I never write reviews but the amount of ignorance and lack of customer service has made me feel the need to let others not use this service center EVER. They supposedly try to fix a part that was never broken a weekend I was moving out of town. The car was never fixed - as the issue that was supposed to be fixed left me broken down on I 65 at 2am on the highway. I drove back down to have my car fixed at which I called in advance to have looked at. 2 days later the car was never looked at and was told it would be 2 more days before it was looked at ?! I have drive 200 miles and 3 hours later to have a part fixed that should of already been fixed and you all have yet to look at it , when scheduled in advance. I spoke to the GM and the service manager to them dismiss that they couldn’t do anything more because they were going on vacation... I’m appalled at the inconsideration and the lack of empathy for a single mom with a 9 months old child who continues to break down because of a issue you all didn’t fix and lack of $750 later from labor and parts that weren’t fixed and didn’t correct the issue! Save your time and do no use these people ever again!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

I've owned this car for two years and no issues. Cabin is quiet and roomy. The ultimate has tons of buttons for those that like to push things. Heated/ventilated front seats on bottom cushion and back cushion. Heated rear seats. Pull up window visors in rear windows to keep sun out. Full length sun roof with retractable electric cover. Adaptive cruise control is wonderful on long trips. Heating steering wheel. To many options to list that you would only find on a 60,000 dollar BMW or Lexus. Only change I would recommend is OEM touring tire instead of performance tires. This car is more luxury than performance in my opinion and the touring tires I replaced with OEM tires provide a much smoother ride and better traction. This car in turbo should have AWD. I have a front wheel drive and I can easily spin the tires so plenty of power to spare.

I imagine there are many people out there that find the dealership experience of car shopping and buying a car to be painful, stressful, or even aggravating. I include myself in that feeling! So a few things happened that caused me to go to the Hyundai dealership - even though I avoid new cars like the plague. (big commitment for no ROI) I had learned the day earlier that my current car was "unfixable" and that it had served it's duty through 187,000 miles. You have to appreciate a car like that, and I very much did. So I immediately took to Craigslist and started the used car search as well as looking at some reputable dealers in my area online for a replacement. And I felt like my wheels were spinning...no pun intended. What did I want to do? Go through the hassle of searching, and meeting all kinds of random sellers, and running carfax on everything? It tired me just thinking of it. So to cut to the chase - I opted to go to the local Hyundai dealership and see what specials they were offering. What brought me to Hyundai aside from a dead car? Word of mouth. Actual Proof. Nothing more...My sister drives one, my boss drives one, 3 of my co-workers drive one. And they have nothing but good things to say about their vehicles. I was greeted by Cory Carpenter within moments of heading towards the building; just a friendly hello and how can I help you. And I laid it out...I need a car. Period. I explained to him my needs and cost expectations, and instead of being your typical salesperson, he was the "advisor" I had hoped for. He did not try and up-sell me unnecessarily, and he gave me honest feedback regarding a choice between two models based on my needs. (mind you, it was the less expensive model that he recommended). Corey easily walked through the features of the vehicles and discussed the current special that I was considering taking advantage of. Very simple and straightforward. He brought over his Sales Manager, Jason Moore, when questions arose that he didn't have the immediate answer for. (which were more related to financing, not the specs on the vehicle) In the end, I bought a car from these gentlemen. They were professional, smart, and certainly gave me a new outlook on a car buying experience. There were negotiations for a few rounds and the result was more than fair. The whole process was smooth and painless - who knew! When the car was pulled up for me to take home, Corey showed me all the pertinent functions and also the fun bells and whistles that come with buying a new 2017 model. Aside from the great customer service, the car itself just about left me speechless. It was so new! The features were above and beyond my expectations. Technology enhancements galore...I had to even come back again on another day for Corey to show me more... So, I happily recommend the car buying/shopping experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs. This team sends out the right message, and treats their prospective customers well. I could not be more pleased with the experience and hope it will help others out there to take a chance on this brand.

