the car, the one tire was down 16 psi. Mike, the Service Manager said he would check it out and do an oil change I requested, even though I didn't have an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the shop repaired the tire and changed the oil. Thanks for the great service!

Though Advantage Hyundai is not a Jeep dealership, I was delighted to find they were selling the vehicle I had been hunting on the interweb! I missed the bit about the 'internet price' and was remiss to go with the purchase as it implied 'financing' when I was ready to buy the vehicle outright, cash-down. This is in no way reflected on the dealer, though I would have preferred a certain level of flexibility to put more down (and thus reducing my monthly car payment). This is why price gets 4 stars! The sales folks were courteous, attentive, and kind. Where I've spent the greater part of 8+ hours working to conclude car deals in the past, I only spent about 5 hours there and drove off quite satisfied with my new purchase!

I love the comfort of this car and I love the outside design. However the inside design needs a little revamping. The compartment under the dash in the center console should be blocked off on both sides Things fall out of the side and onto the floor where your pedals are. Need a tiny bit more legroom for the backseat. But the strangest thing is and I've had this car since June of 2016 and we have not got it fixed yet all of a sudden for no reason the airbag light comes on it flashes for a day or half a day. The next day the airbag light is off and the passenger seat belt light flashes and the airbag sign that says off is not on. It's as if someone is sitting in the passenger front seat and are not putting their seatbelt on. It's been in the shop 6 times trying to figure out how to get that to stop and have not been able to do that yet. They will replace the cushion or something else and for about a month and a half to two months it would work and then it would start flashing again out of the blue. I called my ghost Jasper that sits in that seat and doesn't use a seatbelt.

LUXURY car, with a truly affordable price tag. And, if you live in the NYC (area) you can NOT do better than, Mr. Philip Robinson @ Star Hyundai, Northern Blvd. Bayside, NY AND NOW . . . THE DETAILS: We purchased our third Hyundai Sonata (two for us, one for our daughter), a 2018 Sonata Limited, on Oct.23rd. 2018. Here???s our buying experience. The car (same as our 2015 Sonata was) is ???as close to perfect??? as a car can be. In three years of ownership of that 2015 model, we had ZERO out-of-pocket repair expenses, and only went into the shop for regular vehicle maintenance. I have been dealing with Atlantic Hyundai since "2011" when I leased my first "2011" Sonata Limited which I loved. I now have a "2014" Santa Fa. Turbo I delt with Al Levinger in sales he did his best to get me what I wanted. Tim Turnbull is great I'm so glad to see him as a manager in the Service Department he helped me with my car when I was having problems and he was a tech. I know that he knows what's to do and he is very understanding as a manager. John Grosso has been my service adviser since day one and is a pleasure to deal with. My only issue is the price of the service menu for each 7,000, 15,000 & 30,000 miles it's crazy I'm not paying $600.00 for 30,000 mile check up when my husband checks my brakes changes my filters and fluids that's insane and it's not anyone that is listed here they don't set the prices it's the dealerships price nothing that they can do about it. That's my only complaint. Everyone is great to work with.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This is the best SUV my family has owned and have used when going on Road Trips. This SUV has a lot of room in the back seats while still having all the room for your luggage. The luggage is accessible from the back seats. The entertained system is great as well. The SUV also has great suspension and power ready to use.

This SUV was perfect for me. It handles well and I love the safety features of back-up camera and side blind spot warning system. The interior is comfortable and I love the adjustable seat. It not only can be moved backwards and forwards (making it easier for an older person to get in and out of the vehicle) but the height can also be adjusted making it easier to see.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. Overall great SUV for the price. Love the extra leg room, and the reclining rear seats. Lots of storage in the cargo space. Love that the backs of the front seats are hard plastic so that if the kids put their feet on the seats, you can easily wipe them down. Very kid friendly doors. Love the feature that stops the windows from closing when something is in their way (my kids arms 🤦🏽‍♀️)

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
