The service Department experience is always top notch! I dropped my Genesis off early for an oil change, bulb replacement, and multi-point checkup. Got a call a couple of hours later that it was ready and picked up car in the afternoon. Always a seamless process! thank you Ralph, Dimitri, and the entire crew!

Overall great SUV for the price. Love the extra leg room, and the reclining rear seats. Lots of storage in the cargo space. Love that the backs of the front seats are hard plastic so that if the kids put their feet on the seats, you can easily wipe them down. Very kid friendly doors. Love the feature that stops the windows from closing when something is in their way (my kids arms 🤦🏽♀️)
Very organized, attentive, and Ralph the service rep was excellent! Ralph was very thorough and precise in the time it would take as I was staying to wait for the car.

Incredible powerful and beautiful!
It has a unique design, elegant, a well created brand.
I never knew about The Hyundai and the entire brand is fantastic.
I am so happy with my Santa Fe Sport-best SUV I have ever driven.
This car is much better than my CR-V. It has more interior room and more room behind the back seat. The performance is better than the CR-V and the mileage is a lot better around town and on the highway.
I really enjoyed my experience buying my Jeep renegade from NY Off Lease. I found exactly the kind of car that I wanted and for a reasonable price. The staff was amazingly accommodating and wonderful to work with. Kim and John are the best. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a smooth car buying experience.

On Saturday 11/17/18 I had the one the best salesman I have ever met. Erizardo was very professional and patient with me during my first car purchase. I had the pleasure of test driving cars while he explained the luxuries that came along. He handled my new lease sale and accommodated me to the full extent. He was also very informative and had excellent customer service. Although I was feeling overwhelmed over my insurance he reassured me things would work fine out and he made it happen. Dioris made my purchase of a 2018 Hyundai Sonata very seamless. Him and the dealership staff treated me professionally as every dealership should. They made me fresh coffee, kept me updated frequently so I???m not wondering how long until the next steps are complete, More importantly they took out all the cards they could to make sure I left happily in my new car! 5 stars all the thanks guys.
Lena introduced the car buying process to me, and made it extremely simple to do so. She taught me a lot of brand new things about buying a new car. Glad she took the time to help me out and explain this whole new process to me. I could not be any more satisfied with my new Edge I leased from her.

This is the best SUV my family has owned and have used when going on Road Trips. This SUV has a lot of room in the back seats while still having all the room for your luggage. The luggage is accessible from the back seats. The entertained system is great as well. The SUV also has great suspension and power ready to use.
JUST BOUGHT A 2017 JEEP FROM AUTO CITY THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD GET AT LEAST 10 STARS BUT THEY ONLY ALLOW 5 ANY WAY I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.I SAW THE CAR ONLINE I CALLED I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND ON ARRIVAL I WAS ASSIGNED A SALES PERSON WE TOOK A TEST DRIVE AND I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE CAR.
THEN 45 MINUTES LATER I WAS DRIVING MY NEW SUV.
I AM SHOWING OFF MY NEW PURCHASE BECAUSE I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY SUV AND WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED I WILL SEND EVERY ONE I KNOW TO AUTO CITY BECAUSE THEY ARE AS REAL AS IT GETS NO GAMES LIKE OTHER DEALERS DONT WANT TO MENTION NAMES BUT THEY KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel! I love the comfort of this car and I love the outside design. However the inside design needs a little revamping. The compartment under the dash in the center console should be blocked off on both sides Things fall out of the side and onto the floor where your pedals are. Need a tiny bit more legroom for the backseat. But the strangest thing is and I've had this car since June of 2016 and we have not got it fixed yet all of a sudden for no reason the airbag light comes on it flashes for a day or half a day. The next day the airbag light is off and the passenger seat belt light flashes and the airbag sign that says off is not on. It's as if someone is sitting in the passenger front seat and are not putting their seatbelt on. It's been in the shop 6 times trying to figure out how to get that to stop and have not been able to do that yet. They will replace the cushion or something else and for about a month and a half to two months it would work and then it would start flashing again out of the blue. I called my ghost Jasper that sits in that seat and doesn't use a seatbelt.