My experience with Hyundai of Cool Springs started with a visit to the Hyundai USA site. I was looking to learn more about the Kona, so I did the "Build & Price" option to get an idea of features and price. Once I completed the build, I filled in my information, which then connected me with Hyundai of Cool Springs. From the 1st e-mail response received from them, I could already tell that they were different from the other dealerships I've communicated with in the last month. This first e-mail was more a thanks for reaching out to us and letting me know how they got my contact information. It was very laid back with letting me know that the communication and buying process was all up to me. They were there to help with whatever I needed. I received a second email that day from Rick Shephard who would be the sales professional to guide me through everything. Rick sent a nice e-mail, that automatically put me at ease. I felt no pressure in what to do next, unlike other places that at this point would have called, e-mailed and texted me about coming in ASAP. Rick was more what can I do to help you, and whenever you are ready to come in, just let me know, and I can get you scheduled for an appointment. Needless to say, I scheduled an appointment to come in later in the week. On the day of the appointment, as soon as I parked and got out of my car, I was received with courteous professionalism. One of the employees was out on the lot with one of the service guys, and they both stopped their conversation to make sure I found Rick for my appointment. With Rick, he was informed about the Kona but also very attentive to what we were specifically looking for with it. He walked us through the features and different trims. After talking about the car, we took it for a test drive. Throughout the drive, Rick continued to answer all our questions and provide a little more information regarding the handling of the vehicle. By the time we got back to the dealership, I felt as well informed as possible about the Kona. We sat back down after the drive and prepped for the meat and bones of the car buying process - the negotiation and sale. For me, this tends to be the most uncomfortable part of the experience. For me though this dread and fear never materialized. Rick laid out the offer, which my wife and I discussed. We didn't like the numbers as they were higher than what we were looking for. Rick asked us what we didn't like. We talked about where we were looking to be at and where we felt we were in the process. After listening, Rick brought us back a 2nd offer that answered every concern we had. We said yes then and there. This is the 2nd car my wife and I have purchased in the last year, and I can say without a doubt that this was a far better experience. Hyundai of Cool Springs for me is a model dealership that others can learn from. From their service guys to sales to their finance manager, they understand what customer service means. If you're in the market for Hyundai (or not sure what car you want), I highly recommend visiting here. It's great service, great cars, and all at great prices.

This is the best SUV my family has owned and have used when going on Road Trips. This SUV has a lot of room in the back seats while still having all the room for your luggage. The luggage is accessible from the back seats. The entertained system is great as well. The SUV also has great suspension and power ready to use.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Overall great SUV for the price. Love the extra leg room, and the reclining rear seats. Lots of storage in the cargo space. Love that the backs of the front seats are hard plastic so that if the kids put their feet on the seats, you can easily wipe them down. Very kid friendly doors. Love the feature that stops the windows from closing when something is in their way (my kids arms 🤦🏽‍♀️)

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I purchased a used E-350 Mercedes Sedan 5 years ago. I decided to have my car service at an import repair shop. One day I decided to compare the prices of my local Mercedes dealer and the Import Repair shop and the difference in cost to repair was $5 dollars. So, I decided to give the local Mercedes dealer a try. I am so glad that I did !! When I took my car to Mercedes, a personal representative was assigned to me (Nic Howard). Nic is truly amazing, I can call him about anything that is going on with my car. The best part about my calling him was if I was experiencing a problem with my car, he would try to troubleshoot the situation which did not always require bringing the car in and paying a large bill. Over the years, I feel as though I have someone that I can trust with my car needs and someone that have my best interest as well as Mercedes best interest at heart. When you are a single female this is very important. The service that I receive is truly a reflection of Mercedes and this is the reason that I will always be a Mercedes customer/owner. Kudos to an outstanding company!!!

We first went to another Carmax, told salesman what we wanted and he Then tried to sale us something else. We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. No pressure in and out within 90 minutes with new van. No money down. Will definitely come back when get ready to buy again.

My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

I bought my 2016 used when it was two years old and had 35,000 miles on it. At 49,000 miles the engine died and needed to be replaced. I was lucky that I did not go over the 50,000 mile mark, because then I would not have qualified for a free replacement since I was the second owner. The new engine is doing well, but this is still a cautionary tale. Also, I had t get one headlamp replaced about five times before it worked properly, and that was expensive.

Just a note to say THANK YOU for taking the time to find us a pickup to fill a need that was created when our son was in a wreck and rolled our pickup recently while out in Colorado on a business trip. We are so blessed that God saw fit to spare our son’s life and only allowed him to be bruised. You can always replace a pickup but not a son. The job you did Grant replacing our pickup sight unseen was utterly fantastic. Both Julie and I are just amazed at the quality and condition of the 2011 F-150 Lariat that you picked out and sold to us. 2011 BMW was experiencing issues with "missing" when accelerating. I took it to BMW in Nashville near 100 Oaks. Daric Carby was helpful and took the needed time to write-up the information and symptoms. He was professional and very knowledgeable regarding BMW products. Within an hour, Daric texted with update and information regarding repairs. Karen Gerow followed up with a loaner car and had the car ready for me to pick-up. Karen is always courteous and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy her customers. The repairs were completed the next day by noon. I returned the loaner and my car was detailed and clean when I picked it up! Karen Gerow and Daric Carby are two reasons my husband and I trust and appreciate the BMW Service Center in Nashville! .

I've bought 25+ vehicles over my lifetime and my recent experience with Jeff Williams at Toyota of Cool Springs was as pleasant as any and better than most. It took two trips over a 6 week period because my wife and I were having a hard time deciding on exterior/interior color combinations for a Highlander Ltd. Plat. (My complaint would be directed at Toyota Mtr. Corp for apparently not making Ltd. Plat. in Predawn Grey Mica with Almond interior which would have been our first choice.) When we decided to make a purchase I e-mailed Mr. Williams with whom I had worked on my first trip and he called me back. I told him what we were interested in and to see what he could find and he came back with a few which were on the dealer finder site. I was more interested in one I had seen on the on-line Toyota customer site and had located on a dealer's site, gave him the info and he was able to find the vehicle and that it was available. He didn't find it originally on the dealer's finder because of a communication mix-up on equipment I wanted. (I'm still waiting for my finder's fee - LOL) We went to the dealership, worked a deal which considering my research I felt was fair to both the dealership and me, Toy of CS worked out a swap and Mr. Williams went himself to swap the vehicles, returned and had the Highlander detailed, gave us the vehicle tutorial, and we were out the door with our new Highlander 9 hours after contacting Mr. Williams, and that included 3 hours drive time to go and get the vehicle. Mr. Williams made the process enjoyable because of his friendly, low-key approach. Perhaps it's because both of us are retired public servants (in very different fields) but I felt a connection, he clearly is a people person who genuinely wants to help you with the car-buying experience. I would recommend Jeff Williams to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. I must add that my brief interaction with Denzel Petway was most enjoyable and that Fernando Nunez, my finance/closer person, was the least pressure encounter I have had during that process in a long, long time. We will see how the service dept. is in a few miles. Hopefully my impression there will be as positive as sales. From the buying experience it appears the Toy of CS is not the typical large dealership, and that's a good thing.

Bought a 2000 Outback limited New and at 311,000 had to put the old girl out to pasture. When looking for a car for my daughter to me it was an obvious choice to get her an Outback or a Forester. We couldn't find any examples in her budget that were not Well Used with lots of miles. We got the Santa Fe Sport that with the preferred option package. It was quite a bit less $$$ than a base model Subaru. This is a very solid SUV. Great Factory warranty. Very comfortable I'm 6'4 280 lbs. Room for a bunch of stuff. Ours gets pretty good mpg around 27. and it looks good. Looking for an Elantra GT or Kodus for the other daughter.
